Everything seemed to be going great the first month into our lease. Then we had our apartment flood due to an AT&T upgrade. During this horrible time the management did not have great communication and did not come up with any sort of solution but to just live in our flooded apartment because it was still "livable" even though all of our furniture was in piles and the carpet was halfway ripped up as well as at least 3 huge fans blowing constantly. We were not offered another apartment to move into without our rent going up in price or being put in a hotel while the work was being completed. We were also not compensated for rent while we were not living in the apartment and had to move in with family for over a week. During this time management did not have great communication so we did not know when we could move back into our apartment. Once the work was "done" we moved all our stuff back into its place but noticed that some parts of our apartment were not fixed. This leaves me to believe that the work was just done enough so that it appeared that the walls were replaced and repainted but I honestly think that everything was just repainted and not repaired properly. Moving on from that situation our apartment ever since has had a weird smell and the windows mold like I have never seen before. There is mold growing all around the window seal even at the top. I have cleaned the windows with bleach and it still proceeded to come back and fast. After getting management involved they just said to keep it clean.. we ended up spending almost $100 on a dehumidifier which fills up with water in no time. As of right now we are still dealing with the window situation. Last we heard a week ago, the window contractors said that all the windows in our apartment needed to be replaced. Still have not heard what the solution will be for this problem.. We tried to come up with a solution to move into another apartment and sign another year lease which we were told we would have to pay $600 to transfer and we would have to give them a 60 day noticed as well as pay for the application fee and deposit. Basically the management here is horrible and they do not care about customer satisfaction. We have 4 months left in our lease and will be moving out for sure.

The property and staff is nice, but still under staffed. The grounds keeping needs improvement, as does the overall building maintenance. Many residents use there balconies as a storage area, which gives a very cluttered look.

Very simple and nice apartment complex for my needs. I am so very grateful this location had units available after being flooded out during Hurricane Harvey. It allowed me to move with a minimum of fuss to a location without flooding issues and still be close to my son.

Buildings and grounds are maintained well. Staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Complex security is first class and the tenants feel safe and secure. Web site is intuitive and easy to request repairs and pay rent and associated fees.

I moved in Vintage Park the summer of 2028, I really like where I stay, there are a few things I look for when choosing a place to live, and Vintage park was perfect. I look for location, safety cleanliness and professional staff members who care about their tenants... There are only a few things I noticed since staying here. I live in the back of the complex and Myself alone with my neighbors noticed that the front of the complex is always so well maintained and the back where I stay seem to go weeks without being landscaped and tighted up. Also when the garage trucks come in once they empty the dumpster the lids are down on the dumpster and the residents unfortunately starts to throw trash on the ground and around it instead of in it. I really wish small things like this could be address to keep the property looking good and feeling like home. Aside from that the neighborhoods are nice and quiet and it's really not a bad place to call home.

Managers are super and helpful. So far, maintenance has done a good job in getting repairs done in a timely manner. I love the complex because it is small, intimate, and safe. My next door neighbor is a policeman!!

Outside of thin walls, frequent noises at 3am from neighboring business garbage pick up as well as neighbors, tenants not properly maintaining and/or containing their animals; smells that penetrate the walls; the apartment is great!

Don't bother living here. Staff is too arrogant and maintenance is slow. Pool is closed on most days. Pools lights are out and pose a danger for swimming in evening hours. Rents go up 15-20% for existing residents but they are lower for new or future residents.

So far I never had any issues. This is the second term I am staying in this apartment. In my new rent agreement a new clause for lease breaking got added hiddenly which is 85% of the rent in addition to $1500 will be taken as a penalty for lease breaking. Overall experience in this apartment is good. Apartment is little old, lot of things need maintenance and most of the time maintenance team doesn't finish their job neatly. Don't know at the time of moving out how they are gonna charge for them.

