Great and friendly community. The leasing office & office staff have always been very welcoming from the moment we came to tour these apartments. Since moving in we have had no issue other than a leaky sink which was taken care of immediately by the maintenance staff. It was done correctly the first time and other than that no issues. Neighbors are great around here as well.

The Sterling Village Luxury Apartment complex is absolutely breathtaking. From the clubhouse, pool, and grounds, to the apartments themselves... everything is top notch, beautiful, and had exceeded all my expectations. The staff is extremely friendly and efficient, the grounds impeccable, and the quality of the workmanship and building structures and designs are fantastic. I am very impressed and will continue to live in this community for a very long time.

If you moving in this apartment for long term, we ready for unfair rent increase every year. They will ask for rent that is more then new lease. Every year rent increase is about $ 80. As well as utility is very high. more then $100 for water and savage. Even if you own your single family house that will not have this utility bill. Management has to really check why utility bill is so high?

Sterling Village is an incredibly quite community. The management staff and maintenance teams are responsive and polite, in the several years we have lived here we haven't encountered any problems. Our one-bedroom unit is spacious and fits our needs, and as a dog-friendly community, it really is a great place to live. The units are older, so expect to find some older paint and appliances. We've had some of our appliances replaced after multiple maintenance visits and the management staff was happy to oblige. Our only complaint has to do with the availability of open space in the complex - since it is dog friendly, it'd be a great bonus to have a fenced-in area for off leash play. Pet rent is an additional $35/month, on top of a larger pet deposit. I'd love that extra money to go toward some pet amenities.

The grounds are stunning, excellent views and landscaping. The staff are extremely helpful both office and maintenance personnel are on top of making it a great experience. The people I've met around the community are also extremely nice! Excellent place to live.

The bedrooms do not have lights in them. There is a special plug you plug a lamp into that connects to the switch and they did not tell me about this and I found out about it the day I moved in! In the model there was lights so what would make you stop and think "hmm I wonder if there is lights in all the rooms?" Also there is a bunch of hidden fees and payments that they add on after you paid them $300 for the deposit and application fees. I would never recommend living here unless they start telling you things before hand.

We just moved in for our second time. The apartments are spacious and have lots of windows. They are clean and quiet. We like the amenities. The staff is friendly and knows the residents. Repairs are handled in a timely manner by pleasant staff members.

This community is very quiet. No hustle and bussel of city noise. I am very astonished at the landscaping here. Its gorgeous. The balconies are large and can entertain your guest and not be cramped. The rooms are all spacious. You have that wide open feeling. Its a beautiful setting. The only draw back is its so far to the pool, gym and hot tub.

Very nice community with spacious apartments. Nice large balconies and good views. Plenty of green space. Unfortunately, neighbor noise is high due to poor sound insulation between floors. All other aspects of this apartment community are first rate.

We have loved living at Sterling Village Luxury Apartment Community! TJ, Nicole, and Zach are wonderful----along with the maintenance staff. They have been great throughout the years, and have helped us resolve issues quickly, and professionally. The community grounds are always clean, beautiful, and great for our daughter and dogs. I look forward to many more years watching our daughter grow up in a safe community where she has friends her age, a pool to swim in, a school she loves, and a home she loves as much as we do.

In our search for a rental property, we were looking for a home to rent, we didn't even consider looking at apartments. At some point in our search, we viewed a home in the neighborhood next door to Sterling Village. First thing we noticed was the long beautiful entry into the apartments, it was like going from the city into a quaint little village of hi quality Apartments, not the typical look. The grounds were beautifully groomed, a lot of large trees surround the apartments, large balconies, doggie stations and upon viewing the Apartments, you can see the overall quality, upkeep and home-like apartments that we didn't know existed in our area. We felt so comfortable and drawn to the grounds, clubhouse, pool, and Apartment layout, we put in our application. We were approved in less than 10 minutes. We really didn't want to move into an apartment, so we continued our journey for a rental home or town-home to rent. What a hassle currently trying to get a rental house, after paying about $400 in application fees on 4 different houses, we missed out on 3 of them due to the 3 to 4 day approval time for application process, by the time ours was approved someone else had already rented the homes. We finally got approved and grabbed the 4th home and we're so excited, until we read the lease and saw the total of about $4800 down payment (which seemed average on an $1800/MO house rental). We got all the way to the day we needed to sign on the house, we kept going back and forth on the beautiful atmosphere the apartment had to offer w/no maintenance on anything, and finally chose the Apartment. We are so happy we chose to live here. It is quiet (like the retirement community we came from after selling our townhome). We have 3 bedrooms, a great room, laundry room (not a sliding door) a large balcony with outstanding views. Kitchen was my hardest selling point, but I have been fine with it, we love it here. We have a back door that does downstairs, you can go into garage door or straight out a 2nd door to a large grass area that I love playing with my dog and Grandchild. Clubhouse is awesome with outside pool (open thru end of Sept) and hot tub open year round), big variety in two work out areas, plus a private billiards room, Dry Sauna and Steam Room. Come In and talk to Zack, he is so great to deal with, we are so satisfied. Time will tell, but right now, we are not thinking about purchasing a home, but enjoying the relaxing home we have right here, close to freeway, but nestled in trees with beautiful views

Our move in process with Nicole was very easy and she was incredibly helpful. There was some left over residue on our bathroom counter and the converter on our shower was broken and she had them come clean and fix the shower within the first two hours of us moving in. So far we love it!

experience was wonderful, staff was on top of everything,zach ross was very helpful in every aspect of the move in process, we got this apt. sight unseen,as it was still waiting to become vacant and we were on a tight move out from our current location,, there were a few issues with the apt but all were taken care of very quickly,faster than any other apts i have ever lived in,,these people go out of there way to make things right,and the apts were wonderful,,just what we wanted,we got to check off everything on our must have list!

Great place to live. Maintenance always on top of everything and the office people are very nice. Grounds are always kept up the gym and pool area are kept clean and well maintained. Snow removal is also always done promptly we have never had issues with getting in and out they clear the side walks and streets quickly. Have enjoyed living here
