Since we have new management in the office things seem to be better around the complex. Depends on who you talk to in the office, some are helpful and some are NOT. WE need more smiles in the office........

This community is great for small small families and it's pet friendly with a dog park on-site along with a really nice larger dog park behind the apartment complex with easy access. The location is great and it's safe! There aren't a ton of units which is nice cause there are less people. The maintenance staff is great at responding to work orders in a timely manner and super friendly, along with the management. I absolutely love living here, zero complaints and honestly won't ever move :)

This is a nice gated community, the maintenance and office personnel are friendly, and I've only had one issue with the apartment and it was handled quickly. The grounds are nice and well-kept. The trash is emptied regularly, and the area kept neat.

it's a nice apartment complex I feel comfortable here, nice space and design the only issue now is the parking lot is very hard to get a spot and the swimming pool maintenance and control(people from outside) but is a good place to live.

We have enjoyed living here thus far. Love all the amenities and the size of our apartment. The staff is helpful when an issue comes up. We feel pretty safe in and around our home which is huge for me .

So far everything has been going well since move in. The staff are truly understanding and accommodating. They were able to help with all questions we had before deciding to move into the property. Thank you to Ms Angela for making us feel welcome when we viewed the property!

The apartment complex is nice. My apartment faces Cutten road which is annoying with all of the loud cars and motorcycles racing down the road. I don't understand the fascination with 'reving' your car or motor bike to annoy people. I digressed. The complex is nice. It has been fairly safe. During the 'scamdemic' shutdown, petty theft was rampant here. Within a month, I lost several amazon packages, a bike, and my car was vandalized.

The old apartment is full of noise. I live on the first floor. Cars park very close by. The sound of cars is heard all the time. People are talking to each other. The second floor is noisy. They are always running and stomping. I also reported to the police

My stay at Vintage Park Apartments was a great stay and a pretty quiet community. The only down side or negative that I can say about it is that there should be some updates made in regard to the ammenties such as the gym and pool areas. Also there are some areas that should be repainted and power washed around the complex as well.

It was wonderful when I moved in and it was a quite community. I felt safe and the office staff was nice and had good communication. Now I feel like they just rent to anyone because now its cars with loud music and kids running all over the place unsupervised. The trash bends are always full packages get stolen from a person front door.

The initial front office staff was not responsive and not helpful at all. There is new staff now and I have seen an immediate improvement. Prompt responses on maintenance as well as there are now community events/involvement. I do think we need more plants for aesthetics, as well as more visitor parking.

So far so good. Sarah is an excellent property manager. She has made our transition from a large house out of state to our move to Houston much easier by providing excellent customer service in a very nice environment.

The community is okay . It has change over the time I move in . Many weed smokers on the property which is not a great look and my son and I have to smell the smoke often.Unsafe fast drivers and drivers entering wrong entry.

I chose this place because among the list of apartments that my agent Noel Macal compiled for me, this is the one priced very reasonably and is close enough to work. The playground is nice, my kids enjoy it. The pool is very inviting and kid-friendly.

It's not been the best. They've changed management at least 3x's since I've been here. The gate never works. There's never any parking. We're always out of power. The new management is not as friendly and helpful as the first team since I've moved here. It's not really luxury apartments they're outdated. It's not worth the prtgey charge.

The community has been overall pretty good to live in. Dealing with maintenance issues in the property needs improving. There needs to be more proactive communication between management and tenants on when repairs will be completed.

I'm proud to say I live here. Once you enter through the gate, the wow factor hits you. Always well kept and clean. I do not have issues or concerns I'm very happy here . Thanks to the nice maintenance guys who keep the dumpster area clean. Sorry that they even have to do that

I really enjoy this community. I love that it's tucked into an actual established neighborhood. Because of this, it's very quiet and there's no highway noise. The residents here are great and you don't have to worry about theft to your car or packages being stolen off of your doorstep. The maintenance crew can constantly be seen on the grounds taking care of things and also picking up loose trash that may be on the property. I moved into this complex in June of '22 and I will be renewing my lease.

Staff really ruined my joy of living here. They don't own up to their mistakes when it's clearly their fault. They will try to always make it your problem and become extremely rude and defensive. The dog park has been broken for four years and trash regularly litters the ground. The gate to the trail is broken 90% of the time and you end up getting locked out. All that said-- my apartment is beautiful, I feel safe here, I never have a problem with parking.
