Not great. The office staff is terrible! They don't care about the residents. On move in day they didn't even care I moved into a unit that hadn't been cleaned from the prior tenant. Which was fifthly. I had to hire a cleaning service to deep clean. The beat thing about the apartments is the spacious floor plans. Definitely not the management or the office staff they hire. The maintenance staff is friendly but the office staff rudeness and lack of concern doesn't balance off the total staff in general.

Love the community, my neighbors are great my view is great the apartments are beautiful but the management is terrible. never answer the phone and can be rude at times. Must meet requirements of 200 characters

I had the worst move in experience ever. Apartment was not ready on the date it was quoted to be. Office staff was rude and gave me the run around because it was not ready. They should have just told me. I like the apartment itself and the community but I have mixed feelings due to my move in experience.

would prefer not to answer. At first very nice. Gone downhill quickly. They do not enforce the dog breed and the dog poop pickup rules. Neighbors upstairs are completely rude and unruly. I feel like a leg is going to come through my ceiling at any time.

Everything about this apartment is great. It's in a prime location, close to shops, grocery stores, gyms, even some major job locations. It's also a very safe community. It's gated and the people that live here are nice, good people. The rent is in the high range but it's all WORTH IT. You definitely get what you pay for at Vintage Park. My only complaint is that WiFi is not already set up for you upon arrival. This could take a few days, so take precautions if necessary and have a back up plan for any work that needs to be done. :)

The community as a whole is quiet and peaceful, the maintenance response time and lack of communication is our primary concern. Safety is also an issue as the entrance gate is open more than it is closed.

Good so far, but very disappointed we can't use amenities and the apartments aren't offering any discounts for not being able to access amenities. Also the front office wasn't picking up my phone calls and I called once a day during nonlunch hours. I called again and stood at the door and saw a lady get up silence the office phone and sat back down to play on her cell phone. When I knocked on the door she jumped up and ran to the back room.

Great community. Relatively quiet. Kid Friendly. Prompt leasing office responses to questions Prompt maintenance-apt. Flooded and the staff were there within the hour and had apt. Set up to dry quickly.

The details to insure the perfect resort atmosphere, and need of all the residents is astounding. I've rented from multiple apartments before Across the country, but Vintage Park takes the cake. Thank you Atlantic Pacific /Vintage Park/ Staff I would recommend you to those that take pride in where you live.

Experience was good until my vehicle was vandalized within one month of residing at the location. After speaking with the police I discovered that there have been multiple vandalism's that haven't been addressed or communicated to tenants.

It is a really nice area to live in. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. The area it is located in is a really good and peaceful area. There are multiple convenient stores nearby. Also the community seems very peaceful and friendly.

I recognize that every employee isn't perfect and things can occur but I don't hold these unique circumstances against any business. Perfection is a fruitless pursuit. What I can say is after being here a year, when I ask for a repair, it's usually in the same of next day. The maintenance guys very cool and capable, The office staff is helpful and compassionate. The community is clean. Sometimes parking is challenging but if you get home before real late in the night you should be ok. I found the community quickly because I needed a place right away and I thought I would be here just for a year. Because I am so happy here, I signed another lease and will be staying here until I buy a house!

Vintage Park Apartment Homes is the best place to live . This community is beautiful ,safe , and the grounds are kept clean always. The staff are very professional and make you feel like family . The apartments here are large and elegant inside.

Great place! Ms. D is the best! If you are looking into moving here ask for her. She was the best and provided the best customer service. She was able to answer all my questions and was very friendly at all times.

Nice community, the staff is professional. The maintenance staff is quick to respond and even fixed a water leak in the middle of the night without a bad attitude. The grounds are kept up but there is a huge problem with dog owners not cleaning up after their dogs. Other than that, a good place to live.

Prompt and knowledgeable with maintenance issues, property well taken care of, act promptly with any and all tenant issues. I have lived here since it's opening. Pricey maybe, and gates are always having issues, but that happens in most complexes. I'm comfortable here

Staff is nice. Seem to let important items slip through the cracks. I have dealt with multiple harassment from the upstairs folks. Many complaints regarding harassment and vandalism to my property and nothing has been done. Also my apartment flooded and I was told that it was our fault that the toilet overflowed. However; there was no smell and the water in my apartment was clear, cold and rather fresh.

Management is not upto the mark as compared to other property managers. They are either rude or not listening to one's concerns. Hopefully in this troubling times, they turn a page and take care of property and its people.

Very good apartments with friendly working staff and all major shopping within vicinity. Jogging track next to community is very good attraction to improve your fitness. Very good amenities and covered parking facilities.

This is the worst place to live for an ------ even though there are several ------ families in this property. The office staff will treat you like some unwanted creature on planet earth. There is an office staff named "--------------------" who had been extremely arrogant and shows an utter disregard/compassion towards any fellow human beings. I woudn't be surprised if she has any past criminal records. She will trouble you and your family for no good reason and derives a crude sense of satisfaction out of it. Please stay away from this property as there are other decent locations around where you can stay with some self respect.

Maintenance is very helpful and everything is usually fixed in a timely manner. Outdated appliances though. Very convenient location but they should be more mindful of who they allow in the community...we don't always feel safe unfortunately.

The apartment community is situated in a nice area close to the freeway and close to shopping which is why we chose this area. Close to the Vintage Park outdoor lifestyle center, HEB and Whole Foods grocery stores.

The maintenance is great the community is safe, never any issues,unfortunately I will not be renewing my lease but I absolutely loved my apartments and staying here at the vintage park apartments.The only issue I had was the front office being so hard to get a hold of, they never answer the phones

Great apartments. There are some issues with bugs and a lot of moisture/mold on the windows but it's really not terrible, and it's not like I own the place. The community is mostly quiet as the kids play area gets a little noisy but it's contained to one area so no issues there.
