I was drawn to the property because of the amenities and beautiful setting. It is a fabulous location, close to the Interstate and TONS of shopping and places to eat or entertain the family. The property also had a garage which was hard to find in an Apartment type setting. I also LOVED to manager, Danica, and her polite and prompt communication. It was her attention to detail and speedy communication that helped me decide on Sterling Village.

Maintenance support should be better and staff should be committed what they promise in the apartment tour and during lease agreement. Staff should be provide the status/progress of background/credit check on regular basis.

Quiet and secluded neighborhood with a great staff and amenities. They are really responsive and always find away to make sure they identify the needs of the tenants. The updates sent out via email and the tenant portal make things very efficient.

The units are very comfortable. We have nice neighbors and the staff are always friendly and helpful. My only complaint is they water the grass too much and waste a significant amount of water. Maintenance is the best.

The office staff have been great to work with and have been quick to make any repairs we need done. We really love the quiet neighborhood and convenient location, it's really close to the freeway, grocery stores malls but is in a quiet secluded location

Friendly staff. Nicole made our cross country move less stressful with all her help. If you're moving into a first floor drop unit, don't expect to get large furniture down the stairs-they are tight. Luckily we were able to use our back door via the ground level balcony.

Its a nice community, with amazing neighborhood. Everything near by, markets, grocery, interstate & trax. Also very nice school in neighborhood. Some apartments has nice mountain view & get plenty of sunlight.

This is not luxury apartment at all. Spiders, poor heater, old showers, poor quality toilets, old microwave and refrigerator, old and malfunctioning stove, carpet is not installed properly, freezing bedrooms, no light set on ceilings, tiny kitchen, dark ambient, old heater. Arrogant and rude staff. Do not rent here!

The policy at Sterling Village regarding your air conditioning is that if it stops working they reserve the right to not respond for up to two hours. They also reserve the right to not respond at all after hours unless it's over 82°.

I've only been at this apartment for about a week and a half, but I've loved every minute of it. The A/C didn't work when me and my roommate first moved in, but maintenance was super quick to jump on the issue and get it resolved. Everyone in the office is extremely nice and helpful, and Zach has been wonderful to work with and has made the moving in process stress-free.

Great area to live at. The landscaping at times needs attention, the BBQ area needs attention as well. The BBQ do not work most of the time. Staff is friendly and prompt. would be nice if the management would include a dog park of some time, so dog owners could let their dogs run loose. Something to consider.

Quiet and clean community with a great view. The apartment is spacious. Within 10 minutes drive to two shopping malls, Costco and many good restaurants. The maintenance team can usually respond in the same day.

Phenomenal Apartments! They feel like homes and the layouts or really nice with exceptional views! Friendly staff, great location and amenities - couldn't ask for better. My daughter moved into these apartments and I was blown away with how nice they are and how satisfied she was so I decided to move in too.

I would recommend this apartments these are great apartments in great area. Lovely place to live super service and personnel. The entire staff always greet you with smile and are quick to attend any problems that arise. The grounds are kept clean and the workouts are rarely crowded. Also safe place to live.??????

Really good place to live, quite and organize. I got a great view, everything is clean and the neighbors are friendly, i had been recommended to all my friends. It has a great gym and swimming pool and also my dog has a big area where he can play at any time

Great service..great security..friendly staff..beautiful gardens kept year round .. Knowledgeable staff ..they work together in a great and friendly way.. Except for the very noisy upstairs neighbor and the bright hallway light that makes the smaller bedroom very hard to sleep in, it's been great. The staff is very helpful and polite. Also we couldn't be be happier with the location.

This community has a great deal of benefits above and beyond other apartments. The price is on the high side, but well worth the extra money. Pet friendly, close to freeway, extremely convenient. I came from home-owning the last 10 years and was a little skeptical. The floor plans are amazing. Attached garages with entry to apartment, very different floor plans. I feel like I'm in a very expensive condo. I never hear my neighbors... I don't leave many reviews, but feel this place should be highly recommended.

They have been very helpful with the whole move in process. The exact apartment we wanted was available before the date we actually needed to move in, they extended it for us so we didn't have to spend extra money. We also got brand new appliances and that was one of the best parts.

The Office Staff is exceptional and very helpful with anything asked of them. Any problems with my apartment are fixed the same day. The grounds are always clean and beautiful. I love my community and plan to stay long term.

Very smooth move-in experience, friendly staff, and quick response to maintenance requests. I like the 1 bedroom apartment floorplans a lot, and there are plenty of spaces for storage. Included garage parking is also very nice. The only thing is that I hope it was a gated community, although its a pretty safe neighborhood.

not satisfied with the appartment. heating does not work, stove need to be repain every now and then, windows are not properly seatled due to which room temperature is quite low in winters. there is lode noise of water flowing whenever someone uses toilet in apartment above us.
