Great location. Near main highways and train station. Prompt and courteous maintenance service. Friendly lease staff. Common areas are inviting and well-kept. Community activities are inviting and thoughtful.

Good area. Too expensive. Maintenance staff is underqualified. Grounds are very well kept. Location is great. Fixtures and AC are dated. Staff is helpful but their bottom line is clear... money. Overall 78/100

I was very surprised by the size of my apartment, it is much more spacious than expect with a lot of storage space. The community pool is nice and the gym as well. Though the gym could use some some more equipment

Best apartment complex ever! The location and amenities are great. The price is a bit high at first blush, but totally worth it. If I could buy this apartment I would. I have never enjoyed an apartment complex more.

Sufficient for my needs. Rent is much higher than I need to be paying for the small amount of time I am in the apartment. I could get by with half the space and half the rent. My first app art meant was in building 4 and was much quieter. Current unit is in building 1 and us very noisy both internally and externally.

The office staff is professional but still show a caring heart. They make you feel welcome and go above and beyond. I've experienced few maintenance issues since move in and those that did crop up were resolved immediately.

Great location and staff is attentive and nice. Lots of restaurants near and not far from downtown Dallas. Apartments are kept clean and neighbors are friendly. I would stay here as long as I can. It's a great place.

One side of the apartment receives air flow from the HVAC well. The other side of the apartment has not been receiving any air flow from the HVAC. I've had maintenance come by twice now and each time they say there is nothing that can be done. I'm am extremely dissatisfied with how I am being treated as a resident.

Awesome so far! Tenants are courteous and humble along with the staff here at Post Eastside. Property is well kept and the convenience of the shops below are a spectacular addition. Some of the restaurants are now on our favorites! The only thing I could say that I would like different would be that the fountain in the main center park be filled and working and also some of the fans turned on during the summer in the hallways of apartments.

Great apartment, probably my favorite one I have lived in. A bit on the pricy side, but rent has been going up all over Dallas. Allows big dogs and has a small spot out front where you can walk your dog. Rarely hear neighbors while inside the apartment. Has a parking garage, but the floors near the apartment fill up fast.

Overall good. But the rent is on the higher side. Good community to live. It is also very expensive than other apartments. Leasing staff was good and helpful. Unit is also good with proper ventilation and light.

I love my new apartment. It's a perfect location to work and is in a mixed use commercial area. The rent is comparatively low to other apartments with similar amenities in the area and a significant lower than apartments with similar amenities in closer to downtown Dallas. Parking is always plentiful and the community is quiet and feels safe.

I've been very disappointed beginning with the so called "rent specials" that occurred with a "bait and switch" tactic. I do not like the courtyard design due to lots of noise. All of the electrical outlets are upside down and the air vents due not distribute evenly throughout the apartment.

Great experience overall! As with any apartment, you have the typical problems associated with apartment life, but this is to be expected. They've recently painted and the complex looks great! My only issue would be with the cleanliness of the hallways and trash areas. They could use a power wash. Other than that, everything is great!

This is my second Post (MAA) property and I have been happy. The grounds are kept nice, the staff is pleasant and my maintenance requests are resolved usually within 24 hours. If we don't buy a house, we would definitely renew.

Love the location. Pretty quiet overall as well. Most of the employees in the office have been nice. Maintenance is severely understaffed. Have only seen 2-3 maintenance employees. Believe one was recently let go. It is unfair to expect an understaffed team upkeep 4 buildings. The stairwells, hallways, trash areas, and elevators have not been kept up with since the management company changed. In 2016, the apartment was immaculate. Hallways, stairwells, and elevators were swept and mopped almost weekly. Currently, there have been pieces of trash sitting in the same exact spot for over 3-4 months. Referring to building 1. Restaurants go in and out of the main gate and leave food residue on the ground. The stairwell has ketchup on the wall. There is a dog that consistently urinates on the walls, stairs, and floors. The main stairwell and main gate area by the cyber cafe both need a deep cleaning/power wash. If rent was $300 less, none of these would be a concern. MAA markets this complex as a Luxury Apartment.

So far apartment living is a pleasant surprise and not noisy and disturbing like i expected. The staff has been very helpful and it seems like they enjoy their job. This is a very well maintained apartment community and I'm glad we chose it.

It's been good overall for the almost eight years I've been here. Just lately the quality of the building cleanliness has gone down drastically. I'm mainly talking about the hallway floor I live on and the trash dumpster storage room next to the hallway. The smell is so great that I hold my breath everyday that I pass it--even when I'm passing by on the outside.

There is a lack of attention or concern to maintenance issues and problems that are going on within the community. I feel the need to hire more staff or maintenance people to take care of the issues as well as have a sense of urgency to take care of things. The amount of rent paid for the type of communion service received is ridiculous .

It's been great so far. The unit is nice, the staff is friendly and helpful. I love being so close to so many amenities. I do wish we had better guest parking and maybe some updates to the gym, but otherwise I have no complaints

I really enjoy living here at post east side. I live on the first floor not to much noise. Great neighbors. There are plenty of places to eat at which is nice. I wish parking was a little better when you have vistors

The post Eastside is a great place to live right above many delicious restaurants. It is a pet friendly apartment complex with courteous neighbors and friendly office employees. I moved here last year and had a few maintenance problems which were fixed within the next day.

My time at Post Eastside has been an overall good experience. The managers are very nice and very helpful. The pools and the gym are nice and the neighbors are generally nice, too. I feel very safe here.

It's a good location for students as it is close by UTDallas, it's also surrounded by great food locations and hangout spots. We are right by the DART train so it gets noisey at night but it isn't too bad. Also, I pay for reserved parking and several people have parked in my spot and the front office doesn't execute those problems efficiently. They are nice but I feel like they don't do enough when we have problems like that.
