Fairways feels safe. It feels like home to me. The staff is very professional. When I have called about a problem, a work order is turned in promptly and it is fixed quickly and professionally. These Apartments are close to HEB plus so very convenient for me. I am renewing my lease and guess what the rent did not go up. Thank God about that and thanks for everyone that makes this place a home I would recommend to my friends and family.

Great apartments. Wonderful staff. Very clean, quiet, and friendly. The apartments are gated so there is the security that your apartment is safe. The kids love to play outside and have great space to do so.

The front office staff and management has been amazing. Especially with everything happening this year. They try to have social distancing activities for everyone to participate in. They are also friendly and helpful

Nicely, manicured, friendly and helpful staff. Ceilings are paper thin, and people slam doors a lot, beautiful floor plans, but noisy and inconsiderate neighbors!! If only the walls and ceilings were sound proof, this neighborhood would be fabulous!!

Very good overall. Move in experience was good, staff are friendly. Common areas are very clean, maintenance service responds quickly and efficiently. Only annoyance I've encountered is this survey- you "require" answers and a minimum of 200 characters? If such is the case, I "require" recompense of $25 for taking this survey. In order to fulfill this request, you will check with the Front Desk staff to get my address. You are required to make this check to the order of "Thomas Huff".

The apartment complex is in a gated community that clean, nice, and quiet. I have never had an issue with noise from my neighbors. Maintenance issues are resolved quickly. Overall a great community to live in.

I have lived in this community twice, I like the proximity to shopping, schools and work. Overall I feel the inside community can use an upgrade, new grass and paint would go a long way to add to the curb appeal

Not pleasant or comfortable. Since day one, the residents above have been very loud and disruptive. I've reported them multiple times and nothing seems to come out of it. Waiting out lease, will not renew

Overall I'd give this complex a 4/5. I've had some issues with loud neighbors but feel like this was addressed by management for the most part. I'd say the most irritating issue has been the gates. They rarely ever work. How is this supposed to be a safe community when the gates are left open all the time? Other than that, maintenance does a good job at getting to requests in a timely manner, and the management staff is pretty good at returning calls to any requests.

A nice apartment community. The section we live in has a balcony that overlooks the golf course. A quiet atmosphere as we have not had any issues. The apartment maintenance staff is awesome. Our issues (all of which have been minor) have been dealt with very quickly. I do recommend this apartment complex as a great place to live.

So far I have been charged a fee for having my moms dog in the apartment for less than 30 minutes so that she could wait for maintenance to come fix the non-functional air conditioning unit while I ran a necessary errand. I have had to call maintenance once per day to fix the air conditioning unit since I moved in on July 11th. This is unacceptable, as it is required by Texas state law that landlords repair any condition that threatens the health of the tenant. When temperatures regularly reach triple digits this time of year, air conditioning definitely applies.

I have lived here for six years with my two boys. We have had a great experience every single year, and I plan to stay here until my youngest graduates high school in a couple of years. The staff has always been very helpful and professional, and any maintenance needs have always been taken care of very promptly. We have a beautiful peaceful view of the golf course from our apartment, I love sitting on the balcony taking in the amazing view. I would highly recommend The Fairways at Star Ranch, you get a very safe home feel at a very affordable price!

we found the complex very well maintained, staff very friendly and helpful. the area is quiet,people are friendly, close to shopping. quality healthcare close. the apartment is roomy and a nice floor plan,quality windows and doors.

Upon move in Date you said it was our home. We have 11 grandbabies and we are restricted from use of pool and basketball for security but anybody can get into our complex since security gate has been broken for months?? We are great tenants but will not be renewing because we dont feel this is a home anymore. I welcome a call to discuss the management further since it is not the agreement we agreed to when we moved in.

Overall I love the complex Apartment Unit. The Staff was and continues to be extremely friendly and helpful through my rental process and move in! It's a beautiful place to live at...I love that everything in nearby...HEB and a shopping center.

There is mutual respectwith our neighbors, maintenance is perform in a timely manner, and office staff is always avalible. The trash container that compacts. Most of the time ita full. Parking is a issue sometimes there is no parking avalible.

At first, my experience was amazing. Slowly I started realizing all of the shortcuts taken when repainting and the whole make ready process. They painted over spilled syrup in the pantry which is still gross to this day. things started falling apart. Maintenance takes forever to come out and the new tenets are rowdy. I really wish I hadn't renewed my lease. Not to mention there's this awful smell. It's smells like animals/animal urine. I don't have any pets and never have.

Lovely community, only complaint would be that the dog park runs out of doggy bags for days before someone refills it and the bird like to decorate the halls and stairs. Thankfully, this was then pressure washed and I've seen someone walk around the buildings with cleaning supplies such as a broom and dust pan.

It's not diverse enough not black people friendly ... maintenance is horrible and I fell those guys need to be looked into seem very they willingness to enter apartments un announced seems very thuggish...management takes weeks or even months to respond is very unprofessional it has gotten a little better but I feel that because I was going to contact corporate.

There have been ups and downs. The receptacle for dog wastes is not always kept nor bags replaced. The quality has also decreased over the years. And no one's rent should increase when quality has decreased.

It's a very good place to live. Friendly staff, grounds are kept clean and manicured, maintenance issues are quickly dealt with. Parking is never a problem and the parking areas are well kept. Overall, a very nice place to live.
