This community has been a great place to live. When issues arise the office staff does what they can to address the issue and make sure the situation is take care of. They are patient and kind, and do what they can when they can. Even if the resident is upset or being inpatient, they still stay kind and helpful.

It's a nice area don't really have any complaints. Besides the rent getting higher other then that is a good place to live its quite at night so don't have to deal with alot noise and the staff is very professional

It's quiet and welcoming and In a convenient location. People walk around for exercise all the time and aren't afraid to say hi to you, office staff is very nice. Maintenance guy is cool and you can tell they invest into the maintenance department by at least giving them decent carts to move around in

I moved in my apartment January of 2022 and have absolutely no regrets! The maintenance of the community is well kept, and it is very quiet here. My apartment's view at night is breathtaking, and I also love that it is next to a golf course! Living here has been a great experience.

This is a quiet, clean, well-kept community that is conveniently located near to shopping, groceries, restaurants, schools, emergency services, and major thoroughfares. The maintenance team is quick to respond and perform a thorough job.

Constantly assessing fines or overcharging for items previously agreed. This is annoying and y'all are treating occupants like children. Totally inconsistent services - for example, garbage collection wthat at best is 50% of the time.

The maintenance and office staff are all courteous and competent. The focus is on giving the tenants a good experience, whether there is a major or minor issue. The grounds are lovely and well-kept, especially when the crepe myrtles are blooming.

Why does the answer have to be a minimum of 200 characters? On the whole the experience here is pretty good. Only had a few minor issues with the neighbors. Plus the sidewalk outside is uneven due to a tree root and is a liability issue.

Generally it's a wonderful community. It's safe for families. The maintenance staff are great. The amenities are ok. I wish they had a play for kids. Management should be stricter with cleaning after pets.

I've absolutely loved moving to the fairways! The staff is incredibly welcoming and responsive, and maintenance is top-notch. The apartments are spacious, well-maintained, modern, and definitely appreciate the patio. The amenities are fantastic, especially the pool. The location in Hutto is ideal, and I feel safe and comfortable here. The sense of community is amazing, and it truly feels like home. I highly recommend the fairways at star ranch
