Love the location, design of apartment and management. Have concerns about upkeep and cleanliness. I have seen cigarette butts in elevator, trash in stair well, garbage bags piled outside of the trash chutes.

Getting an apartment here was a total nightmare. The process as well as the move-in was terrible and very stressful. No one is on the same page. The communication was lacking on all points. Knowing what I know now I would not have chose this place.

This is not a safe area and the apartment complex has had little to no security put in place. I had my vehicle broken into 11/24 between 2am-9am and I know of at least a few others that had vehicles broken into in the past. The apartment complex at this time does not maintain or patrol the areas as I know of as there is constantly trash in hallways and wheels and tires just sitting in the parking garage for months. Post eastside is aware of these break-ins and more yet from my knowledge no action to help prevent and secure area is being taken. Residents are forced to park in parking garage yet this parking garage is not secure and no one patrols the area making for a very unsafe area off of 75.

I have only been here a few weeks but the time spent getting into the community as well as living here has been my best apartment experience so far. The office associates are always nice and knowledgeable and ready to help! They show pride in thier work.

So far everything has been great. The maintenance team here is wonderful and all of the property managers and leasing agents we've spoken with have been great to work with. We've been in this unit for a year+ but we've been at this community for about 3-4 years so far. There have been a few issues with security, not for us specifically, but in the community that are a bit unsettling that the staff has been quite transparent about, which is appreciated. I do wonder if it's possible to up security in some ways though, at least regarding getting in and out of the building.

Moving to this apartment complex was a great decision. I feel safe and secure here, which was an important aspect to me. The staff is helpful and maintenance always comes in a timely manner. I haven't had any problems in the year that I have lived here.

It's been good. No real problems. The parking is a little difficult at times, but it never hurts to do a little more walking. I enjoy being to to walk to get food when I don't want to go far. Overall I am satisfied.

Mostly good, lately it has been declining. Neighbors leave trash all over the complex. Neighbors either don't pay for parking stickers or are allowing friends to park. Limited parking. I have enjoyed the complex overall.

Convenient location. Good for singles or couples without kids. Neighbors are noisy and parking is usually bad. But the apartments are nice and the community amenities are great. Lots of restaurants and shops in the area.

Location is great and plenty of restaurants and shopping areas to keep busy. Parking is convenient and very easy access to buildings, floors, and units. Very convenient to highways and corporate offices.

I haven't been here long and am still getting moved in but, I love the layout of the apartment and close all of the shops are to you. If I want to have a night out I have plenty of local eateries to choose from.

It's a nice community and pet friendly but I wish they could dedicate a portion of the central grass area the apartments or to a close the fence for the dogs to run around then. Especially because many of the residents have doors of their own it will be really convenient and promotes communicating and meeting your neighbors.

Bre is kind and great to work with . Wonderful neighbor hood. Updates need to be made or prices need to be dropped. The people responsible for maintaining are NOT maintaining. Shortcuts are being taken.

Affordable, friendly, lots of different things to do but you can get away to quiet when you are ready. You are right next to all kinds of places so in a short drive you can be in touch with a lot of different stores/services

It's a great place to live. I have the convenience of being close to work and the DART station. My neighbors are quiet. My cat loves the birds that nest in the trees just outside my balcony. One rested on the railing and my cat didn't even swat at it--just sniffed it. I really appreciate the community room. I like the sound of the mourning dove's call and also the joyful sounds the kids make in the pool.

It's been a good experience so far, but I haven't lived here long enough to provide better feedback to this question. The move-in process was pretty easy, but it was a little difficult getting larger furniture up to the 2nd floor. Staff was helpful on move-in day.

Great apartment and price I was told was okay. Disappointing at time of move in I did not have garage or storage I thought I would have because they cannot add it because I did not move in the first of the month but 31st and the first was a Sunday.

Love it! Great staff & I love the little community vibes it has. Grounds are nice. Fitness center & pool nice & clean. Neighbors are nice. Not a hustle & bustle to get in & out of. A lot of offers that we have taken full advantage of.

Property location is very convenient and inside the apartment is functional. However, the cleanliness needs much improvement. Hallways are often diety, pet urine or poop constantly and elevator is seldom clean. It would've been a great place if they can up keep the property.

It's a great place to live. Always clean and rarely any maintenance needs just updates while I lived here. The staff is always super nice and helpful. 10/10 would live here again also great area to be in lots of great restaurants.

I love how clean they keep the community. I like how they have resident activities and also there is a team that during COVID delivered some candy and a popcorn package for the people that have had to stay in, just to boost spirits. They take care of our maintenance issues any time we have one, right away. I always tell my husband, "I just love living here". We have been here about 6 years now and have been very happy to be here.

Not the best experience. Initial contact was easy and applying, however, the day before move-in, everything just went kind of downhill from there. I relocated from california. 5 days later than expected, and you can tell the apartment has not been cleaned professionally. Towel left in the fridge, grease buildup on the kitchen drawers near the stove, the bathroom sink nobs we're gross. What I thought was corrosion, was buildup from previous tenant and had not been cleaned. Blinds in the living room are gross/had not been cleaned. The Unit itself is nice, just weird smells and II've had to do my own cleaning.

It's very quiet. I enjoy it here. The move was very simple and the ladies at the leasing office were very helpful and knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered. They are also very easy to get in contact with and promptly respond to all emails.

At first glance it's a great community. With time, a million little things add up to consistently falling short of basic expectations for a community. From silverfish and ants throughout the year, a dirty apartment upon move-in, to poorly maintained facilities and gym equipment, to apathetic staff.. "it's always something," and I would struggle to recommend this community to anyone. The manager herself has been great, but her office staff is underwhelming at best. Maintenance crew is all amazing though. Location is the only plus or I would have left with or without a pandemic going on
