I havent had a bad experience besides the neighbors being super loud all the time. Gym and the pool is great. I think all the doors need to be cleaned from the hurricane and the parking could be better.

Don't move in here if you plan on staying for a while. It looks fine and dandy on the outside but Vintage Parks Apartment is not all that amazing. Our unit came with a broken tile at the front door, ants crawling into random places of the apartment. There's constantly dog poop on the grass by the sidewalks, and disrespectful neighbors who smoke weed and blast music into odd hours of the day.

Very good and unlike any other apartments this is a place that actually cares and understands the hardships of American citizen's. Not only that they are very active and involved through many ways weather that be a club night or food trucks coming in. Feels very safe and the rent price is a bang for your buck in my opinion

This Community is convenient and near to most shopping areas. I love the Amenities and the clean surroundings keep by management. I love the view from the apartment chosen and the helpful staff who took the time to give a tour and show all Amenities at a well pace.

The overall experience was good. I was concerned with the weather would complicate things but office staff was very professional. The staff also answered all the multiple questions I had over the phone and in person as well.

The community is very nice. It's in a safe area around lots of restaurants. I also like the design of the units more than other apartment options. I think the service fees are a little much for broken appliances. Especially since most appliances are old, and exprience wear and tear from the tenants before. Changing the fridge filter is also a bit too expensive for something that needs to be done regularly. I take care of my appliances, but they are older, and naturally exprience wear and tear, despite me taking care of them.

I can't give specifics at this time as we are only a week and a half into our move in. Although a small hiccup in the beginning the office managers are very accommodating, the maintenance personnel even assisted with getting a large item upstairs for us. They are a very nice community so far and the plus side is that there is someone who always answers the phone in the office, they have great customer service. Blair was the person who assisted with our move in she is amazing. However when Blair was not available the other office managers and staff were very helpful and friendly as well.

Beautiful community with a great leasing staff. Excited for move-in. I appreciate that the units have not been over-"updated" with grey and white paint slapped on every service as you find in most apartment communities. The grounds are well-kept.

Love it! Grate community, great location. The property is beautiful, and it is very comfortable. The dog park that is next door is a huge convenience since I have 2 dogs that are used to having a back yard. Overall 10/10

Our apartment is beautiful, which makes the cost feel reasonable. The pool are is really nice and I use the gym frequently. The office staff is always helpful and nice. Overall, I really enjoy living here.

The staff in the office is amazing I had a problem with my lease information they was right on top of things quick and fast. I recommend four people just cuz of the staff in the apartment complex I give them A1 and information and help.

Not great, things has gotten complicated over the few years, but now more complicated. They keep changing staff, they don't even know what they're doing. My neighbors above have about 100 kids and they make a lot of noise late at night. There is always dog poop all over the property, people don't use the dog park.

Not a good move in experience from the start as they didn't have my apartment cleaned on time and we had to wait for the carpet to dry and for cleaning to be completed while moving everything in. Overall appearance and interior is old and dirty.

It's hard to rate something when you have just moved in. It's only the beginning of a new place so the survey may or may not be accurate during the course of my stay. I will say that the staff moved quickly upon my arrival and concerns that I have/had so that's a plus. The biggest thing for me is customer service and this staff exemplifies that so well. They took the time to answer every question I had even before moving in and I called almost every week asking a question. The only thing I will say is, the staff in any apartment should always check appliances or any fixtures when a resident moves out just to make sure that it's working properly for the next tenants. It's not just this apartment complex, it's other apartments that I have experience this with. It's hard to fill out a sheet for things that's not working within 48 hours if you're not even using them right away. Unpacking is already tiresome so turning on appliances is the last thing you do once you get groceries lol. At least that's what I do.

Overall it's been ok as I stated I have the neighbor from Hell under me, I've never had my car broken into or anything like that so that is a great thing, The pool is very nice neighbors are very nice except the Demon down stairs.

The staff, grounds, and amenities are great. Better screening needs to be done for residents. Units also need to be monitored for how many people are living inside. Lastly, the amount of unruly and unsupervised kids is way out of hand.
