The community is great! I find It very practical and peaceful to live here. 15 minutes from Dallas and minutes away from amazing restaurants and shopping centers. I love It here, will be staying here atleast another year.

I have lived here for almost a year and love it. The maintence is done in a timely manner and I have friendly neighbors. The manager in the office knows me by name and she remembered my name ever since the first day I came in to fill out an application. Unless my rent goes up by a lot, I'll be renewing my lease!

Lovely apartment, beautiful location and very nice layout, the outside hallways are all enclosed for security however sound echoes very highly with children or dogs walking by your apartment, at anytime during the day or night.

Don't move in here. Worst place ever. Not only was my car stolen from INSIDE their gated parking garage, and they didn't offer any help to me or the police. The place is disgustingly dirty outside. It smells like trash everywhere. There's mice and bugs. Don't let the show house fool you. Your grout will come up without hours of you moving in. Just all around a terrible experience. Rude rude rude workers too.

My only issue is that the neighbors above are over top with noise at all times of the day and night. Rediculious to the point where I'm about to complain and or call the police. I feel that for the amount of money I pay for rent I should not have to deal with such inconsiderate neighbors

It's a great place to live- centrally located and lots of great restaurants. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend if looking for a great place to live in the Richardson area!

Post Eastside is a pretty decent apartment community. There's some events with free food and poker night. The facilities are pretty nice but the halls are somewhat dirty and rarely cleaned, there are certainly issues but it's decent enough

Nice place to live. Plenty of shopping around, very convenient to the dart rail and restaurants, close to highway 75, lots of eatery's around, close to hotels in case you have out of town guests visiting.

My only complaint is that my apartment shares the wall to the pool entrance. Every time someone opens that gate to go through - I can hear the rusty gate screech each time it opens, and when it clangs every time it closes. This wall is next to my bedroom :)

Very positive. Great office staff, parking is usually available. I've only experienced one issue in two years with the exit gate not letting people out but I've enjiyed the time here. Maintence is always good too.

To date everything has been great! The office staff ladies are sweethearts. The convenience of being close to work! And the accessibility to different shops and restaurants was a big draw for me. Even the walk or bike trail is calling me even in the cold.

This is very quiet pleasant place with plenty of places to walk to without having to drive anywhere. No problems with neighbors or anything at all. I live on the first floor and I have no issues with the upstairs people. I feel safe and at home. And Dana in the office is awesome! She's always smiling and has a great attitude. Great place to live!

It's a great place to live! Great staff and up to date rooms. Walking distance from restaurants, bars, massage, salons and other shops. A great location, right off of 75. Any issue you make they handel right away.

Nice location, there are many restaurants and convenience stores in community area. And this apartment is closed to University and shopping mall. Inside apartment also has clear room and privated. All facilities as common space, fitness room and parking are convenient.

Overall, the apartment complex is very clean. Plus I see that they have people clean the pools almost every day. The maintenance workers here do a really good job of fulfilling maintenance requests at a timely manner.

Great community. New apartments. Excellent location. Lots of restaurants around so you are never hungry. Very quite, and safe area. I like everything about the apartment and how it is maintained. Only complaint I have is too many reserved parking spaces

Post Eastside Apartments are a very nicely kept and family, pet friendly, Taste of a downtown atmosphere. There many perks to living here the people Neighbors staff and just Everyday People you run into are all very friendly and respectful. We love living here very easy to commute to our jobs from home there and back and we're basically in the center of Richardson or we can have Restaurant Row up the street UTD or have the restaurants around the apartments themselves b r go to when we are not ready to cook lol

Office staff very helpful. Not happy with mail service as I could not track down a package that was supposedly delivered and noone wanted to be responsible. Maintenance is always available. Noisy upstairs but not unliveable. Love location of restaurants so close. Elevator hot, stuffy and hard to breathe in.
