Had maintenance on my toilets and oven. Toilets still run and oven is still overheating. I had them come a month ago and have not used my oven but once and this is the second time using it and the error messages still pop up and burn food. Also toilets starting running again after a month of last service.

I answered yes I would recommend the apts, but at this time as a dog owner I do not appreciate that dog stations are not maintained ,checked for full cans and empty bag boxes weekly. Many residents do not pick up after dog need to enforce fines.

I love my apartment, but I am not happy that we still can't use the eminities without making an appointment. I think 24 hrs ahead of time is ridiculous. Also, my carpet needs to be streched, there are ripples in it and I have called about it several times and they have told me that with Covid, its not a priority.

Overall the community itself is a nice community they tend to keep up with the property they haven't really made any upgrades for the past maybe two years but overall it's a quiet property I feel safe on the grounds you always have those one off neighbors but that can be helped nor is it the properties fault for that but overall it's a very nice living experience.

Overall wonderful. Place is beautiful and secure. Moving in, the floor was dirty with grime. Neighbor plays music loudly past midnight. Community Activities are fun. Front office staff are nice and helpful. Thank you.

I love it here. It's relatively quiet. Lately though, maintenance has not been kept up...let water bins overflowing, etc. Residents are allowed their balconies and it seems like no one cares. If I drove thru here today as a potential new resident, I'd turn around and leave.

Apartments are nice. The buildings need some updating, ie. painting and such. The inside needs some appliance updates but over all everything works. The grounds are kept up with lawn care. The pool is clean and so is the exercise room.

Terrible customer service at the leasing office, Mary does not know how to speak to the residence who live here. Very unprofessional, super passive aggressive and when you talk with her on the phone, she is unhelpful and laughs at your problems

Quite and clean. Close to shopping and dinning establishments. The staff is courteous and prompt at dealing with issues. One of the most reasonable places in the area to live. Would tell my friends about this place if they were looking.

It is a good community to live in as long as you don't have any maintenance issues. If something breaks in your apartment, it will take a while for someone to respond to the repair request. As long as no service request, it's a good place to live.

We moved in to these apartments during Covid so we have not been fully engaged with the community as of yet. However, it seems like the apartments really like community engagement such as block parties and food trucks....socially distanced. Overall it has been a great place to live. Rent tends to creep up but that would happen anywhere im sure.
