I have enjoyed my time at The Fairways At Star Ranch. The apartments are nice and management team has been very good. The maintenance crew keeps the grounds looking their best. I would recommend this complex to anybody who is looking for an apartment in Hutto.

Great apartment. Very clean and views are wonderful. Staff was very friendly and efficient with move in and were quick to answer any question I had. I would definitely recommend this community if you are in the market.

This community has been wonderful. Maintenance is quick to resolve any issues. The amenities are great and the site is well maintained. The office does fun activities during different holidays which I think is great.

I don't like having to leave a minimum of 200 characters as a comment so this is me leaving a comment. Well, that was only 100 so I guess I'll just repeat it that I don't like having to leave a comment as a requirement for continuing through the survey. This makes it less attractive to complete surveys.

I have given this apartment complex a rating in the past! It's a great place to live! It's quiet for the most part! Appliances are old, need upgrades! Carpets are old but adequate! Spacious apartment. Maintenance and office staff are great!

Great and professionally run community. It is very quiet and the golf course views are excellent. This makes for a wonderful home life and experience. The close access to restaurants and stores makes it a great place to live.

This community really cares not only about it's property but very much about the people as well. We enjoy the food trucks that come on Fridays and the all the amenities. The front desk staff is very respectful and caring. I love this community very much.

Is a great community very quiet and close to anything you need. Only one animal allowed and getting them registered here is a pain. It was the most paperwork I've ever had to do to bring my cat to an apartment complex. They're a little obsessed with every detail. Had to send pictures from different angles kind of crazy.

Clean, quiet, great staff. Plenty of parking. Community areas are clean. Any questions or minor issues we have had are addressed quickly and professionally. We are very pleased with our choice in The Fairways at Star Ranch.

Friendly and helpful office staff and maintenance staff. Well kept grounds and nice amenities. I really like the location as well. My wife and I have been very happy here for the past year. We will definitely recommend this complex.

Easy move in. And I have only lived here for 10 days but aside from the gate not opening promptly/ at all (until staff helped me resolve) , everything has been working smoothly. Quiet complex, aesthetically pleasing views, overall Star ranch is the place for me.

It's quiet, clean and comfortable. Parking is not an issue which is always hard to find in apartment living. The pool, club house and gym are really nice. Front staff is great. Dog park a tad small, however the complex itself is pretty large and my pup gets plenty of exercise going on walks. There is a QT like two seconds from here which is a dream

I have lived here 6 years and these apartments are 17 years old and I am sure I have the original everything (dishwasher, washer and dryer, faded flooring, old stretched carpet) I wish everything could be upgraded as I don't want to move and they tell me that is the only way so I am a long time loyal renter and I can't get anything nicer like all of the newer apartments have unless I move. Plus my rent always goes up and now the rent for my apartment is list as much lower than mine.

Worst place I ever lived

The worst place I ever rented out. Everything is old and outdated started with the gym which is old and rusted and the actual apartment has that same problem. Appliances are probably as old as the building . AC unit is like a tractor and the electric bill is as high as u can imagine. stairs are nasty from the valet trash dragging trash bags down the stairs and they never got cleaned and power washed probably. They said they will but never did it. If u looking for a decent place with good amenities and upgrades try somewhere else.

Happy where I am and just signed a new lease. The noise is primarily from an upstairs neighbor and there isn't really any public transportation in this city. However, this property is very conveniently located.

The staff at this community have been amazing. The location is great and is located on a golf course so the views are amazing. The community is quiet and peaceful and the parking is perfect. I've lived in this community previously, there's a reason I came back.
