I have been living on the fairways at Star Ranch for 4 years and it has been a great experience, we haven't had any issues with the staff or neighbors, the place is really quite and always in a good condition. The only thing that we are missing its a dedicated place for kids. They a have a dedicated place to play with your dog but not with your kid.

Great staff, office and maintenance. Good neighbors, well maintained, everything that you would need is nearby, groceries, pharmacy, doctors, restaurants and other retailers. We have been here over 5 1/2 years and are still enjoying it.

Maintenance/grounds keeping should include our hallways and stairwells. Maintenance takes days to respond to simple requests. Office staff is not always professional. Put the wrong date on my lease renewal then blamed ME for not noticing THEIR error.

Great comment with a good outreach for activities. There is monthly list of events and I have been to a couple. They make everyone feel welcome. Love the apartment. Love how my balcony has a view of the golf course.

I love how quiet this community is, the office staff are always so helpful and the maintenance team are absolute rockstars. When I had my a/c go out, Mike and Kris were fixing it in 100+ degree weather so our family could be comfortable in our home. With leadership from David and Kenny, the issue was resolved the same day.

Great community. However, unwelcomed visitors from near by neighborhoods often use pool and facilities making those areas overly crowded and less desirable for paying residents. It just depends on management at the time and how well they monitor the areas.

I love the layout of my apartment. I am 79 years old and have some mobility problems. It is so easy for me to get everywhere in my apartment and easily reach everything I need. Also love the view and the privacy of my patio.

The community is good. The apartments are clea. The only issue is parking. There is too much reserved parking and not enough spots for people who dont want to pay extra. Other than that the experience has been perfect.

The process to rent was long and drawn out at my literal expense. Tenants trash the pool and stay out past closing time blaring loud music. They bring glass containers and do inappropriate things in a place where children are.

This is a wonderful community and we are happy we selected it. Our neighbors are friendly and respectful of each other. The insulation between units is great - I rarely hear those above me or to the side. Its beautifully updated and the floor plans feel more like homes than apartments. I would highly recommend this development to anyone.

Quiet community with excellent maintenance staff and helpful leasing office staff. We really do enjoy living here and have not been disappointed in any one of our experiences here. Overall, the property could be kept cleaner along the stairways and main galley areas due to excessive bird droppings and cobwebs. Especially since the entire complex put in a large amount of time and money to repaint all of the buildings.

Compared to a previous apartment complex I used to stay at, the hurdles to get an apartment here surprising to say the least. That being said, I enjoy the community here, the apartment is spacious, cozy, no scorpion infestations as I've heard that's a thing in central Texas, and a valet trash service which is the first I've heard of. To top it all off, walking distance to a golf course.
