We love being a part of the community. The staff is all amazing and friendly from the office to maintenance staff. The office staff has been very friendly. Any issues have been fixed promptly and the grounds are kept very nice. We enjoy the common areas as well as the fitness and pool area which are always kept very clean.

A very quiet place to live. Very convenient to I15, shopping etc. For the most part, a very respectful community. Office staff very friendly and helpful. Maintenance staff, over and above capable and responsive. I have never once had to wait until the next day for any kind of a maintenance request. I am very happy here, first apartment complex I have wanted to stay in past my first year lease.

My husband and I love our apartment here at Sterling Village. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. This makes the view out our large windows and on our paito very enjoyable. The staff and maintenance personnel have been very helpful with our getting settled in request to make this apartment our home.

Very nice place to live. quiet area and mature landscaping is beautiful and well maintained. Staff is friendly and any problems have been resolved quickly and efficiently. Love all the windows in each apartment. Not like an apartment but more like a home.

Overall experience has been good. Staff is friendly and willing to help in all matters. Still experiencing issues with car alarms going off all hours of the night and day (blue ford truck) which is parked in the back property. This is an inconvenience for those who work at home an are on conference calls.

I love everything about this community - it's much the same as living in a condo complex with garbage pickup on the street curb, attached garages, big patios - many overlooking green areas. It's quiet and peaceful - spacious living areas with everything you need.

If I could live anywhere in an apartment complex it would be STERLING VILLAGE!! The staff has been AMAZING, the complex and amenities are always in GREAT shape, and my apartment itself is fantastic!! I am sad to have to leave but am moving into my house.

Window blinds were not proper and are very old. Apart from that everything else is fine. A decent community with proper gym, swimming pool and car garage even for 1 bed room apartment. Maintenance staff is very quick and responsive to issues

It is a beautiful community, very clean and quite in a residential neighborhood. The apartment I have is a one bedroom but it is the biggest one bedroom I have ever seen with eleven windows for a lot of natural light to come in. The common areas are very nice as well with a great pool area and a gym with a lot of equipment. I have lived in Utah for six years now and I have been in three other communities prior to moving in to Sterling Village and this is by far the nicest community I have lived in or seen for that matter.

Do NOT move here!! They will rip you off & charge you for things you weren't even aware of when you went over your lease. I should have trusted the other reviews I saw when we first moved here about how they scam people for their money & charge you tons of other fees but I didn't & now I regret it. Yes, the apartments are spacious but it's not even worth it. We hear everything from our neighbors above us, everything is old & run down inside the apartment, & the cost of rent including the water, sewer & trash fees they billl together are ridiculous! It's always freezing/drafty in the winter so expect your gas bill to skyrocket & your electricity bill in the summer to be sky high! Hard to keep warm & hard to keep cool! Nicole is so rude & won't take the time to explain to you how you accrued certain fees but will put a notice on your door within a heartbeat!! Which might I add is a $25 fee everytime they put something on your door... something I was never told. Counting down the days until our lease is up & we can get the hell out of here!! Read the fine print in your lease!!

Sterling Village is the ideal place to rent an apartment. The grounds are kept immaculate. The management is very approachable and wants us to be happy. They strive to meet every need. The maintenance team is extremely qualified, respectful and friendly.
