Very beautiful lay out the apartment it self. But i do not like the idea i have to park in the garage not having a parking in front of my apartment during the rainy and cold weather. Specially caring a grocery all the way from the garage.

The team is really nice and was understanding of my tricky situation. My apartment was very clean when I moved in. the community seems to be clean and quiet which I appreciate. Overall, I do not have any complaints .

Great, Fun, great staff. Pet friendly as well great neighbors I rented my apt site unseen and it is perfect. The rental process is so easy. When you go into office they address you by first name and that means alot

My experience here has been up and down. Mostly down. I have had issues with lighting, layout design of the apartment. I would be fine with the price if the amenities as well as the style design and size fits here. You're essentially paying for the area around the apartments. That is the main positive thing here. A lot of restaurants and a quick access to 75/635 expressways. Other than that the apartment is just not worth the price tag.

Its ok. Carpet is a racket so look for that in the rental agreement. Would only suggest this place because it is cheaper than elsewhere not for anything this place does well or better. The maintenance staff is very friendly and helpful but don't expect anything from the front desk people or managers - but don't worry they will be new in a few weeks.

Decent Apts.. Rent is too high for what is being offered in size and amenities. Lots of weed smokers in this complex. Don't feel safe after dark with homeless walking around the complex. Not close to a grocery store

I just visited for 45 min. So I do not have much to say. Seems a nice place. Good diversity of shops around. No supermarket that I can walk to, unfortunately. But it is very close to work, that is a plus.

There is a lot of outside noise at my apartment building. The highway noise is one thing but the additional noise from workers cleaning the sidewalk at midnight is certainly something that should be mentioned to potential tenants upon agreeing to lease here. My unit is said to be upgraded, however, my refrigerator is dented with scratches, my microwave isn't working properly, and the blinds in the living do not match. The office employees have been helpful, but the overall experience of my unit over thus far has not been ideal.

This is a great place for living, it's clean and safe. One thing I like this place very much is that there have a lot great food downstairs, I can just walk few minutes for my food. And everything in this apartment are intelligent.

I moved to Texas and was able to move into the unit by simply applying. I was provided a tour of the actual unit. The complex is clean, safe, and affordable. Whenever I have an issue, it is addressed swiftly.

It was nice to visit the community, I really like it, the idea to have the garage near to the apartment is good. definitely I will consider to move in next year, This year I already renew my contract on my current community.

Overall MAA is good. Two of the staff are really good one of the staff is rude in the leasing office. Electric chargers were setup but I haven't been allowed to use for almost 4 months now. Some Residents don't pick their pet poops.

Place is good. But shower mouth is missing.?? Apartments complex is neat. Starbucks Panera bread golds gym are at walkable distance. Silent and no noise complex. Secure place to live. Ligthings in kitchen are like some movie set.

I have been here for about 3 months now and I will say its always scary to move into a new complex because you dont know what to expect but Im so happy with MAA Eastside so far. Iv requested maintenance 2 times and both of those times i had no problem. One was completed within a day or two and the other that same day. I am very satisfied with this complex and so happy I am here.

Complex is very safe and clean for the most part, although complex seems to have trouble preventing pet owners from leaving pet waste in hallways and elevators. Amenities are good and clean. Maintenance for issues is mediocre at best. They initially respond quickly, but following up to actually fix issues takes a while. We still have many outstanding issues after a couple months of management knowing. However, all that aside, we love the apartment itself and the space, and are comfortable with the amount we spend on rent. Office staff is nice and helpful. Close shopping and restaurants are convenient and a big plus.

It's been horrible!!! I was robbed twice and the second time they stole my truck. Management has done nothing security wise at all. Gave me no help at all. The hall ways smell and the people leave trash by the shoots. Maintenance comes in without me in it or without even a service call. I can't wait to get out of here!!!

I've been at my complex for less than a year and the staff at the apartments are great. Between the maintenance and the leasing staff everyone is so kind and welcoming. They made my move in so easy and simple especially since I was moving from another state. 10/10 recommended.

Good community with all amenities. Good environment. Peaceful place to live in . Maintenance is very good in this apartment compared to others. I recommend this community as good to live. Restaurant, small park for children available for entertainment

Not good. Ive reported multiple issues since move in day when my keypad didnt work properly and none of them have been resolved. I reported damage to my property and balcony caused by a neighbor and nothing came of the situation. I also had an issue in my apartment that resulted in me paying an extra $200 on my rent for sewage and water. They discovered that it wasnt something that myself or my roomate could have done. We have been waiting for management to refund those costs for 2 months now and every rent period when we ask about it we dont get a response causing us to incur a late fee due to lack of Leadership, responsibility and professionalism.

Everyone at the leasing office was very professional and helpful. The complex is rather nice and my unit in particular was very well priced considering. The location is great, right next to the highway so it makes my commute pretty short, and there are a ton of great restaurants nearby!
