Very quiet, calm, and respectful community. The office staff is respectful and efficient when it comes to issues, based on my experience. The landscape is relatively clean. I believe that the residents can do better with discarding their trash, but overall, it's a good place to live.

It's a very nice place to live in. Kids and pets. I love the pool side and the gym. Very clean place to move too. Very quite and good views. Nice floor plans and clean apartments. Very good place to live too.

So far it's been nice here occasionally a resident will drive thru with very loud radios blazing late at night on weekends, But staff is great , and property is well maintained.Overall it's a great place to live In my opinion rent is on the high side when compared with the other choices I've checked in this area

No fiber line in apartment, have not been able to get internet needed for working, yet still having to pay for it. Maintenance issues not being completed except the day I moved in the ac didn't work so they did come fix that within an hour and a half. Property itself is well kept, unit was very clean, leasing agent Bryan is nice and communicative.

Overall, this is a good apartment complex in a very nice area. However, the quality is beginning to deteriorate. It seems that the management has lowered its standards and allowing anyone to move-in to keep all the units occupied. Meanwhile, my rent keeps going up every year while new residents are offered great deals which existing residents are not eligible for. I have also seen some aggressive dog breeds such as pit bulls and malamutes on the premises. It seems as though pet interviews are not being conducted before new residents move in. The area is very nice, with good shopping options and prices have been lowered significantly to attract new tenants but once it's time to renew you will be paying higher rents. The decline of this property is not the fault of the current leasing manager. She is very experienced but it appears that decision making is being driven by the corporate office. I will most likely move when my lease expires. There are a number of apartments close by that will be a better value for my money.

One of the worst experience I have ever had the first three days being here I was constantly harassed and called names from my neighbor below me just for moving in my furniture I paid alot of money to get in here and I get harassed my first day until I don't feel safe

This apartment community has been the most secured place in this area as I have been living for 4 years. Appliances, inside experience of the apartment and amenities are in excellent condition and I would recommend to go for this apartment anyone looking in this 77070 area.

I DO NOT AGREE THAT EVEN THE GYM AND THE POOL ARE NOT 100% OPERATIONAL, I NEED TO USE IT THAT'S WHY I'M PAYING. AND IT DOESN'T SEEM FAIR TO ME THAT IT IS ONLY AT A SCHEDULE THAT IS SO FAIR OF THE NORMAL, IT IS ALREADY TIME THAT THEY SET THE NORMAL SCHEDULE

I've had 2 different neighbors below me. The first ones smoked so much that I was getting headaches and had trouble breathing. The next one stomped and banged around, slammed the front door and plays loud music through the night. I've talked to the staff and hopefully the problem will be solved.I've lived here for 9 months and I have had problems with the 7 of them.

The apartment complex is very Nice and quiet neighbors stay to themselves, only disappointment is that trash bin is to small for 3 complex. Parking has its issues.. lots of cars without permits taking up parking spaces.

Office staff does not provide a gate code, so it's hard to invite people over or have things delivered. They say that towing is enforced, but it's not. Anyone parks here all the time and it's hard to find parking in front of the building you live in a good amount of the time. Also, there has been a POS broken down Toyota parked in front of building 3 since we moved in May 2020, spider webs/flat tires and all. The amenities aren't available to where they are accessible around normal work hours. Our neighbor smokes pot so heavily that at times our entire apartment wreaks of weed and we are non-smokers, and health care workers.

The staff was amazing assisting us with our move. They were very polite and had good energy. One of the reasons we decided on this place was not only because we liked the apartment and amenities, but because we recieved such a warm welcome from staff. Ms. D has a very inviting personality and she made us feel at home before even signing a lease. Brian also helped us on our move in day. He made sure we were good to go and helped us finalize the process every step of the way. We are extremely happy with the area and the complex.

The office management has changed.Residents litter the grounds with trash; speed through the parking lot, and are extremely loud in their apartments. The office staff routinely fail to address issues.

The only thing that needs to be addressed in my opinion is getting the front gates fixed. They are supposed to be a security and since I moved the one or two gates have been open Not a good feeling. Need to be more secure

The leasing manager was very kind and out going towards us, and because of that we felt that we should apply here at Vintage Park Apartments. The apartment itself pretty much doubles the space we had before, so that was great too.

The living space is comfortable and spacious however the cons about living in this complex are the noisy vehicles, speeding, and of course trash. There are a couple of sports cars parked close to my unit and when they start their cars the windows rattle. They come home late and leave early in the morning. I am glad I do not have a newborn baby but I do have a 6 year old.

Vintage park apartments is a nice community. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The cost however is not worth the lack of upgrades that would be expected for this price. The floors are very thin and you will hear everything from your neighbors, its awful! Depending on rent increases will decide if we stay or find a new place.

A nice quiet property, close to everything I need. There are sidewalks around the site to walk my dog which make me feel safer. Large apartments for the cost with beautiful layouts and details. I love my one bedroom 900 sq ft place. It feels so roomy.

There had been a steady decline in quality of service and amenities over the 10 yrs I've been here and a steady increase in rent even as there are many more newer and renovated complexes in the area. All first floor apts have been renovated and updated. Mine has not yet 'Im paying the rent as if it has.
