Misleading and miscommunication from leasing agents. You were sold one thing, and never got it. Managements inability to resolve disruptive neighbors. Managements inability to get maintenance items resolved. Managements in ability, understanding or sense of ownership to provide snow removal or ice melt for sidewalks during winter weather conditions.

Management isn't great to deal with and the elevator keeps breaking. That's the only reason I picked this complex. They haven't offered any compensation for the elevator being broken more often than not.

While the on-site staff is very friendly, my overall experience here has been disappointing due to poor management communication and serious property issues. Management is very "cut and dry"; it takes constant back-and-forth just to get a lukewarm response. The physical state of the living environment and security are my biggest concerns: Pests: My unit had roaches from the day I moved in. Safety/Security: My car was a victim of a hit-and-run inside the parking garage. I discovered there are no cameras in the garage, leaving me with no recourse for the damage. Maintenance: By month four, a leak in my unit led to mold growth, which was handled poorly. It feels like a "luxury" price point without the luxury of basic security or proactive management. Proceed with caution.

Overall there's been lots of improvement. The property manager is generally abrasive and very defensive, she feels any conversation is someone attacking her. Other than that everyone else is great. Maintenance has been great. The security on the property needs improvement.

Complex and neighborhood safe and friendly. Lots of close options for food and nice walking area. Maintenance team are amazing. Staff is good but could be more punctual and precise on updates. Overall a great place to live. Reasonably priced.

Parking rules are stupid if you live on the South East side of building. Also if you live close to the dumpsters on the 1st floor it can get kinda noisy. No issues with bugs, or appliances. Very friendly front offices

Community is priced fairly for the apartment size and location. Clean, well kept and great maintenance staff. If you're looking for a Community that has a lot of activities for the residents, you will not find it here.

It's very comfortable, the apartment is very spacious. And I love the area. Although when they delivered the condo was very dirty. The common areas are not well maintained and very dirty including the gym hallways trash dumpers area. But still happy

This community has excessive early cancellation fees. In my case, it amounted to almost $7K I would never recommend anyone moving here. From all my life and many states, this location has the most aggressive fees.

Love this community. It is quiet and clean and the location can't be beat. Love having so many shops and restaurants within walking distance. It is also very nice to have free parking in a secure garage.

MAA Eastside is a well kept community. The office and maintenance staff are attentive and quick. I've been here almost 6 months and have had a few maintenance problems, but they have been taken care of quickly. I like that there is no valet service as that keeps trash from sitting in the halls. There are a couple of issues. 1. I like fresh air and the windows are extremely difficult to push open. 2. If you have a walkinh disability, be sure of garage parking availability near your apartment. I thought I would be near a garage door, but turns out because of the split-level floors, I am not. I have to walk quite a distance to an elevator or walk stairs. I wish the asst mgr had mentioned it. Im not sure she was aware of the difficulty. Also, Greenville, Campbell auto noise can be loud at 2 in the mornings. The park and businesses surrounding are lovely. The garbage shutes areas on 1st floor in the entire area have dirty concrete in front. That's not an MAA responsibility probably, but is disconcerting as I do my walking. I do feel safe in this area though Im a minority as a senior, Anglo resident. Generally, residents, business owners, and visitors are friendly and well-behaved. My management, cleaning, (our halls and elevators are kept nicely), and maintenance staff have always welcomed my questions and needs with patience. Every single one of them. My studio is huge, with adequate closets. I love my kitchen and my tiny balcony. I only have a bathtub and they couldnt install a safety bar for a reasonable price, but I found a way to get out fairly safely. That's my main concern. Im not ready for the "old folks home", but a replaced knee gives me pause. The rent is very reasonable and utilities are amazingly low. I forgot to mention that the trash chutes on the floors are kept clear. I have not seen a roach yet, only a cricket. Good luck, right!?

The apartment itself is fairly quiet. There is some road noise during the day, and I can hear doors opening and closing in the breezeway, but I never hear my neighbors amd they don't hear me. The apartment appears to be very well insulated and only had to turn the heat on a few times last winter. The access to is great, and the common areas are cleaned regularly. The pool is also well maintained. Maintenance requests are almost always resolved in 24 hours. Overall, I would definitely suggest potential renters to check thos place out.

I have been amazed at how quiet the community is. I have had three major services completed in three months: beautiful new refrigerator, HVAC replacement, and refinished hardwood floor. Maintenance staff has been prompt, helpful and friendly.

Well my experience is not consistent with resident in buildings 2, 3, and 4. Building 1 has no parking for residents close to the building. However, we pay same prices for apartments that have direct connection to parking garage. There should be a pay scale adjustment for living in building 1 compared to building 2, 3, and 4. Next only one elevator works for the parking garage for buildings 2 and 3.

The community is nice, the surrounding grounds are well-kept, very nice. There's nice room to walk around, the stores and restaurants are so convenient and good! The staff is so nice and welcoming, and they address maintenance issues immediately. I like that we have 24-hour security I had to call them due to my neighbor's extremely loud music, and they were helpful. The only complaint I have is that some of the hallways are dirty and need to be painted, pressure-washed, or fixed. When you walk through the hallways, some are absolutely disgusting, to the point where I am embarrassed to bring any guests through them. It's worse around the walkways leading from the call boxes to the elevators. Elevator walls are nasty. Walking from the garage to the hallway, its so gross; the floors look so dirty. Lastly, the door in the garage, which leads from the garage to the apartments, is broken every other week, and sometimes you have to use your key fob five times before it clicks and lets you in. Im happy that they pressure wash the garages regularly, but they need to paint, clean, and upgrade the exterior areas. The trash chute areas need to be pressure-washed every once in a while too. Laslty, there's a huge pothole and a smaller one on the back road due to the new construction apartments right next door, its been there for months and needs to be repaired; its bad.

When I moved into the apartment, the demographics were great. It was clean, quiet and alot of young single people primarily. The grounds were excellent and a nice assortment of small businesses. Over time, with the rising prices of all apartments, the demographics have changed to more families than single people. The grounds nad businesses are still nice, but there are some homeless looking people that pass through and the surrounding neighborhood as seen an increase with homeless. The apartments themselves are still very nice, the maintenance team is phenomenal and the experience is still great overall. The difference is when i moved there in 2021, I had a female friend from Austin visit for a few days and she would roam the complex all hours of day and night to the restaurants with no thought. Now I do escort my female friends to and from the garage or restaurants due to the change. This is not so much the apartment's fault as the difference in the neighborhood outside the apartment complex.

It's not so great. We have had multiple issues and the front office is not to attentive to detail. They work on things on their time not our time. Yes most of the issues get resolved but the lack of communication and absence of sense of urgency makes us feel they are not on top of things. The office people and maintenance always have an attitude.

My fiance and I have a corner apartment. She loves the loft apartment and the view of the green area between the buildings. There is a good variety of restaurants in the complex which makes it convenient, including mexican, thia, indian, sports bar, pandera, etc.

Overall it's been a positive experience. Apartments are well priced for the area. There is very low staff turnover, with a fantastic maintenance team, and an office staff that largely handles any needs. Communal areas are well maintained with regular cleaning of the hallways and weekly pool cleaning. The largest negative is that MAA doesn't own the parking lots attached to the buildings. There have been a number of incidents of vehicles being broken in to. There is a security contractor that drives around on occasion for show. The owners of the parking lot will bring in people to power wash a floor at a time, but they refuse to communicate that to the leasing office which leads to some inconvenience in parking. The
