Awesome! The response to any maintenance request is handled very efficiently and promptly. Have not seen a better response to maintenance requests at other places I rented before. I love the response.

Everything has been really great. Great place for dogs. Staff is friendly and professional. Parking and get a little tough but there is usually room in the back. Snow removal has been good is most areas.

Community is very clean and well maintained. Management and staff are also very friendly and helpful. The apartments are really good and cosy. Areas around the apartments are also kept tidy and regularly maintained. It's a beautiful community and very good for pet lovers.

Everything has been perfect. Staff is super nice and office is helpful. Residents are awesome and only problem is maintenance is not the best. Other than that everything has been nice and real quiet apartment complex.

It's nice I wish things didn't break all the time and the sauna was open it's been almost a year I've lived and haven't used it once. The lawn is always pretty and nice. The pool is open every now and then

So far so good! No complaints. Everyone I have met has been very professional and has helped me with all my questions and concerns. I love the area and the community that I am apart of. All maintenance requests are carried out in a quick and efficient manner.

Great community! Very peaceful and clean. The move in process was so easy and the front desk staff and wonderful! Very happy to be here. The neighborhood is very well kept, they make taking out your trash and recycling very easy. I live in the Dover floor plan and it is so spacious and I get a bit of natural light into the apartment which is lovely. The layout of the apartment is great. I have a private door to the bathroom from my room. The closet is amazing! I've always had small closets and this one is a game changer ? I'll never be able to go back. I'm in love with this place already and I've only been here a couple weeks

You will enjoy every aspect of your sterling village rental .the leasing staff is extremely well organized and accommodating. The maintenance team is very responsive, knowledgeable and professional. The area amenities are well maintained and do very useful.

We've had a great experience so far at this community. The people are friendly. I really do love the space and garage. Living in the lower level we do see some spiders and mosquitoes but that is expected.

Nice lil quiet community, close to shopping and freeway access for those who need to commute to work. The staff here are nice to work with and make the process very easy. Pet friendly community and family safe.

I love living here, I have mentioned before, that my one complaint is the cheap quality of the appliances that are placed here, ie refrigerator, dish washer the stove is ok, the clothes washer is ok,

I immediately fell in love with my unit after viewing it. I signed the lease as soon as we got back to the office and quickly got to work moving my stuff into the unit. I have always loved how "homey" the apartments feel with their big windows and spacious rooms. Also the grounds are well maintained and its nice having so much greenery around my unit.

Great community, staff are friendly. The staff are always fast when responding to any issues. Rooms are great size for the price. The gym is huge and the pool is refreshing. Just wish they had a child area.

I have enjoyed living at Sterling Village and until recently the maintenance crew has been responsive ... Office staff is pleasant and friendly to me and my small dog. The apartments are spacious, much larger than newer complexes, and I appreciate having my own outside entry and garage unfortunately detached.

The apartment complex is well maintained, with beautiful trees, bushes, and flowers. The office staff and te\he service staff are responsive and thorough. The community is friendly and everyone picks up after their animals. The garage is a big bonus.

Our experience has been wonderful. The staff, the groundkeepers, and the maintenance are helpful, punctual, and do an amazing job at keeping the community beautiful. It's obvious their goals are to put the tenants first and keep them happy.

So far so good. It is a lovely place that has beautiful mature landscape. have only been in the apt. for less than a week but it is beautiful. Love my views of the valley. The parking situation is hard.

The location, spacious floor plans and amenities at Sterling Village are second to none in the Salt Lake Valley. With only two exceptions, management is knowledgable, efficient and customer friendly. My move-in inspection and move-over inspections were unfortunate, unfair and costly for me.

Good. Nice to live here. Quiet family neighborhood. Courtyards are nice. The dog poops aren't always picked up though. Maintenance is quick to respond. Have been very prompt. Parking is a little limited but there is a personal garage.

I love living at Sterling Village. The office staff, maintenance staff, neighbors and neighbors dogs are wonderful. The views are lovely, the green space is spectacular. I have one complaint only. Every spring they chop off the blossoms on our bush at the corner of building 3 when it is in full bloom. This year I'm going to try to keep it pruned myself and hope that the landscaping company will leave it alone. We are lucky to have such a gorgeous bush and it breaks mine and my neighbors hearts to see it butchered when it is in it's glory.
