It's alright, neighbours are quiet, no issues with other residents. Area is clean and staff is prompt in their actions. Staff shouldn't attempt to type cars with current registrations and residential parking stickers, though

We have had an wonderful experience here!! The entire staff in the office are professional and so helpful! So many good things to say about the amazing maintenance team!! Great work, professional , very hard working and very quick to fix any issues (if they arise). I absolutely love it here!!

1. The management is fairly unresponsive to maintenance requests. It took 2 years to fix my ice maker and they only came in to fix it when I had another problem. 2. When someone hit my car in the parking garage, the management fought me tooth and nail to get the footage (never got it). 3. They're also going up up up and everyone's rent and when I asked why, management said "Because people will pay that for your apartment if you won't" which I thought was a unique response. 4. You won't receive notifications or estimated times for maintenance services until AFTER they show up. No notification anytime beforehand even on the day of entry. Like what if I just got out of the shower and they barge in? All I really want is a heads up or an estimated time of service for maintenance.

I really do love my apartment. I don't want to leave! I am just really scared for my renewal and inflation increasing it tremendously. I would love to negotiate the prices once I get my renewal! But overall I love my apartment

Everyone in the leasing office and the maintenance staff have been very friendly and helpful, very impressed! The grounds and gym are nice, parking isn't too bad, but a little far from units. Also there is dog poop all over the grass areas from negligent owners, very annoying as an owner myself.

This place has been a nightmare moving in. Took me hours to get through someone in order to get access to my apt. There has been no clear communication and the place is very dirty. The apartment was definitely not move in ready.

I love how peaceful the whole property is. When walking my dog in the evening, I just take a deep breath at how nice it is and how peaceful it is. I love it and my son loves it as much as I do. He loves being able to walk to 7-11.

The apartments are close to many restaurants/retail which is great. The floor plan I have is spacious. If you have an ESA, I wouldn't even bother moving in here. They made it the most difficult, anxiety inducing process to get our ESAs approved. The complex is also not very wheelchair accessible as an FYI. Overall, it's an alright place to live.

Loved the unit we were in but did not like how expensive it was. Paying for the name and not the actual amenities. Management does not work with you on rent or other services. Buildings could be better taken care of as well.

Great experience so far, apartment was clean and in good condition at move in. Maintenance requests are completed extremely fast and the staff is always willing to help when you have an issue or concern.

Great community and floor plan. Management is always professional and available. The amenities are wonderful and we love all the restaurants and love being able to walk everywhere. We've enjoyed our years here and will miss our home and community.

So my wife and I moved into our apartment home in August 2021! We have Enjoyed our time here, prices for apartments in Dallas everywhere have gone up drastically so the opportunity to find a place in our price range was exciting! It's not the biggest place but we enjoy it for the most part. The staff at the leasing office is great!

Quick to respond from front office and maintenance arrive shortly after letting front office know what issues I was having. The issue was resolved quickly and there has been no other problems. The maintenance was through and ever polite and clean up after they completed work order. I appreciate the staff at this apartment complex. I have lived in another complex where took forever to respond to issues. Good job

Maintenance and office personnel very great. Actually the best office I have dealt with, and I have dealt with a lot! I can park high enough in garage so my car doesn't get banged up by other peoples doors. Can walk to restaurants and services without having to drive.

The staff is always friendly and responsive. The gym and pool are always kept clean. It's a little disappointing that there isn't a lot of comradery amongst neighbors. I don't know if that is because we need more activities or just the way people are in 2022.

This is a very clean and quiet community to be a part of , the location is well surrounded by many different places to eat and many different activities. It's practically 20 minutes away from downtown .

Apartment staff needs an attitude adjustment. Rent increases but the updates done don't justify the increase. Units do not have in unit washer/dryer and the community laundry is usually broke. They upgraded the laundry system and also increased the price per load yet the majority are still broke.

This has been a very good experience. The staff has been helpful and knowledgeable. Though some of the amenities are unavailable due to COVID restrictions, the apartment itself and the environment are both great.

Apartments are nice. But needs new management here. I work at a restaurant here at the apartments. I've talked to many past, current residents, and even past employees at the apartment and every single person agrees that the manager needs to go. This would be a great place with a new manager.
