It's quiet not to loud very kid friendly. Haven't had the chance to do any of the activities but I will once I'm more established here. Everyone that I mean is really friendly and very helpful when ever I ask them something.

My apartment is outdated, there is splash of paint everywhere like bathroom sinks and baseboards ever since I moved in, the bathtub is old and when I asked them to recaulk it it looked the same honestly. Equipment in the gym is very old and does not work. Neighbors don't pick up their dog's poop. The trash service leaves stains all over the stair so it look nasty, dirty. The only reason I am still here it's because my rent is very affordable since I got a really good deal when I moved in.

My husband and I love the location, size, layout and price of our apartment and the community! It's tucked away and quiet, close to shopping and restaurants and the residents here are friendly and respectful of each other which is very nice. However, when we moved in, our apartment was not cleaned at all. There was food caked onto the counters, sink and kitchen walls, paint splattered all over the floors and bar area, mold/mildew on the vents, etc. The office staff never acknowledged the condition of our apartment at move in, or apologized for it being given to us in such unacceptable conditions. We put in multiple work orders to get things fixed, only to be told "it's not broken YET" or "you won't get charged for that so we'll leave it as is". My husband and I took care of everything ourselves. Washer/dryer weren't functioning properly and it took them 4 visits to finally just replace ONLY the dryer with another used one that was sitting on site, in storage. This could have been done after our first request. They've got a bad habit of doing a half job and waiting until multiple request are made before they actually take care of the issue. Lastly, we were told that our carpet was brand new. But the whole apartment reeked of carpet cleaning chemicals when we walked in, which indicates to us that it hadn't been replaced, just cleaned. Still don't understand why they'd voluntarily lie about us having new carpet, especially since we never raised any concerns about flooring. Overall, this property is great. My husband and I love it here and have enjoyed making Fairways our home! But the office staff and maintenance team could improve by having more integrity and better customer service skills.

Great Staff and great support for tenants! Always ready to help when something comes up. I always feel safe and secure here. Very easy access to shopping and work. The community activities are a plus, and always very well planned.

The staff is friendly. Maintenance takes a bit long to respond. The grounds could be more clean. The walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors all the time! If you live next to the golf course be prepared for your windows and walls to be hit by balls, and your CAR!

When we first moved in this place was top notch, but seems to be gradually going down hill. People seem to refuse to pick up after their pets, leave their trash out over the weekend, or after hours when they put it out late. It just has a different feel than when we first moved in.

This is one of the best apartments I've ever stayed in!! The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable! Everything is in walking or driving distance for everyday essentials. I would recommend this complex to anyone.

It's OK. The workout facility needs an update. The burned out lights in the fitness area were finally replaced after months of being out. Parking is good and the gates always work, which is nice for security.

I like living here. The staff if awesome and quick to respond to any issues. The convenience of having HEB and the pharmacy along with several restaurants and clinics near by. The buildings are always clean.

Great so far. Easy to pay rent which is nice. Any time I walk into the office I'm helped/attended to quickly. The maintenance crew has always been friendly and helpful. They deal with issues in a good time.

So far we really like the community, everything is very clean and quiet, the office staff are super nice and very helpful. The amenities are easy to use and clean. We moved here from Memphis Tennessee and so far we have felt very welcomed and we are very happy that we chose this apartment community out of the six that we looked at.

Safe, secure area. But appliances need updating. Appliances are loud and noisy when operating. Close neighbors are friendly. There is an effort made to plan community events. Gates community but has never worked for our friends and family.

In general I like the complex, especially the convenience of the location. How we, the parking is severely inadequate (I have come home on Saturdays and there was not a single open space on my entire half of the complex), and there are 21 units in my building, but only half that many parking spaces within 50 yards of the building. The appliances provided in the units are very cheap.

Good for the most part. Neighbors are usually polite; some have been awful. There's no way to complain without causing yourself trouble. Rent goes up every year, but nothing is improved - just like the cable company. It feels like you want people to move out as soon as they move in, but that's every apartment complex.

Good , a lot of activities are done with the recidence.It provides you an opportunity to meet new Neighbors. The facility has a beautiful view of the Golf course.One thing that I like that I am near shopping areas. I feel that when plants die they should replace them and they have not done it.

The community is very beautiful however there is a lack of understanding/flexibiity with the leasing office staff. Twice I have been charged late fees for things that were not my fault or egriguous. When I speak to the leasing staff there is no understanding or "humanity" in how they try to assess the situation. Seems like a very corporatized property that doesn't take into account the needs or situations of real life people. I definely will not be re-signing my lease.

It's a great property with a very active staff and activities. They have parties and gatherings regularly. The gym is small, but well equipped. The pool is very nice. The location is outstanding. Good place!

Over all my daughters and I have really enjoyed out time here at this apartment. there have been one or two "bad" neibors but they are gone now. The only real issue i have is the Trash Vellet service.. its a complete waste of money. The few times we have tried to use it they either ignored our can or found some issue with it to threaten us with a fine so we just stopped putting out trash out we take out our selves... paying over $50 a month for a service that is not useful is very angering.

I love the Fairways at Star Ranch!!! The grounds are kept clean and the staff is extremely helpfull, friendly and professional. It is close to shopping and the apartments are creative at holding neighbor friendly events.

We love it here. We have not had any issues. We love the manger Rick. They keep the property up and it is very quiet. We are really enjoying living here. They stay on top of the repairs. We have never really had to wait for anything to get fixed.

Worst management. Horrible customer service,takes months to do fix anything. Never reply to your emails, very dishonest and unhelpful. Doesn't reimburse or give credit on rent if having broken or damaged property of theirs. Very shady people. ---- the manager is a cheapskate and will so anything to put a band aid on things that can no longer be fixed. Would not recommend to live or move here until a huge management change is made. Very disrespectful staff and manager.
