We have enjoyed it here. We especially like where our apartment is located. We've made some good friends here. Not sure what else you want to know. We may or may not sign another year's lease. For health reasons we may choose another living situation in the future.

Good place to live. Nice and beautiful atmosphere in the community. Fire Place in apartment is good. Gym is good Swimming pool is very good. Hot bath tub very very good. Malling address for postbox is far but ya it's locked and we can get mails easily.

Courteous and friendly staff. Easy leasing experience. The apartments are spacious and the common areas are well maintained. The 1 car garage is large than I expected. The neighbors are friendly and I'm happy I moved here.

Amazing! I love the community, people is really kind, i like the neighborhood. I like the pool, gym and common places. I enjoy the nature , is really beautiful. Is peaceful, perfect for families and pets

Just moved in this week but from the start, things were great. Kaya and staff were awesome at communicating with me during the move in process and I'm thrilled about my unit. New appliances, great view, and covered garage. Absolutely love it

Great community and great staff, Whenever there is a problem, the team is always willing to help out and figure out what is going on. Also the location is amazing, lots of stuff all around and a beautiful view.

Just moved in. Quick and efficient maintenance. Friendly office staff. Lots of dog stations always stocked with plenty of bags. Friendly neighbors. Will update after having lived here longer. So far, so good.

The apartment was very clean and ready for move in. The staff was very nice, easy to work with and everything went smoothly. Everything is working properly. We've only been here a few days, but so far, we love it!

Overall my experience was less than ideal. Management did not have my apartment prepared for me before my lease began. It smelled like cigarettes and I had to ask them twice to remove the cigarette odor. Then, there were welders making significant amounts of noise when they were doing their stair project. This noise would go on for several hours a day almost 7 days a week. Then, I had issues with my dryer. I notified maintenance twice to fix my dryer, but to no avail. They did not do their job and my dryer was still non-functional after both requests were made to fix my dryer. Then, I was surprised by a notice from the management that they wouldn't renew my lease. They did not tell me why, then I found out using my own research ONLINE that they were doing renovations and were going to kick out a bunch of residents so they could complete them. Overall, my experience was stressful and I would NOT recommend this apartment community to any of my friends.

Apartment layouts are really nice and spacious. 2b/2b are perfect for roommates. All units come with a garage at no extra charge and some have direct access which is hard to find. The property is nicely shaded which gives a nice cool feel without taking away all the natural light.

We really enjoy living here. Apartments are extremely comfortable and spacious. They need some updates/upgrades but in general they are great. Staff are super friendly and always ready to help. In addition everyone loves pets.

Literally the 2nd worst apartment complex I've lived in out here. The maintenance workers are nice enough when explaining why they don't want to do any work, until you start complaining that they don't do work. In the time I've lived here, maintenance workers have lied to us several times as well as ignored the work orders we've put in. The office staff is just as bad. The office has received complaints about our dogs that they refused to bring to our attention. Then they gave us a 3 day notice to comply or vacate for an issue with our gas utility that had been fixed 5 days prior to the notice. Then they tried to fine us for having 2 emotional support animals by pretending that we turned in 2 ESA forms in order to register 1 dog. Don't live here, they find arbitrary reasons to treat tenants poorly and then bully them until they leave.

Its been a great place to live so far. We haven't had any major issues with the apartment yet and have been loving it here. Its at a great location thats got some good views out of your windows. I like the way it is built so you dont really have any other apartments around you to look at you through your windows.

This community is kept really clean. The layout of the apartments is really quite beautiful and I feel safe living here. It is a little tight in layout but after moving everything it is easily overlooked.

When I moved in I got new carpet and paint. But the list of issues was huge at move in. I would reconsider living here if I knew then what I do now. It is very run down in the long run and the apartment doesn't have enough light. Lots of windows but those windows let lots of heat in when the sun is out and the apartment heats up fast. The front desk people are kind. But the maintenance people find a way to blame you for the things falling apart in the apartment even when you inform them about how the damage occurred or if it was preexisting. For almost 2000 dollars a month you would think it would be a better kept place.

Very professional and prompt in responding to service requests. The grounds are maintained and it is a quiet community. Great at communicating when work projects are going to be done so tenants are aware and can plan accordingly.

saw this gem of a place while searching for a bigger, more safe apartment. this is such a find. the staff is AMAZING. like truly, kaya helped me and was an angel throughout. move in was seamless and the location is absolutely PRIME. i waited three months for an avail apt and it was SO WORTH IT!

Everyone was great and made sure that our move went well. Unfortunately, the front office didn't do anything about porch pirates or signage to allow deliveries go to the right apartment (specifically, the garden level apartments).

Been here 6 years now we not been this new apt downsizing due wife's medical care cost. We able laterally move to smaller and ground floor unit. The amenities are quite good and easy access to front office for support.

The community seems good and the office staff is fantastic. Top-notch Maintainance team, they are on top of everything and do not make you feel like you are a burden on them like other complexes. The parking is a little iffy but you get a garage and an available spot is usually not super far. I would avoid having USPS ship packages here due to having access to the package being based on office hours. UPS, FedEx, and even DHL are just fine because they deliver to your door.

Quiet, well landscaped and maintained. Apartments with high ceilings, lots of large windows, large balconies, person laundry room and a great garage for each apartment. Feels like condo living. Does not feel like an appartment. Thoroughly enjoy living here.
