Good community with a great mix of people and families. No noise complaints; cannot hear neighbors through the walls. Clean apartments but a slight outdating of interior. Pool area is well maintained.

I genuinely love my apartment unit. There is plenty of room and storage, the outdoor space is great for plants and relaxing in the evenings, and maintenance issues are fixed quickly and professionally for the most part. I do wish there was a better feeling of security though. The back gate to the walking trail is almost always propped open and I rarely see the security officer I was told about when I moved in. I do feel like the landscaping has never been brought back to its pre-freeze charm unless you live in the front of the complex, which is a bummer. I rarely hear my neighbors unless they are partying outside or have a particularly epic movie night.

Truly, the experience of Vintage park Apartments has been a decision in which myself and my wife truly regret. For less $$$$ you can find much better. 2/10 close access to 249 is only benefit of this community

Maintenance has stolen over $7,000 of items from me (watches, jordan shoes, a gold chain)... I notified Julie, as well as filed a police report. I have had other neighbors testify for the report as well. They too, have witness maintenance going into my apartment while I was gone visiting my mother, who has Cancer. Being that Julie has lied to my face, as well as letting Julio go into my place when she thought I was not there (I was waiting behind the door to see if they would open it without my consent - They DID, and I confronted them)...I think Julie, the Apartment Manager is benefitting off of stolen items, as she was with Julio while he was opening my place (legally, the apartment manager is the ONLY person who can, unless of an immediate emergency).

The where very knowledgeable and fixed it fast. I was very pleased and Julio explains everything he is doing and why it furnace is working great now it was hot in my apartment before he fixed it.

Julie and her staff are very professional with the one exception that I just mentioned?I have nothing but praises for Julie and her leasing staff and maintenance people.Julie was the lady who originally rented me the she was promoted to manager which was a smart move!

It was a great experience with my family and friends they have come over and love the place. The pool is awesome. The weight room is great. The people are friendly. The community is awesome. The staff was very helpful

It was really complicated live in process but worked out great overall. I think something's should have been replaced prior to my move in. I have only been here 2 days and I am hoping for a great experience.

It's too bad the Management staff is incompetent. This is a nice complex and it would be so much better if they had functioning people in the office. They've made so many mistakes when we were moving in/signing the lease, I had to rethink if I actually wanted to sign up and live there. Started my lease with bitter feelings.

Going back to maintenance, a summary of the work that was done was not provided. Other than that the community is great. Parking a still a struggle for building 3. The poop situation has gotten a little bit better.

We love our apartment layout and all the amenities here. Any maintenance requests we've had have been taken care of in a timely manner and done the right way. Sometimes our neighbors are a little loud, but nothing outside the norm of apartment life. The kitchen is really the star of this place- countertops are super nice and there is tons of cooking space. So far so good!

Residents moving in the last few years are not the same quality as when I first moved in. Loud all hours of the days. Only front entrance is kept up, trash and overloaded dumpsters. Landscaping is only nice in front. Manager is invalidating in reviews or passes the responsibility to resident to find out the problem as you can see. More about being right instead of fixing issues. She was not kind, or caring, but has been rude, condescending, rolls her eyes makes you feel like you’re a problem anytime I’ve needed to resolve issues. Maintenance takes a few days but does fix the issue. Pot smells of property and my apartment all the time. Parking is an issue. Speeding through parking lot, no speed bumps. Julie (manager) says call security officer., he doesn’t return calls any time I’ve called. I just had to call the cops on neighbor for excessive pot. Pool has constant undesirable visitors, loud, with loud music, no consideration for others. Manager wont offer any incentive for renewal, unless you ask, then only carpet clean, and only increases the rent. Loud modified cars popping and reving their engines, loud base music all hours driving through, not just on weekends. I love my floor plan, that’s what has kept me here.

Overall the community is good. The worst aspect of my stay so far has been with parking. It just isn't available on my side of the property after dark, so I have to park on the other side of the property and walk across to my unit. Everything else has been either fine or good.

I've been here since early 2018. Since then, I have observed that a less considerate clientele has moved in. For example, people are noisier and rowdy at all times of the day. Tenants speed through the main thoroughfare like they are driving on I45. With that said, I still enjoy the setuing and the common area amenities.

The apartment unit was renovated before our move in but there was very poor workmanship. White paint on the carpet all around by the floorboards, evidence of paint drips all over the unit. The carpet contains fine white/gray dust particles that still isn't able to be vacuumed up fully with my dyson. We have vacuumed the whole unit at least 10 times and there's still paint or drywall dust coming out of the carpet. But one thing that is top notch at Vintage Park Apartments is the maintenance crew, Julio and Javier are awesome.

Quick and easy process. Quiet area and spacious. Bryan was very helpful even when he was busy he still gave everyone great service. The gym has more than the basic apartment setup. I enjoy the bath tub and sitting on my spacious patio without being bothered by loud noise. The area in general is nice Whole Foods and Torchy's tacos are my favorite now!

I feel calm, it is a very comfortable, spacious place, with good spaces to spend pleasant moments, plenty of shady parking lots, and in a place where I can find everything close (shops-fun-school,etc)

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and everything I was looking for in a living space. The staff has always been helpful and prompt in answering any questions I have had. Finally, the community so far has been quiet and polite from what I have experienced.

My experience has been okay, but recently it has become rather loud with music, the doors have not been painted or cleaned in a few years. The appliances are also outdated on apartments that have been occupied by longterm renters , who have been here for at least 5 years.

Vintage Park is a wonderful community to live in. It is clean, quite, and beautiful. I wish we had community events. I know that COVID has effected what can be done in that manner but there are ways to still engage.
