I've lived here 4 months. Poopy diapers are regularly thrown out in the yard. Dog park gate was broken when I moved in and just fixed 2 weeks ago. Iron fence around property is rusted with poles lying in the yard. Dryer was worked on 3 times. Finally got a new dryer the 4th time. Water faucet on side of building was broken and running water for over 2 weeks before it was fixed. Hallways are never cleaned. Not enough parking in front of apartments. Usually have to park two buildings down and walk. Not fun with groceries. On list for covered parking since moving in. Little insulation between floors. Sounds like they will fall down on top of me. Can't wait till lease is up

Started off really well. My family and I were the only residents for some time. We quickly wen to a different management company and each new company brought something different. We used to have more event, community yard sales, etc. We have just gotten away from doing those type of things.

I don't have any complaints. I have lived in different apartment complexes and I like this one the best. Good staff, quiet and easy access. Service requests are taken care of in a timely manner and the service guys are very friendly.

The property is well maintained and staff are great. I highly would recommend living on the third floor, if possible. The community events are definitely something I would recommend to get to know your neighbors and staff.

The community offerings are good and getting better after personnel changes in the office. This is my first apartment experience. The motorcycle noise and loud muffler noise is annoying during late night hours.

Great place to live. We are going to renew our lease at the end. We love it it's safe and close to work and well as it is dog friendly. We feel very safe and we love walking around with our dog in the mornings.

Great floor plans, grounds are maintained and clean, fantastic pool, etc. Trash pick up at your door (one dumpster for non-trash pick up days and other disposable items). Some apartments over look the golf course. I've live here for several years and have enjoyed this apartment as a true home.

While I was shopping for my first apartment, horrors stories of other people's apartments swirled in my head. I shopped and few in the area and was left uneasy. When I certainly to tour StarRanch, I was immediately greeted with a smile and a cookie. Then the apartments were super nice and still new looking with a new washer and dryer. The rent is in the cheaper side for my area and the amenities are plentiful. Would definitely recommend to anyone! Love this place.

This is a Family friendly complex. It has Great value for the large space and garage. The residents are friendly and neighborly. It is nice to have a community that we can enjoy the view and also have a safe environment for our children.

I didn't have an issue with these apartments till dealing with the staff. When we moved in the ac would blow all day but wouldn't get below 80 degrees. I let staff know maybe 3 times when one of them told me 'it's summer, it's hot.' So basically suck it up. I went back a 4th time and asked for a manager and we finally got it fixed. We've also had a roach problem which absolutely disgusts me and though I thought they exterminate here I found out it's only upon requests. I have put in requests and have yet to have an exterminator come. Currently our ac is not working once again. Though it's not something killing us I have called multiple times and still am waiting for someone to fix it. It gets super frustrating always waiting and having to call multipule times. We're here for a short time, only waiting till our house is built, but I am so ready to be out of this place and away from the cockroaches!!!

This complex is okay for a short term lease. Great location, but management is indifferent to needs of residents, and the priority seems to be to have a rapid turnover. My apartment has decreased in quality over time, and when I have complained, the response has been, sorry, can't really do anything about that.

I've enjoyed living here so far. Its a quiet commercial. I haven't had many peoples except for a deliver package being taken from my door. I think the trash could be emptied morr often. I love the landscape.

The fairways is kept up pretty nice, no crime which is always first priority. The rent is high to me because I'm from up north so All of Trxas is expensive to me. I live on the top floor and if there's children under me I can hear lots of noise.

Overall the complex is nice units well maintained. Appliances are not dated especially washer and dryer. With the exception of kids being kids on the stairs , quiet around here. Perfect place to live out of the city 20 miles for Austin.

Although this is generally a cheaper option, management and office staff change quite a bit and tons of relevant information tends to leave with them. The apartment itself is great for the price you pay and the amenities are fine as well. On a scale from 1-10 I would rate my stay here a 6 and that is strongly based on the fact that the price was extremely low when I moved in. Also, at the time of renewal, the rent amount didn't change.

For the most part I enjoy living at these apartments. My only complaints and with the animal policy and the trash policy. For the animal policy it is breed and weight restricted. I don't understand how you can have a breed restriction (which usually refers to pit bulls or any bully breed) when the top 5 most aggressive breeds in the US right now are smaller dogs that you do allow. As far as the trash policy I was given a warning for something that didn't happen and then was fined for it.

Great office and maintenance staff! They are always available and willing to help. I appreciate their efforts in making Star Ranch feel like a community where my family and I feel safe and cared for. There are great gym, pool, and clubhouse amenities, not to mention the golf course view!

Great pool. Friendly staff - now. Apartment not ready for move in. But was told "too bad, take it or leave". Had to move apartments due to bad smell in 1st one. Was treated like I was the pain in ---. Had to pay extra for uhaul & movers.

The units and amenities are nice and worth what you pay for. Very spacious and have updated appliances. The complex is also in a great location. My only major complaint is that the office staff has changed frequently and my experiences there have not been the best. There seemed to be a lot of lack in communication between the staff.

I moved into the Fairways at Star Ranch in November 2017. I am and have been since the beginning very satisfied with all aspects of this property and office staff. Any questions or concerns were answered and addressed promptly of me telling them. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone . It is a safe environment I love that it's gated in their gates are always working never breaking down. If I was not relocating out-of-state I would have renewed my lease I give this apartment a five out of five stars.

I looked forward to living here because I like the layout of the apartment. Once I moved in, they changed management and threatened to remove one of my therapy animals after being provided a letter from my doctor. There is little to no parking for visitors, and even for residents if you don't have a reserved spot.
