We have spent about a decade in this apartment complex. The rooms are spacious , there's abundant sunshine , there are matured trees inside the building and around the complex . There's a covered garage which is a huge blessing! It's centrally located to the grocery stores , schools, train stations , highways , places of worship etc . Overall a clean and happy place to live .

I have lived at Sterling Village since May and can confidently say this community deserves five stars. The property is well maintained, with beautiful established trees, mature landscaping, and recent upgrades including a renovated pool and pool deck as well as convenient parcel lockers. The gym is large and well equipped, making it easy to stay active without leaving home. The staff?Alona, McCray, Jesse, Tyler, and Kenneth?are top notch. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally, and the team does a great job keeping residents informed every step of the way. While the apartments themselves were built in the 1990s, they offer a level of space and comfort that newer communities can't match. The one-bedroom units are roughly 300 square feet larger than many new builds, and the soundproofing is noticeably better than what I experienced in a recently constructed community. The layouts feature generous closet space, oversized balconies, and private garages included in the rent?saving residents about $200 a month compared to nearby properties. Best of all, there are no unnecessary add-on fees or mandatory media packages; you simply pay rent and utilities. The location is another highlight. Sterling Village is close to I-15, shopping at the mall, Walmart, Costco, and Sam's Club, plus countless restaurants, gas stations, and the FrontRunner commuter rail station just a block away. My own apartment overlooks the wetlands and river, providing a private setting where I enjoy sunsets and the sound of ducks and geese each evening. If you're looking for an apartment in this area, Sterling Village offers exceptional value, responsive management, and a community that truly feels like home.

I'd like to start by saying that within just a couple of hours of placing the work order, the technician was already at my front door ready to solve the issue. I unfortunately forgot his name, but he was a true gentleman and professional. His mannerisms reflected confidence, hospitality, and integrity. He diagnosed and fixed the problem with my garage door in under 45 seconds ? something I had assumed would require a full crew, several days of labor, and possibly even a brand-new door. As it turns out, I had accidentally blocked the garage door sensor, which was preventing the door from operating properly. Not only did he resolve the issue quickly, but I also learned something in the process. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the service and the experience.

It is so satisfying to live in a quality apartment community where the management and maintenance team are so quick to respond to maintain a high quality of standards to create a positive, safe and respectful environment for residents. We researched and visited multiple apartments in the Salt Lake Valley. Sterling Village was the most impressive. It is clean a beautiful property. The apartment is spacious with very pleasant views. The landscape is mature and well kept. Our expectations have been met and exceeded and we no reason or plans to move. Thanks to management and maintenance.

Excellent location and great support. Overall quiet. However, the grounds are not maintained as far as removing leaves and cleaning streets. Hopefully the snow removal will be better than leaf removal.

This community is older and not updated appliance wise but it is in a great area with lovely greenery and large patios. The pool area is clean and organized as well as the mailroom. The kitchen is very dated but functional. The living rooms are more spacious than most apartments.

We have loved Sterling Village. It is a great place, and management is really on top of things. However, recently we've been frustrated with maintenance not responding and / or marking jobs as "complete" without doing anything or contacting us. 90% of our experience here has been great, but sometimes it is frustrating. Overall, would recommend.

Everything was exceptional except the cleaning done before we came in as new tenants. There were dog hairs in the kitchen cupboards as if someone used the same towel to clean a different area in the house and then used the same one to clean the cabinets in the kitchen area. Around the toilet was also not properly cleaned. I reached out to management on a Friday and unfortunately the cleaning crew was not able to finish their job correctly until the following Monday. Management was professional and we really appreciated their understanding.
