I lived her a few years ago and loved it enough to come back. The prices are comparable to others in the area but the staff has been so kind, the maintenance quick and efficient, and having garages has been a life saver with how volatile the weather is here. The patios are a great size, many apartments come with a beautiful view and a fireplace, and the pool/gym stay clean. I've never had any issues here and just renewed to stay another 13 months.

Great office mangers property manager and assistant manager really care about the property and the residents most importantly if you need anything they will take care of it. Don't worry be happy today

A great complex to live in. Very clean and the management has always been great to work with. Maintenance requests have always been acknowledged in a timely manor with a professional team. I would highly recommend renting from this complex

I've loved everything about living at Sterling Village. My apartment is beautiful and spacious. I've lived in many different apartment complexes throughout my life and I'm genuinely impressed with how well this place is run. Maintenance is so prompt and helpful. The leasing office staff is great to work with and always willing to help. Love it.

I love it here This is the second time I rented here I live the design of the apartment the ground are nice amenities are great well cared for. Personal is accommodating, maintenance is great always helpful location is great close to freeway shopping

We have loved living here! The apartments are laid out in a way that really uses the space and feels very open. The maintenance team is always so on top of requests and do whatever they need to to fix whatever we are having an issue with. So impressed by the management here in general, something that absolutely sets Sterling Village apart from other Apartment Homes.

I am a new resident at Sterling Village. I love my apartment and surrounding large mature tees. It is a serene and quiet environment. I have found the management to be professional, knowledgeable and courteous.

This community is amazing! From the lease process to the quick maintenance- everyone has been very kind and responsive. The complex is clean and tidy and lawn maintenance is completed regularly (including snow removal.) The pool is very nice along with other amenities.

It is an apartment complex that feels like your own home. It is safe, well maintained, maintenance is very timely .when called. The pool area is beautiful and recreation room first class. Barbecues never work.

I have really enjoyed my experience here at Sterling Village! It is hidden away from the road and full of nature. The community here is SUPER friendly and I honestly love all of my neighbors. There are always kids playing outside. It is relatively quiet. You do hear the train a little bit, but it isn't awful at all. I would highly recommend living here!!

Very supportive staff. Friendly neighbors. Private and quiet apartments. Grounds are kept very clean. The apartment itself is very quiet. Only hear garage doors open and close. Nice age mix of people living in the complex.

It is a very beautiful community to live in. I'm enjoying my stay here. I would like to suggest my friends moving in to SLC to prefer this community. The response from the office staff and maintenance staff is extremely impressive.

So far, the apartment we are renting has exceeded our expectations. It has a lot of light and windows and plenty of trees on the property, and the unit was spotless when we moved in. We look forward to seeing how everything goes as we stay for longer!

An amazing place to live! Close to the freeway but you could never tell as it is so quiet here. Very professional staff, maintenance problems resolved very quickly, and just overall a 10/10 location to live. Most apartment complexes are fairly meh to live at, but this place is the best apartment I've ever lived in with a fantastic quiet community.

We visited several properties in the area and then found Sterling Village. The mature well kept landscaping and cleanliness impressed me as I drove into the complex. The buildings are uniquely designed. It does not feel like or look like apartments. The attached garage is something we have always wanted. Drive in. Close the door automatically and up the stairs into our apartment. The 9 ft ceilings throughout and the vaulted ceiling in the living room make the spaces open and airy. Lots of windows for sunlight. The balcony and view of the valley is such a bonus. We like the courtyard design to enter the common area and the privacy. The management and maintenance staff have always been responsive and courteous. Neighbors are respectful. This is good apartment living. We have recently extended our lease for the next year. Thank you Sterling Village.

So far everything is great, my only complaint would be that the person above us has either a kid or dog that runs back and forth constantly and the parking is scarce. Other than that everything has been great!

I love living here. Even though our rent has gone up in the last couple years, I feel like we get a lot more space and views for our money. The gym here is pretty nice and has a cardio and a weight side, the pool is lovely in the summer and the hot tub is open all year around!

It's as good as it can be for an older apartment complex. The staff are quick to respond to any issues, and maintenance is always professional, respectful and thorough, explaining any issues they have with completion or repair, and the timeline of repair.

Beautifully laid out apartment. Very quiet. You feel like you are in a private home. We love the garage entry into the apartment and enjoy the gas fireplace. Our neighbors have been friendly and welcoming.

I like the apartment, but it should be more cleaner, somebodie's pee was inside the toilet, and also we found some stuff from previous person inside the drawer. too many spider were living in every corner.
