I enjoy living here. Only thing I would suggest is upgrading the apartment gym to be bigger or get new equipment. The pool is one of the best apartment pools I've had to use. They keep it very clean and make sure that the residents get to enjoy it

Community is pretty nice and management staff is preet helpful. Pretty happy to be renting out here. One thing missing though is elevators. Carrying stuff all the way to third floor is a task!! Hopefully something can be done.

Great community. Property managers care about the facilities and keeping shared spaces well maintained. When issues arise between neighbors, the staff conducts investigations to see if a resolution can be reached. That's more involvement than I've experienced at other properties and is much appreciated.

I was looking for an apartment that was located near a job project that I was about to start working on and began looking at apartments in the general area. I first visited a different apartment complex, which I thought was a pretty decent place and had all the qualities that I was looking for except that the rental rates were higher than I wanted to spend per my budget. I went to a second facility that was only 1 year old, but I was not impressed with the quality of the place. I finally went to visit The Fairways at Star Ranch and they met all of my prerequisites.

The rental staff was great from the first time I visited the community through the turn over of the keys.Staff. The apartment is in great shape and when clean at move in. The location is very convenient to shopping and all major roadways.

We love this community. The staff are courteous and professional. The community itself is kept clean. The apartments are of good value for the cost of rent. We are so happy that we moved here a few years ago!

Wonderful Staff, Community, and Neighbors! It's safe to live here, peaceful and charming. I enjoy the easy access to HEB, restaurants, and other retail stores. This is a great location with easy access to multiple highways.

My experience staying here at the Fairways apartment has been a very nice, positive stay. The office staff are always professional and nice, especially management. Management takes very good care of the upkeep of the apartment homes and I love that there is so much space for parking. I have visit some apartment's and parking is very limited/awful for the tenants as well as if they have visitor. The community is very quiet with the exception of if you have a very, very, very noisy neighbor, but management will handle accordingly. This is great Apartment home

Took almost a month to complete, maybe due to the holidays IDK. NO communication whatsoever for the delay or scheduled finish date. This is only time I have been disappointed with the apartment staff.

PETER is great he does a great job. He is friendly and professional. He solves our problems quickly. Enjoying our new home. The front door could use some paint but the powerwash refreshed everything. Thanks

Pet friendly, quiet, close to shopping an dining areas, the grounds are kept up. Have a nice view of golf course which is not affiliated with apartments. 24 hrs gym, very nice pool and patio area that has fire pit and a grill. No balcony bar b queing unless you have an electric grill.

It's been good. Upstairs neighbors loud but I was able to talk to them, which didn't help a lot but it was temporary. and fire alarms go off for no reason, steam from the hot shower or turning on the oven. But other than that it's fine.

Regular, because they stole some expensive work shoes. When the power went out for six days, I felt unprotected and very scared because the apartment literally froze. And it's very easy to call me at 911. When there was no priority. Etc.

Very nice apartment. Grounds are clean. Office staff very friendly and helpful. My apartment was very clean upon moving in. Location great, very accessible to many things. Friendly people. I would highly recommend Fairways at Star Ranch Apartment Community.

Move in process was easy, setting up the application portal and going through a few different form was a bit dunting but in the end the staff were very informative and helped keep me up to date to accomadate my request to move in asap. all around good and helpful experience.

Super amazing staff and a great community. The location is great and quiet enough to not be disturbed by traffic. The apartments are very spacious and big for the rent. The apartments are super cozy and have a lot of storage space!

Everything is good so far. But I do think the hallways need to be power washed. Also, all the AC units probably need to be replaced because you're on a date. more lighting around the property would be good at night for people walking. And a washer and dryers are really old. The one in my unit makes a lot of noise need to be replaced.

I am really enjoying this apartment it has a lot of amenities and chill staff. The grounds are overall clean and quiet. I really enjoy the fact that my garage is connected to my apartment that is a huge plus.

Friendly! I like it here; just that we need benches around the property so we can relax when walking in the community. Office Staff are friendly and always ready to assist you with any concern that we may have.

It's an older complex with an assortment of maintenance issues. I really like my apartment floorplan and location. However, another complex is being built nearby, and one would this that this complex would be on top of maintenance, upkeep, and improvements to the often-bare or dead landscaping (NOT due to heat/drought) in order to maintain its current residents and attract new renters.

It's a great community. I've had no problems with anything only minor maintenance stuff but that got resolved very quickly. Neighbors aren't noisy , no one bothers us. The only thing I hate is the trash people. Sometimes they don't pick up the trash on designated days
