Everything is perfect except the lundury rooms and parking spots, otherwise the management team are very friendly and they help you right away. Plus the rent is very good according to the area and facilities.

Overall great experience. The staff was friendly. The process was easy. I appreciate being able to walk to the local businesses. Speaking of walking, you will be doing plenty of it with the long hallways and competitive parking.

This is a friendly community that puts on four events a month - a Saturday brunch, a pizza and poker night and two other events for resident participation. For interested women, there is a monthly book club meeting. The grounds are maintained nicely and management responds quickly to maintenance issues.

I love the area this apartment is located at. There's a nice park to walk your pets and some amazing restaurants to grab a bite from in the same complex. The gym and the swimming pools are really nice too!

People and location are great. The building is aging and in need of updating. Hallways and entry near mailboxes are dark and not inviting. Management people are good and maintenance people are responsive and professional.

My experience has been positive since my move in 2015. The apartments are well maintained and the office staff is knowledgable and professional. I also like that there is a variety of eating options in the community.

Very unsatisfied with this community. The property is dirty , not maintained well at all, the dumpsters stink , there's always ALWAYS dog pee and poop in the elevators .. trash everywhere. And if you have a maintenance request , plan on waiting WEEKS for anyone to fix anything .

This community is decent. It's close to 75, GWB tollway and most spots in the Richardson. I love the restaurants right at our deposal (most of them are phenomenal). There is ample parking for you and your guests. I have a unit that faces the pool, but I didn't have to pay premium to do it! In fact, most of the buildings are enclosed to some type of view, whether its a garden, or a pool of some sort. If I could make a wish list I would request: -A dog park. (Even though there are a few close, it would be nice to have, but they don't have the capacity to do it. -Faster maintenance. It sucks here compared to other Post Properties. -New interior paint colors for the hallways. it looks like a 60's hospital. Other than that, for the location, its a pretty good value compared to some in the area, BUT you would have to give up some luxury amenities (unless you live on the first floor).

The location of the property is perfection. Having restaurants and a 7-11 right downstairs has really spoiled us. The green space is also quite lovely and the front office staff is very friendly. Maintenance crew is also very responsive.

I have truly enjoyed living at Post for the last two years. The staff is always friendly and willing to help with anything that comes up. My experience has been great and I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for an apartment home.

When I moved into my apartment, I found the status is fair. However, after few days I moved in, I found more problems of the apartment's status:the door lock on the bathroom does not work; the tap of my bath tube is leaking; the kitchen light above the cook does not work; the door stop of my kitchen closet is missing so that after few days using, there is a hole on the door, but I am not sure whose responsibility is... In addition, I put the maintenance order immediately, but I didn't hear any feedback in a week.

The complex is overall well maintained and the gym is serviceable. The staff in the leasing office are friendly and remember your name and are ready to help. That said, I had anon-emergency maintenance issue that I was told would be fixed before I moved into the apartment. It wasn't. I put in three work orders to have it addressed; the first two were erroneously marked completed when nothing was done. It took over six months for the problem to be addressed. I was also told the windows were double-thick so that I would not hear the passing DART or other sounds from the parking lot. This was a flat out lie. I can hear the DART every time it passes; I've just been able to adjust and sleep with it. Same goes for when the businesses next door have music going late at night. There is no recourse for peace and quiet. On the other hand, I've had emergency maintenance (my A/C went out in August!) and someone was there within the hour to fix it.

The community is well kept for the most part. The community is dog friendly. On the other hand, that can be a down side with the one huge dog that lunges and barks at everyone. Other than that, the community is perfect for getting to public transportation and the nearby highways.

Good place to live with excellent management and friendly residents. The cares team does a great job of planning events so residents can get acquainted with each other. The maintenance team provides fast and competent service.

It has been a good place to live but I have noticed changes with the new ownership. There also seems to be high turnover in the maintenance staff that is affecting the common areas. This is surprising since the rent keeps going up.

When I first moved in it was a nice place. Over the past couple years it's gotten worse. Trash in entry way and stairwells majority of the time never gets picked up. Noisy neighbors all around the courtyard. Best was the dog left with patio door open for over a week while their owner went out of state. Called animal services but dog wasn't in danger so they couldn't do anything. Apartment complex was notified and nothing has been done. Dog still is left on patio from time to time for extended time and barks at all hours of the day and night. I will not be renewing here.

A few things I had to have when choosing an apartment.. -A residents only parking garage where I could park on my floor. -not directly on a highway, I am facing Greenville Avenue but that is nothing compared to highway noise. Also, my neighbors are very quiet and polite. As a woman that means a lot to me. Not to mention, there are tons of things within walking distance.. food places. Etc.

Great service! The front desk was very friendly. The value is great for the area and there are a bunch of shops and restaurants around to keep you busy. Parking is easy. The area is filled with young professionals.

The staff is great. Maintenance needs are addressed quickly. Convenience of 1st level businesses are a plus. Residents litter in the garage too much and drive too fast are my main issues. I would recommend this complex overall.
