Beautiful apartments! Convenient location to the freeway and tons of shopping. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. I specifically wanted a floorplan that allowed for no neighbors above or below me, which is great in the way this apartment is designed! They get 5 stars for design, but my only issue is the construction/materials in the apt. The windows are poorly constructed and allow for drafts and tons of noise to get through. The repaint jobs done in the units are sloppy (paint on light switches/outlets, smoke detectors, etc.). The faucets drip and the toilet is made of flimsy plastic. I was expecting a little bit more for a "luxury apartment". But all in all its a nice place to live and very spacious. Still glad I moved in!

Very spacious apartment and extremely fast response to maintenance requests. The office and maintenance staff are always friendly and helpful. The grounds are always kept nice and attractive. I would highly recommend living in Sterling Village Apartments.

I truly love my apartment. I have vaulted ceilings, so it doesn't feel claustrophobic. I have a connected garage, a roomy balcony and even a gas fireplace! My place is bright and airy, it is just the perfect size for me. The staff is polite, friendly and responsive to requests. It has a pretty clubhouse with many amenities. It all works for me!

Very good location but very pricey and continue to rise. The floor plan is not great. Very old amenities that barely run are still used and don't get replaced until they are completely broken . Attached Garage and vaulted ceilings are plus

Beautiful apartments!! You actually have space. It feels like living in a home versus a square box. Would recommend this community to anyone moving from a home during transition or down sizing. Great place to live!

My husband and I have loved every minute of living at Sterling Village! The office team is prompt, efficient and friendly. The maintenance people know what they are doing, they are fast, they do it right the 1st time, they are friendly and clean up after themselves. We love how quiet our apartment is and how rare it is to hear anything our neighbors do (almost never!). We did a lot of research before picking Sterling Village and every aspect has exceeded our expectations since we moved in over a year ago. We also love all the amenities we get with the apartment and the view is fantastic. If you want a quiet, safe, clean and wonderful place to live, choose Sterling! If my friends or family members were looking to rent an apartment, I would tell them to move here too. Also, we love Zach (in the office)!

There were a few issues with the apartment when we did the initial walk through a couple days before moving in, but the leasing manager immediately took charge of the situation and corrected everything that needed to be taken care of. After moving in, I noticed a few minor issues and the maintenance team came out to my apartment the next day and repaired every issue I had. They were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Yes, these apartments are older, but they are great apartments and well maintained by the maintenance team. I'm happy I chose Sterling Village.

Great complex. Friendly, helpful staff. Always quick to respond to any needs. The pool is awesome. Only complaint is that I can hear my upstairs neighbors. Other than that, Love this place and would recommend it to my friends.

I feel that these apartment as equivalent to a 4 star hotel, which is very nice. Having a garage is a convenient, being attached to the apartment. Area is quiet and view is great. Staff are great to work with and quick to fix problems.

The community is clean, quiet and peaceful. The apartments are spacious and well kept. The only issue I want to mention is lack of parking near building 42. Someone has 3 cars and parks all 3 in an area with only 8 parking spots. Very frustrating.

The office staff Jasmine and Zach were very helpful getting us into an apartment that was clean and move in ready. There was a small issue with the bathroom faucet and the maintenance staff was very quick getting it repaired. The garage is very tiny and will take some getting used to.

Staff is top notch. No gas / charcoal grills allowed on deck is quite lame and the #1 reason why people I know won't rent here. Big deck is for the most part useless without that ability. No electrical outlets either.

The price for the apartment size is definitely worth it, however, the appliances in the actual apartment are cheap and old. The staff are definitely responsive and I've already received good service. For some reason, the rooms do not have lights in them.

This apartment is very crowded and parking for residents is minimal but the places are clean, friendly and spacious. The grounds are always well-kept and it has a beautiful park for walking pets. We love to use the pool and amenities.

Neighbors are nice and helpful. Grounds and stained concrete/cracked stairs could be updated. Apartment wasn't a mess but could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly. Staff is very helpful, we're satisfied with our home.

It's great for the most part. I like the apartment, I wish applicences worked better. Office staff is great, they work to help me anytime a problem arises. If maintence staff was nicer and more efficient it would be a perfect place to live.
