Very good and nice and friendly place awesome food in the area parking it's ok tho because of the visitor parking it's very hard to find around the area without getting tow we all don't want that to happen to us right overall awesome place and area

The apartments themselves are very nice and great quality. The maintenance staff is very good at what they do, and very responsive. Excellent experience, just a shame that some of the residents are loud and careless.

It's great. Office personnel is kind and respectful. Great location close to everything. Nice and quiet community. Great amenities great floor space for the price. The only issue that I have had with this place is that the apartment above me installed their washing machine incorrectly causing my office to flood. Maintenance does not communicate well in order to fix problem with the wood floors in dining area

Nice complex yet needs another trash setup/system because the trash chutes causes rodents which is unsafe & not sanitary plus some residents & company are afraid to go to door keypad due to this issue.

Great! Everyone's friendly and its clean. Parking garage is a huge bonus during bad weather days. Really close to some great restaurants. I typically will just walk downstairs if I'm hungry. Definately a perk!

Really difficult at the beggining and we almost left, but it has been ok. Here is a lack of communication between staff and tenants and a lot of turnover in the office which makes it hard to continue effective communication. Also, maintenance is very slow with requests.

It's a quite apartment complex, great management team, clean except for the parking garage, maintenance is great, neighbors are nice. Also easy to pay the rent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The restaurants are okay.

There were some issues at first we keeping the common areas clean with waste from pads and also just trash in general in the garage and walkways. Things have gotten much better the past 2 to 3 months. Also the gym equipment does not seem to get cleaned very regularly and has trash and dust buildup on it or you can tell it has not been wiped down or cleaned regularly. This needs a bit more work

So far so good. Just moved in, Jan 2018. Needed some roof repairs at move in for old water damage but was completed within the first week and done excellent! So far we really love the place and are just getting moved in!

Overall good. It doesn't have an apartment complex vibe which I like. High ceilings and wood floors in many of the units. The location is good. Love to be able to work to restaurants. Sadly, many people don't clean up after their pets.

I love Post Eastside! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They are always very helpful. I love the ameneties and all the retail spaces that are so convienient to walk to. The apartaments are nice and the grounds are well maintained.

My leasing representative was awesome. The community is very nice. The neighbors are quite friendly. Convenient to shopping malls and restaurants. The Dart Rail System is nearby as well. It's like living in my own little village.

Before I moved in, no issues. Move in was fine. Dripping bathroom fixtures and inoperable faucets were not taken care of within the first two weeks. Both tubs still drop despite 'completed' work order for both. The office staff (manager level) are great, the leasing agents are less than friendly (Alex is great).

I have lived in this community for 5 years, and I have loved my time here! The location is amazing. The office staff is so friendly, and they go above and beyond to make sure their residents are happy! I have however watched the upkeep of the community grounds decrease in the last year which makes me sad. I have considered moving.

Rent is extremely inflated (as are most apartments in North Dallas area) for what you get. It's a very nice facility, and the apartment itself is great. Very nice interior. But at the rates I pay, I just feel like there should be more value added other than your typical "pool, workout room, etc."

Advertises as luxury living but lacks detail. Grounds are lovely and local businesses are great, but resident parking can get complicated because they donâ t tell you this pro-actively but retail and business employees can park in residential spaces. On 1st appearances I would recommend it and maybe confidence can be restored but at this time I canâ t revommend.

Do NOT move place is terrible!!!!!!! Bad Mainenance, no follow through, owners don't care, management doesn't return calls or emails. I can hear everything going on upstairs. I have complained and it only gets worse. Look forward to waking up in the middle of the night.

I had a water leak that damaged my bed, I had to replace my mattress and box spring, ruined irreplaceable items such as photos and other mementos, and maintenance ignored all requests to fix the issue. the leak eventually turned moldy and the entire apartment stunk. But they still had the nerve to charge me for carpet replacement upon move out

A very nice community to live in, the staff really go out of their way to make you feel at home. Great amenities, we love grilling out by the pool, very tranquil. The community itself has everything you need, I rarely leave the community except for work.

There are many car break ins. The lack of parking available because of residents being restricted from lower level parking, and workers with the ability to park anywhere is frustrating. We are constantly incapable of parking in the secured parking that we pay for.
