The unit is faces a major street & is very loud. You can hear the upstairs neighbor drop things, walk & flush the toilet. Printer at the community office is either out of ink or paper. Gym equipment is out of date & filthy.

    Friendly and loving environment. Good events happens every month. And good resturants. Service is too good when ever it is needed. Apartments has a good park and location wich helps to reach any favourite resturnats easily. So close to all thebasci store required for a bachelors like us.

      Great office staff, apartments are nice and well kept. Maintenance is awesome! The complex is very quite. Parking is easy. I love all the local restaurants. I have not at a single bad experience and I would recommend this complex to anyone.

          Love the idea of the complex. The housekeeping is non-existent. Common hallways are dirty, stairwells are dirty, walls are stained with food as well as the stairs. Chewing gum on the floor in the hall has been there since we moved in. We have homeless people coming in through the roll up door that is not fixed. No security at all. I have been complaining for months about this problem. The problem is ignored by management. We will move out as soon as our lease is up to a clean and secure complex

            I moved into this community in Oct 2019. The premises are well kept and the office staff is helpful. The maintenance team responds to requests the same day or the next business day. I am very impressed with MAA. I would recommend MAA Communities.

              So far it has been excellent. Loren is amazing and Mark is super helpful. The Maine crew has been so courteous and nice too. I wish people would be held accountable to picking up after their dogs and there were cameras in the parking garage for our safety.

                  As a community its secured and closed parking i liked very much. Club house available only in office hours, how am i supposed to play in club house post my office hours ? Whey laundry cards are not updated even after i move in more than a week now.

                    Horrendously maintained. Overpriced for what is received. Zero security. Car will be towed even as a resident when the gate is malfunctioning. Office staff tends to be swapped out regulArly which can be frustrating when trying to resolve ongoing issues.

                        Horrible, everything is dirty. Apartment was not cleaned properly when I moved in. The toilet seat was not sanitized as there was thick brown gunk on the side of the toilet. Air condition does not work properly. Trash chute is very dirty

                            The community is nice. It is the area of convenience for me. Lots of shopping and food establishments close by. Easy access to the freeway. Parking can be tough sometime. Grounds are kept up and always clean.

                              I love it, beautiful apartment, nice amenities, prime location, high end luxury details. Easy access to the highway and Dallas. Airport is not far away and easy accessible to Love field. Mall is near by as well.

                                Great so far... still getting moved in. Maria is awesome! It is lacking a dog park or a playground, so it isn't perfect for families. But the apartments appear well kept and maintained. Maintenance and office staff are friendly.

                                    ? Very rude Leasing Staff. ? Make promises they don't keep. ? They do not respond to ANY Emails or Phone calls/Voicemails. ? I personally went to speak to The Manager who then very defensively popped off at me when I was simply telling her about the Maintenance issues my apartment needed fixing. ? Maintenance will not Call, Text, leave a note - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING - to give you any advance notice that they are coming to your apartment! ? Lee in Maintenance has been the only thorough AND respectful Post Eastside in Richardson Employee in this entire complex to deal with. ? I wish I'd read the negative reviews online before moving in here. ? I'm moving out after only 6 months here. A HUGE waste of my money and my time! ? I'll be adding to the negative online reviews about this property! ? The Hallways are filthy, as is the Mailbox area: actually all of the community areas are dirty. ? Post Eastside in Richardson SUCKS.

                                      It's good, the staffs are nice and the facilities are kind of "old". Sometimes some staffs are not that passionate and welcome to people when getting our package. And I lost my package twice at my front door. So I think the security could be better.

                                        Where do I start... Maria is rude and usually unhelpful when it comes to getting help for serious issues we have had. We had extensive water damage in our apartment for months before it was repaired. I only have a picture of when it first started but it kept getting worse due to it going so long without being repaired. When we initially moved in the apartment needed lots of cleaning and there was cat hair everywhere, which is confusing since they charge to "clean" you carpet when you move out... On top of that, any other bad reviews you see regarding carpet replacement are probably true. Any small amount of damage that occurs to the carpet will apparently warrant the whole thing being replaced... They say they have third parties clean and repair carpets but why would you not hire RELIABLE carpet installation companies that know how to do a simple patch. Just proof of how little they care about you once you move out and are not paying them rent anymore. I tried explaining why them not hiring carpet repair companies that know how to do a simple patch up is so ridiculous and irresponsible and I was met with additional rudeness. I was told "well actually, what youre paying is 900 but we paid the other 500 so..." well ACTUALLY, its ridiculous that a small burn in the carpet can cost you even $900, so the condescending words were not even helpful. Not to mention the whole time we lived there our neighbors were extremely loud and you can hear EVERYTHING that happens above you, especially when your upstairs neighbors own an energetic large dog. Overall, such a negative experience and Post Eastside only does what's convenient and easy for them instead of making sure their tenants don't get ripped off with ridiculous move out fees.

                                            The front office staff is always helpful and maintenance quickly has taken care of any issues I have had. My only complaint is residents who allow there dogs to urinate buy the entrance door. Over all I am very happy with my apartment.

                                                The office staff is amazing, maitenence requests are fulfilled quickly, and the apartments are beautiful. My only complaint would be the front doors are thin so you do hear everything happening in the hallways, even on the opposite side of your apartment. But it's generally a quiet complex other than that.

                                                  I've had zero complaints since I first moved in, every single time that I have put in a request it was either taken care of the very next day or within a few business days. Any time it wasn't done the first day I was reached out to from staff with a notification of when it should "estimated" be done by which is great so that I can plan accordingly on anything from my end to help with the process.
