Our move across the country was rushed due to a new employment offer. The staff at Sterling worked fast and responded quickly to allow us to be approved and move in as soon as possible. Once we arrive the apartment was in good condition and clean. We are happy with the upgraded kitchen and in-unit laundry. The grounds are nice and amenities are fun (including pool, gym and billiards room). My only complaint is the smoke detector is close to the kitchen and overly sensitive (we set it off twice within our first week just making toast in the toaster).

I love my apartment. The setup means I can feel isolated and very private. The staff is amazing and being able to pay rent online makes everything simple. The view from my patio alone makes this a great place to live.

My husband & I love our Sterling Village apt. We chose this apt. Over a brand new one at about the same cost because Sterling Village had that home feeling. The land scraping is mature & well cared for. The work out gym and pool area are kept well maintained and inviting. We love that our apt. Has high ceilings, large windows, and two nice patio's that expand our living area. If there is a maintance need, they are on it the same day! The residents are friendly and respectful. Great place to live!

Today is day 7 everything and everyone is great. Our washer wasn't working I contacted the front desk spoke with two individuals they got right to it and made sure problem was solved. The maintenance staff left a note confirming repairs were taken care of.

I lived here a few years ago and absolutely loved it. The move out process was extremely easy and we got our full refund. We then wanted to rent a home to have a yard for our pup, but after two years decided to downsize to an apartment again. We looked at over 20 apartments to see if there was anything better than Sterling Village and there is not. The floor plans are VERY spacious. There are NO other apartments in the area that have floor plans like Sterling Village. We love the views, window light, and how spacious the floor plans are. The staff is amazing as well. After 2 years of living somewhere else, it definitely felt like home the first night we moved back. We love it here! Would would recommend to anyone.

I love the office staff especially Zach! The maintenance staff is kind, efficient, and very thorough! I love the beauty of the grounds. The hot tub, steam room, and my huge tub are worth every penny! My biggest complaint is nothing is truly handicap accessible for my double amputee husband; no lift for pull or chairlift, no motorized for hot tub. However they go above and beyond to compensate in other ways! For example, they are super helpful in getting our place as easy to navigate for him as possible. They are also super amazing and empathetic.

I love all of the trees and open spaces in the community. The apartment is in great condition. The kitchen is a little outdated, but the huge living room makes up for it! Spacious bathroom, bedroom, and enough storage for all my clothes with a walk-in and 2 spare closets! So happy we chose to live here.

Recently moved in, overall I'm pleased so far. Location is superb and the grounds are well kept and impressive. It was slightly difficult to get furniture up the turning & narrow stairs, but it can be done. All staff have been good $ friendly.

The rental paperwork and obtainment of keys process was very fast. The community is peaceful, and the living space is very large compared to other communities. Fairly close to shopping centers and plazas. I am looking forward to living there during my studies.

The floor plans make these feel less like an apartment and more like a town home. I love the attached garage, the large patios and spacious feeling. The maintenance staff is friendly and responsive. The office staff is professional and always happy to resolve any questions or problems that arise. The pool is beautiful and the fitness room exceeds my expectations of what you typically find. All in all I am very happy living at Sterling Village.

I moved here to live in quiet solitude while I wasn't at my very people-oriented office, and I have exactly that. I can see out the window that people who still want to be social can, so it's great that the option to be outgoing are available. The grounds are beautiful and worth walking, and the clubhouse is wonderful.

hi I love leaving in this complex, the apartment is great, the management and everything. About the noise: that is a bit less, you hear quite a lot from the neighbors and they are not really loud. Just not so good isolation (I Can basically hear them sneeze) besides that, love my "home" and your staff and all the help when needed!!!
