I had been to numerous apartments before getting to the Fairways. Prices are about the same everywhere but the people who run them are not. Office staff to maintenance here are 2nd to none! I recommend anyone who's looking to make this your first stop.

Wonderful people and nice and quite. Beautiful views and great security, not to mention the amenities. Beautiful views out past the golf course, and the sunset is to die for... nothing like a nice family walk or jog with great views 360!

Very comforting, private neighbors, I have two kids and they are in preschool, so I know my neighbors do not mind the kids because I have said " I am so sorry if my kids do anything to disturb you" and each time a neighbor says "you can barely hear them". I am so thankful that Vanessa heard my concern especially being a family in apartments, she really helped us into a unit with understanding of having littles. But the sunset and sunrise is just gorgeous and a plus!!!

So far so good, love the pool and fitness center! My only problem with the community is that no one picks up their dog poop in the dog park. I walked around by myself to pick up other people's nasty rock hard sun melted dog ---- and it's frustrating because it can spread disease and eccoli to my dogs or cause worms. It is unsafe for residents to leave dog ----, especially when you provide dog bags.

Safe and quiet complex. As a single woman, I feel very safe. Maintenance issues are resolved very promptly. The location is excellent. Pool is clean and not overly crowded. Several community activities every month to join it. Very nice.

This is an update to my last 2 reviews. Since I wrote them things have changed on property for the better. I love living here again. It is back to the place I moved into, quiet friendly residents, knowledgeable staff (we have a new assistant manager and she is fantastic, along with the leasing staff). The exterior lights were replaced and now it is beautiful and well light at night, no more being afraid to go outside after dark. The trash that was being left by neighbors has stopped. Maintenance requests are being fulled quickly and efficiently (I had a long list of things that needed taken care of because I was scared to call before, all but 1 item was completed within 3 days of calling. The last item took about a week but it was a large item that needed extra work done. I looked forward to being here for a while.

Regret moving, so many deficiencies compared to previous apt complex. I couldn't leave just the one line, "a min of 200 characters" so you asked... Location is good, but highway noise is more than expected. Regarding asset itself and maintenance: HVAC poorly designed for size unit - maintenance no help, told to close off one end to reach other, but that's already done. So personally investigating, the duct at first end had HVAC insulation tucked inside; when pulled out, it was covered in mold. I've taken measures to clean and close myself. Appliances older, not energy efficient. Dishwasher doesn't CLEAN, must first rinse/wash thoroughly for unit to only sterilize. That creates more inefficiencies. Refrig water/ice depository leaves calcium or hard water stains, same with toilets, so something's up with wtr quality. Property doesn't offer trash recycling service. Most exterior, garage bldg light fixtures busted, so limited bldg lighting. Maintenance drives around in AM, but doesn't pick up litter. Dog parks nasty, cans not emptied, no bags available. Told maintenance refreshes every other day, but I've lived here almost two weeks, not yet done! And so many residents don't pick up and/or allow dump on sidewalk, outside main common hall, etc. Very strict pet allowance policy but only enforced randomly - although management claims "fair housing" enforces rules across board. Several tenants have multiple animals, dogs over weight limit and a couple restricted breeds seen. I have yet to experience the patio and pool area, so to date no comment.

Very nice community close to shopping, grocery, movie theater, restaurants. The units are spacious and the view of the golf course is great. The few maintenance issues I've had were very promptly and professionally addressed.

Initially, the response time from the front office was quick and efficient. The last couple months, managers don't call back or return calls. I was overcharged for my garage and it took over a month for the balance to be corrected - I sent numerous emails and left many messages for return calls. They've been having temp employees answer the phone, which results in no answers and then numerous messages left for management that go unanswered.

It's an overall amazing experience I love everything about The Fairways at Star Ranch. The community is amazing the management is awesome and very welcoming. It's a wonderful place to live I'm a very happy resident here at Fairways. The property is extremely nice and clean. I just moved to Texas from Saint Louis an I can honestly say I definitely chose the right place to live. It's great!!!!!!

Great so far! The only concern I have is the upkeep of the stairwells. Also, the loud music of my neighbors late at night. Otherwise, everything seems to be great. I love the activities, the green spaces, and the friendly sales reps.

The move in was easy enough and the apartment was clean when I moved in. Nothing unusual happened and I am happy with it so far. I wish I had earlier access to the portal so that I could have used my bank to pay the deposit at first instead of paying a fee to use a credit card. I also would prefer a flat top stove.

I love this place! I seriously will probably live here for many years! It's way bigger than the others in the area. Prices are pretty comparable as well. The pool is amazing! And don't get me started on the views of the golf course! So beautiful!

I was very disappointed during the snow storm that we had in February the way management handled things. First we had no water or electricity from Monday until late Saturday afternoon. There was a lot of snow and ice on our sidewalk into the apartments. On Saturday morning I ask the maintenace person if there was any way they could clear the sidewalk to the apartments as it was extremely dangerous for me to walk to my apartment. I am older and the last thing I wanted to do was fall and hurt myself. The reply I got was "we have no shovals". So what happen two men in my apartment complex used their own equipment to clear the pathway for the apartment residents who lived in my apartment bldg.. I felt this was very, very bad for Apartment personnel to treat the residents as such.
