The updates are cheaply done especially the peeling paint. The neighbors throw trash over the balcony and blast loud music at 5 in the morning. Too high priced for less than quality living. Leasing agents clueless??

Enjoy this gated community and all of the amenities. Love my 2 bedroom + office space, it meets all of my needs and give me flexibility with family and friends. Appreciate the optional garages and carports as well.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. The paperwork was easy to fill out. You have to fill out the application form online. Kamiren is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The apartment was nice and clean.

I have lived at The Fairways of Star Ranch since January 2019. The office people (especially Vanessa) have always taken great care of me and my family. Any time I need maintenance Milton has done his best to take care of it quickly. It's been a 5 star experience.

I love the way the staff is helpful and very polite. The events they create to bring the community together is a plus. Staff is always available to answer questions and are polite. Maintenance is also quick and efficient to help with work orders.

Word of advice get a lawyer and record every conversation you have with this apartment complex cause they are BIG SCAM ARTISTS HERE they make you pay crazy amount of money to move in then during move out they start saying you owe all types of different fees from them updating there system and not being able to transfer your renters insurance so you get fined for it, to trash left in hallways and staircase but you get fined for leaving your trash can out past noon also pool is never open or the gate never works…Also there is never no parking and cars are stolen here all the time due to gate never working !!!! Also the office staff is never on the same page one will tell you something and then you get a totally different answer from the next staff member … My experience I moved out I was told everything was good to go I will get my two deposit I put down then as a month goes by nothing and when I call I get hit with all type of fees I supposedly owed when none of this was stated while standing in the office speaking with them about my move out until a month later I have a balance going into collections no one cared to explained or even gave a real explanation on why…Also no need to write under this post about how bogus your apartment complex is cause the fact of the matter is yall wasted my time and money living in this ------ place ….

At first it was ok, but now we are facing issues with communicating with the office staff about problems that need to be fixed such as having a broken dryer that took nearly a month to be addressed and is still causing issues. For the amount of rent charged, I will look toward other options in the future.

Awesome experience when I moved to this areal. The office and maintence staff have always been super nice and has always provided quality customer service. The property is very close to living in a house without the taxes, the yard , and HOA and those are the main three things that I do not want. I love staying here I love area my patio view Do i wish it was cheaper yes of course but other than that it is the nicest place ever

I really love and enjoy living at The Fairways at StarRanch. I have only live in four apartments in my life, between three different states (GA, VA, TX), and this is my favorite of the four. I would definitely recommend check them out if you have time.

When I came the first time they show me the model apartment I told to her why not show me the apartment it's for me and told me isn't not ready , next step all fue online big disaster , they give me the paper for the amenities , the day I move in enter the apartment big bad smell like feet , I called to her about that and told me change the filter , but follow smell very bad y send online my request fit cleaning carpet o fix that problem and the manager answer me no change the carpet just cleaning for second time , but the carpet smell very bad not second time they safe money and the never cleaning , cleaning the carpet but smell continuity but I put powder extra strength for the smell , the light isn't enough in the nights , have trash anywhere and the pool may be never put treatment because look yellow very nasty ??, in his papers they said that property have excellent amenities and that is not true , the pool never cleaning all flowers of the tree are there , the man of the maintenance all time is in office and don't look to him cleaning the pool , for they all is money for paid the rent with debit card fees , I can't paid with check , just payment automatic for my bank and don't receive approval now , with that amount the money for the rent paid one good apartment new , I made bad decision for sign here the contract ????????????????????, when I saw new apartments more cheap isn't my disagree for stay here

Community has always been quiet regardless of time of day or day of the week, amenities are kept up well, manager Jessica is incredibly helpful and friendly. Any gripes I would say is the gate could use a little faster response time to enter and could do with a few more parking spots.

Terrible place to live

Multiple cars have been broken into here. The staff does not answer email or calls. The water here at the apartment complex is messed up and the apartment doesn’t want to pay to fix it. Makes living here a feel like He||

The community is good and you feel safe here. The apartments are nice and comfortable, at the reasonable price. The area is well landscaped and looked after. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. In emergencies, maintenance assistance arrives immediately. Overall, all services are good so you can enjoy living here.

Vanessa from front desk was amazing through the entire process. The maintenance workers are very respectful and helpful, especially Roman. Work orders are responded to almost immediately and grounds are well kept. The community is respectful of others and safe!

Community looks amazing just recently moved in but at the moment everything has been great. Apartments here look amazing and really thought out. They look brand new and very well taken care of. Community is very quiet and peaceful valet trash is also very helpful for me as a single mom of 4. They are strict but I believe is for the same reasons that they want to keep the property in the best shape possible.

Star Ranch Apartments are great. Been there for 10 years or so. The only thing I would like to see is an updated gym with tvs. The current equipment is around 15 years old. New equipment would definable help!

Overall good, but valet trash policy is something I don't like so much. High hopes for the new maintenance contractor. The previous one was not the best. The location still needs a lot of development in terms of public transportation access (overall Texan problem).
