Great apartment! Love the area and how close it is to work and downtown! Good amenities here as well! Parking is scarce but they do offer reserve parking for an extra fee. Overall I enjoy it here at Post.

My apartment complex is is clean, quiet & has fun community activities. I'm very impressed with the maintenance & that's a rare treat with apartment living. I love the restaurants downstairs & access to public transportation.

Office staff have always been great. Past few years hallways and stairwells have not been swept routinely. Have neighbors living below who are incredibly loud. Do not think it is appropriate to long term residents to freeze rents in a lower price market. You should value the base of your community

PostEast Side in Richardson, Texas is a great place to live. The office staff and maintenance guys and very professional and attentive to your needs and maintenance requests. Restaurants and 7-Eleven are part of the community.

The location is the number one factor in choosing post Eastside. It's close to major highways and close to my workplace, my family, and my friends. It's a little noisy because it is located at a busy intersection and the Dart rail runs right beside the property. The residential building is quite. I don't use the amenities. I find the public areas: parking garage, stairwells, hallways often littered with trash that doesn't get picked up for a while. I've also noticed what appears to be abandoned autos both in the outside parking area and the parking garage. Other than that it has been a positive experience.

The move-in was smooth and everyone was professional. Anything I needed assistance with, I received promptly. The process of picking up my keys was quick and efficient. Great customer service and friendly.

My husband and I have lived at Post Eastside for 7 years and love it here. We always feel safe and secure. Maria is lovely! The maintenance team is amazing! This has been my home since I moved to Dallas area.

Apt complex is great. Great places to eat. Lots of restaurants and even a 7/11. They decorate nice during the holidays and even give you gifts throughout the year. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Love my apt.

Everyone in the leasing center is so helpful and nice. Quick response on maintenance issues submitted. Love the resident portal, easy to use. The Host Team that does the monthly activities are the best.

Enjoyed it close to restaurants especially before COVID shutdowns which put a damper on everything. Nice pool that stays pretty quiet at night but enjoyable on a weekend. Fireplaces at the pool for winter.

We have a great manager who cares about her residents in Maria. John, my maintenance representative, has been here since before I lived here and takes great care of us. There are lots of choices in the area and there is always room for improvement. We've had minor crime and the buildings used to be kept a lot cleaner when post owned, but honestly all you have to do is talk to Maria or be nice and know your maintenance person, put in a work order for whatever you need and they will take care of it. When Maria hoes, I go.

It was a bit rocky at first moving in here. We had a few hiccups with management and unclarity at the beginning. We hope that management can work on their approach with the residents here. In regards to our home, we are getting acquainted and adjusted.

Mark was awesome, even during this pandemic he answered all my questions and kept in touch during the process. The staff was great in getting some minor issues fixed. The building is quiet and maintained clean at all times.

This is my second year living here and it has not been the best experience. I have had packages stolen, my car was towed even though I live here and have a sticker on my car, maintenance sometimes takes a week to handle requests. I probably won't be renewing my lease again.

It was great! I moved in during covid, and the staff was great about working with me via email and phone when I couldn't tour in person. Maintenance has been super quick to resolve work orders as well!

I signed my 4th lease with Post Eastside this month. I love the location, restaurants and overall atmosphere. The team takes care of the property & they do little things for residents like drop off bags of candy and "movie night bags" at your door. Maintenance has always handled my requests in a timely manner.

My experience has been great! I am actually getting married and moving in with my fianc?! I love my apartment and I am most certainly going to miss it! The office staff is amazing and helpful!! I always felt safe! It was an awesome experience

The staff was friendly and efficient. They showed me the apartments I wanted to see. And then when I came back a week later they showed me more apartments that I wanted to see. And then when I said I wanted to take the apartment they were very quick and getting all the paperwork and everything done and I was in within days.

I recently move in and the apartment was really clean, with new carpet and ready also the people from the leasing office was really friendly and helpful, they made the move in pretty easy, also the building was very clean

Very nice apartment and generally enjoy living here. However, non-emergency maintenance requests are not dealt with in a timely manner and it's clear they don't have enough staff to take care of things such as regularly cleaning the laundry room which is NEVER done. Some of their maintenance staff are very polite and friendly while a few others are not and make inappropriate comments to the tenant while in tenant's apartment repairing or fixing things. Totally unacceptable!

Overall I've had a good stay, the apartment is nice, I appreciate the covered parking, staff has been friendly. I have had no reason to call for maintenance, so I can't rate that. The community has lots of restaurants in walking distance.

I love it here I like my view from my windows and the liveliness of the area I love how the shops are below my apartment Teddy likes walking around the park area to do his messes and to look at all the life around him The apartment is beautiful im going to love living here
