I love this place! It's it's quiet and very convenient. My apartment has a great view and I have windows in the sides that means I have a lot of natural light. Also I have a garage which means I have a cool car in the summer and my car is free of snow and frost in the winter

So far I've really been impressed with how quiet it's been here. We visited the pool and it was a really relaxing experience. The garages are a huge bonus, especially for winter time. I did have a few small issues when I first moved in, and maintenance fixed them day of- really impressive!

So far I have enjoyed moving in here. There have been a few little hiccups but that is to be expected. I just wish all the spiderwebs got cleaned up from the patio and garage before move in but other than that I am enjoying my residence here.

I've been here 5 years and always had a great experience with the staff and maintenance team. They are great to work with and care for the residents. The community for the most part is quiet and respectful. Great place to live!

The maintenance staff and the office staff are exceptional!! Office staff is very quick to notify maintenance of any issues we might have. The maintenance staff. nine out of ten times will have the issue fixed that same day!

Good so far, they could have been more consistent with there amenities when I first started here but they are pretty consistent now. The parking sucks though and it's always hard to find parking and they don't enforce it much

Maintenace pee'd on bathroom floor.

----- at sterling village apartments has no thought to anyone's life but hers. I have lived her for about 10 months. I was quite content. I'm very protective of my space due to past trauma. All I have asked is if Maintenace need to come in I would like to be there if possible. Apparently while I was not home the water heater was leaking downstairs in the apartment below me. They did try calling and sent a message they were going in my apartment. Obviously, they needed to come in which is not what upset me. While 4 guys were in my tiny apartment. When I got home my toilet lids were up, so I knew a man used as I'm female and don't put up the lid. So, at that point I knew maintenance used my toilet. When I went to close the toilet lids, I stepped in pee that was all over the toilet carpet that's around my toilet. SO GROSS! I called the office and talked to ----- the manager and explained the situation as well as asked what work they did while in my apartment. First, she told me she did not know. I asked her if they had to replace the water heater, she said no. So, I told yes, they did take out the water heater and put in a new one. When they were in my apartment they left open my door for a couple hours and I have a door cam that showed they put in a new water heater. Then when I told ----- my concerns about them using the toilet and peeing on the floor her response was "Gross." that it she literally said nothing else, so I just told her goodbye. I decided to just let it go as it was not worth making a big deal. Well, a couple days later ----- cleared everything out of my portal as I had put in for a renewal on my lease. ----- denied then put a big letter on my door to vacate the property. When I called to ask her what was going on, (as I have NEVER been late on my rent have never had any complaints on me) -----'s response to me was this is a business decision, and I don't have to tell you anything! Her business decision was only my life. So GOOD job ----- you won! I'm sure you feel great about it as you have no soul!!! I'm sure you they won't respond to this or my other views on other review sites. And if you do respond ----- show all of us any proof that I was a bad resident!!!! Don't just throw out your useless BS words. Proof try it!!!!

Don’t ever call maintenance. They kick you out at Will.

I have never had any issues with the staff until I complained about the maintenance using my toilet and peeing on my carpet around my toilet. As soon as I complained, they cleared out my portal and then gave me a vacate notice.. other than that there has never been an issue with me or them. It is clear that the residence are not important to them. They have their little buddy buddy team and if you disturb that in anyway, or make a comment about it, they cut you loose.

I've loved living at Sterling Village so far. We've only been here for two months. The neighbors have been great and introduced themselves they day we moved in. It's a quiet community and the walls are fairly thick. We live right by the pool and barely hear a thing. The maintenance team responds in a timely manner. We have no complaints.

Nice community with nice appartments. Location is very good with all grocery stores at convinient distance. The only issue is the leasing office people. They won't know much and won't be able to help much. Tough the maintaince guys are quick and effective.

Apartments are big and the area is beautiful. Appliances are old but work great! The management team is really kind and attentive, although it's hard to get a hold of them. I haven't lived here long enough to provide more details.

This is a quiet community and is well maintained. We have lived here for 4 years. The rent is reasonable. It feels safe here. The office staff is friendly and courteous. We haven't had to complain or had any complaints.

Excellent are to live. The grounds are well kept and they are constantly improving the facility including redoing the oversized pool. Highly recommend this location if your looking for value and great units.

All employees knowledgeable..and very professional and kind. The grounds are kept clean and lovely.. And always available for an emergency.. In the 15 years here are neighbors have always been very nice and kind. We also have a family member who loves their apartment and we have recommended this place to many friends. Maintenance staff, extraordinary. The highlight of Sterling. Aside from this all amenities are substandard, ducks swim in the pool, the hot tub is lukewarm, the workout machinery is at least 10 years old. Property manager runs the place by threatening emails.The lobby real pretty, but the day-to-day living is beige. A ton of traffic from the 400 unit complex next-door makes the entrance and exit a bottleneck. A real mixed bag.

I am so glad I found this apartment complex - sight unseen as someone had occupied this apartment when I rented it. It's clean, quiet and the maintenance staff and office staff are amazing! The grounds are well kept, the neighbors respectful. I can't ask for more.

So far so its alright. The apartment is older and you can tell. It wasn't as clean as I would have liked. I think Maintenance had come prior to us moving in and didn't clean up that great afterwards. Some of the window coverings seem to be in rough shape. The wear and tear on the windows and molding could use some work. But its coming around aok. So far the one major issue has been resolved.

These are spacious apartment homes. I love my one bedroom unit. It checked every box on my wish list and more. Dog friendly, garage, in unit w/d, cathedral ceilings, fireplace, balcony and lots of natural sunlight. The complex is showing its age so it is to be expected that things occasionally break down and need to be replaced. The office staff and maintenance team are always responsive to my requests/needs. The grounds are hugh, so one has the choice of many different types of locations. There are some 300 units. Each building on the property has only 12 units, I believe. Lots of mature trees. The complex sits above a wildlife preserve so there are lots of birds, whose songs I enjoy on my morning walks. The complex is also incredibly quiet for the number of people who live here. Neither pool nor gym get too busy. I highly recommend this apartment community.

I really like this complex. It's a good community and the maintenance staff is always super helpful. I also love the layout of the apartment I am living in. I just wish there were more parking. It's hard to find parking sometimes and my garage is located in a situation that it is really hard to get into