Do not be fooled by the nice pool and beautiful floor plans, that is all this place has going for it. I moved in late December 2016 and for about 6 months I complained about my dryer not working. It would literally take 3 hours to dry a load, no matter the size! The maintenance staff would just say "oh, it's just a smaller dryer." After 6 months of begging they finally got someone who knew what they were doing to fix it. Can you imagine my electric bill? Also, my unit was near an emergency fire gate which constantly had random people crawling under it in and out of the complex. This is supposed to be a gated community! I was not exactly thrilled to be walking my dog late at night and see strange people crawling under a gate into the complex. I brought it up to management several times and they said there's nothing they can do. So I'm paying $1300 a month and there's people sneaking in and out all night. Also, the caliber of people living here are atrocious. I have never seen such trashy residents and I've lived in several apartments in four different states. Cigarette butts everywhere, the sidewalks lined with litter and garbage, the dog park is full of dog poop. One night some guy was urinating off his balcony. I am thinking the only way such trashy people can afford to live here is because about 6 people live in one unit. This brings up the parking situation. There is no assigned parking and if I got home after 8 pm, I would have to park in the back of the complex and walk (sometimes in the rain). Again, probably due to the fact that 6 people are hoarding up in one unit. At the end of my horrible stay here, management came up with a "genius" plan to remedy this. Assign parking spots to residents on the lease? No, that would make too much sense. Instead they told all the residents to sign up and get a parking sticker by September. Anyone without a pass would be towed starting in September. I reluctantly went to the office with my license, insurance, and registration and was issued a cheap sticker one could purchase at Walmart with an expiration date written in permanent marker. When I asked about guest parking they said they haven't figured that part out yet. So nice to pay such high rent and not be able to have a friend or family member over in fear they could get towed. By October, over half the residents still didn't have stickers and no one was being towed and I was still forced to park far away from my unit each night. When I left in October (broke my lease because I bought a house...just could not stand another moment in that place) I removed my parking sticker from my windshield. The permanent marker stained my windshield and will not come off! I've tried everything. One day I went into the office to get an ac filter (the ONLY thing the complex provides, you must pay for lightbulbs... yes, lightbulbs! Not for your personal lamps, but for their fixtures. Again, never had any apartment do this, so cheap and ------). The lady at the desk was trying to lease to a couple and I told her I just needed a filter. She said for me to wait a moment and continued to talk to the couple. I sat there for 15 minutes then just left. It would have take her less than a minute to hand me a filter. Also, the dog washing station in the dog park never worked. The dog waste receptacles were few and far between and were always out of baggies. But I payed $500 pet deposit and a stupid extra $20 a month in "pet rent." The water fountain in the fitness room never worked. Mold was growing around my bay windows outside and maintenance said it was no big deal and just washed it off with some windex. Of course it came back. Well I finally left this nightmare in October. After scrubbing and cleaning the place like crazy, I still got a bill from them! Keeping my $100 deposit and $500 pet deposit, and $1200 for breaking my lease (that's a lot of money for nothing), they still want $144 for made up, ridiculous things. They sent an itemized bill and charged $5for light bulbs, $25 to clean oven, some amount to clean "left side of sink", pet enzyme carpet cleaning, dry wall repair. Isn't the carpet supposed to be replaced between residents? If not, that's what the pet deposit is for! Oh and a fee to clean the ac vent. That should be the apartment's responsibility. I don't even know why I'm being charged for dry wall, there were no holes except small nail holes where I hung pictures. But I've done this in every apartment I've lived in. I have never gotten a bill and always got my pet deposit back! I showed this to coworkers and my family and they said these are just crooks out for money. I will be reporting to Houston apartment association and the Better Business Bureau. Please, do not move here! It was and is still an ongoing nightmare.

The overall look, maintenance and sense of security as well as location of these premises are 5 star compared to any apartment around the area. The living square footage is great for it's price and the apartments are very well upkept. The front desk staff is very sweet and helpful. I would highly recommend this complex for any family looking for great space and great school district.

Love Living Here! It has bedn a very good experience. Grounds are beautiful and it feels very ssfe here. Do not care for the parking situation. Not well enforced. Most of the cars I see do not have a red sticker but otherwise: Love it!

We love the unit we are in. Our balcony has the best view and we don't have any neighbors to the right. There are only two units per side 4 per floor. The parking spots can be kind of hard after 10pm on our side of the complex. It's quiet, there aren't any rowdy, rude, or loud neighbors. We will really look forward to renewing our lease.

Wonderful experience in comparison to my old apartment complex. There were a couple things you have to check when you move in, they do make you pay for a new clean water filter even though you're a new resident and that should be a previous tenant responsibility. People don't pick up their dog poop by the gate to the walking trail and people litter by the dumpster because it seems the ground is the best place to leave a half eaten pizza. The community otherwise is great, I use the gym all the time, the pool is perfect and I love that if I get here at a certain time, I have covered parking. After 6 pm you're parking pretty far.

Loved the staff, they were really helpful and answered all the questions I had. I was always able to get in touch with someone at the office. Only complaints I have are that the flooring was scratched prior to move in and the water filter wasn't run through so the water came out black initially.
