I looked at a lot of apartments and love the space that comes with this one. It feels much more like a home than an apartment in it's layout. Many units have attached garages which I had never seen outside of renting privately owned property. Management is pleasant and maintenance is handled very quickly and done well. Only complaint really is that the insulation isn't the best but it's no worse than other apartment complexes. Great sized gym and outdoor pool too.

We have felt very comfortable living there. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It has been nice to live here while transitioning to another state. Where enjoyed the gym and the pool and feel they keep it clean and the area is beautifully landscaped

Apartment community with good views and a responsive management. The Apartments community is well maintained but in general the apartments are a bit pricier side of things, may be because of its location within SoJo.

I have had a good experience here. The staff is friendly and helpful. They respond quickly to any concerns. Maintenance usually responds to issues within 24hrs. My neighbors are great. The view from my balcony is amazing!

Everyone in the office is very helpful and the maintenance guys have always responded to our service requests so fast. We love the convenience of having an attached garage and the apartments are very spacious!

We have nothing but great things to say about our apartment and Sterling Village in general. Our was spotless when we moved in and it exceeded our expectations for size and price! I feel safe in this community and the location is perfect.

It is a great place to live. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. The grounds could be kept up a little better. Also the apartments are not very sound proof. I can hear every step our upstairs neighbor makes.

Been really nice living here. They keep the grounds very clean, they make sure to get on problems quickly, and that staff is awesome. They have been able to give us everything we need and what we were looking for in apartment.

Everyone seems very nice they are mostly to themselves but will smile or wave when you pass by. The management is very well put together they work well and are always doing a move job. I love it here.

Fantastic ambience, silence, piece, utilities, availability, peoples. The HVAC is pretty old and sometime creating issues in terms of efficiency also have much higher electricity bills. Recommended this apartment to others.

I just moved in. The apartment was clean and in good order. I have not been here long enough to really make any other comments. I think overall that I will be happy living here. It is dog-friendly.

Very great place to live, quiet community and great for kids and adults. Nice living areas with good space and accommodations. Parking isn't the best. Does get crowded but a benefit would be the garages.

The community is great. I think they need to update the outside of the buildings and paint the garage doors. I think the appliances need to be replaced in the kitchen. I think the sidewalks and driveways need to be repaired they have a lot of cracks in bonsai now. I also think it is dangerous for older people are going for walks

I like the space, like the lay out/floor plan. Neighbors are nice. Nice amenities, convenient to EVERYTHING; Walmart, Target, the Mall, golf, walking, biking trails, and the park, dozens of restaurants, and services.

I have really enjoyed my time here. The leasing staff is awesome and friendly and very helpful. They are incredibly knowledgeable of the community and area. The maintenance staff is fast and care about the quality of work they do. The property is always clean and very well maintained. This is an older complex with issues that come with age l, but they have made as much effort as possible to keep the units updated and looking fresh, and respond to maintenance issues quickly. I would recommend these apartments to friends and family.

I am very pleased with the conditions of the complex (must be obvious since I have been here for ten years). Personnel are helpful and maintenance excellent. I feel extremely safe and secure. What more can I ask for.

Community is awesome, maintenance does a good job at getting things done. When it snows they take care of the sidewalk and roads. It's awesome so far, it hasn't been a year yet living here but this place is growing on me and I love the mountain view I see when I come up the hill. Its amazing

Our biggest apartment so far. Haven't had any problems with staff or leasing office. They have fixed things when we need things fixed and not bothered us when we didn't need them. Good amenities we use quit a bit.

There is no experience to share. It an apartment and in all my years of residing in apartments across this globe called Earth I have never resided in such a closed unfriendly unneighborly place as Sterling Village. However it may be how life is since Gossip Media aka social media and electronics have stolen the brains and spirits of humans turned them into the machines they once feared would take over their world. Humans have became the machines most do not know how to interact either casually or intimately on any level. Compassion is non existent. It msy be heighten in this already closed Stste which having been born and raised here in Utah has never been a friendly place to be unless you are part of the religious culture even if non active

The office staff is amazing to work with, they are all so kind and knowledgeable. They made move in easy, and the complex is amazing. Apartment has so much space, I have so much privacy from it and my balcony, the grounds are well kept. The amenities are in good working order and are amazing. Very happy I chose this place.

very old appliances ... very old things ... a good apartment but no good maintenance. poorly done paint, defective bathroom, old things in the apartment. Too much breaking all the time. What I like most here are the balconies.
