The staff has been wonderful. Very helpful and kind. Staff very attentive when needed. Notify you of any work that is being done at the gym or anything being worked on. Keep you updated with any changes or maintenance in your building.

I love it. The administration and the service is great. So far, I have been happy with the apartment I live in; and it is very large and big. Also, they will email you the exact bill when it gets closer to the end of the month.

I love the place, they are very kind to the tenants, you go to the office with any problem and they solve it immediately, you pass a note that something is damaged in the apartment, they come immediately and fix it and do a good job, I feel satisfied living in these apartments.

My fianc? and I love this place! We searched for a long time to find the perfect fit and this community is exactly that! The office staff are kind and generous- the area is always clean. The worst thing about this place is the parking situation but it seems action is being taken to fix this already

Great community and good space overall. The maintenance staff here is the best. The buildings are little old but clean and well maintained. Pretty quiet and have scenic mountain views. I have also a lot of friends and family living in the same community

Loving it so far. Everyone here has been so nice and friendly to work with. I love all the trees here also. I really hope they keep them all. One resident complained that one of her pine trees was cut down and she was sad about it. That's one thing that I really love here, is all the trees.

I have lived here a while now. The apartments are beautiful inside and out. The streets are lined with cherry trees both pink and white so when spring time comes, they're in full bloom and it's magical, picturesque and the streets come to life.

Pricing needs to go down, everyone is getting gouched, they don't care that my backyard is dead and has been for 2 years, but they are fast at towing everyone who parks a little off even though there isn't enough room to park

Clean and Quite apartment and the Pool is a plus to use. They Maintain the gutters and building repairs and supply doggy bags for the owners. The weight room could use more maintenance Great location to shopping stores and gas stations.

We have been very happy living at Sterling Village Apartments. We have been residents for 20 years. Our dishwasher stopped working, and our property manager Laena was very willing to replace. They replaced in a very timely manner with a new dishwasher. Thank you! It works great!

This is a nice area. There are many dogs and pet parents. The location is off of any main road. Lots of trees. The neighbors are friendly and seem to look after each other. The pool area is always clean.

Be aware that if your AC breaks on a Saturday night no one will help you. I called the emergency maintenance line and because it's not 82? outside (it's only 80? right now) there is nothing they can do to help me. Our apartment is 80? inside right now and we are stuck like this until Monday now. Paying all this money for rent and I have to be extremely uncomfortable in my own home and won't be able to sleep. Update: 10:30pm and my house has only cooled by 1 degree even though its 73? outside right now. It's literally cooler outside than the home I'm paying $1500 a month for! Update: 7am on Sunday morning now and my house is 78? still. Outside temp is 65. Probably should have just just slept outside with all the bums who walk through these apartments coming off the Jordan River. I've included pictures of these tweakers/ homeless that are always wondering around here. When I have called the office to report them I get told "call the police" so these apartments are pretty much useless to help you. Now it's making sense why I've seen so many people moving out of here the last few weeks. I can't wait to join them when our lease ends next month! Also, they responded to my husband's review below, and said it was fixed promptly. I would NOT consider 48 hours promptly!! It was hot and miserable in our house for 2 days.

They keep raising the rent. It is way to high but I suspect they will raise it again when it is time to renew. The garage door has needed to be replaced for a year now, but they fix it on a regular basis. In the meantime it remains open because it has come off the track and will not close until they fix it again.
