Hello everyone, I have lived out here for four years and the office and maintenance department are family. Once you put your work order for repairs, the office processes the order, and the maintenance department normally shows up within 48 to accommodate your repairs. Shout-out to John, Ron, and new to Holly Point, but not new to the job in the Maintenance Department, Donald. These men took care my list of items that needed done with patient and a smile. They are awesome! Thank you for being patient and taking care of my apartment not one time, but everytime I need you. A big shout out to Jen, Assistant Property Manager. She is awesome, and greets you with a smile that is as big as a Christmas tree. Love you guys. Tandra Williams ??????

Wanda S. I love this community because of the office personnel, maintenance, and wonderful neighbors. My first contact was Liz. She was absolutely the best. She went well and above my expectations. The community is well maintained and my request was all handled in a timely manner. I had an issue during the late evening and the office contacted me the next morning to make sure the issue was resolved. The neighbors are kind and friendly. I am happy here and intend on staying a long time. I have found my Home.

I love this community and have lived her for over ten years. There is no other place I could imagine calling home! The maintenance people are amazing and always take care of my work orders promptly. I rented my apartment from Vickie, the Property Manager and she could not have been nicer. She always takes to time to greet me and listen to my concerns. The rest of the office staff are wonderful also. The landscape is beautiful all the time, its like living in a resort.

------ the Property Manager is VERY VERY racist! She smiles in your face but discriminates boldly in her practices. She is the perfect example of broken and bitter person. --- and the office staff are close behind her and have been taught very well by their mentor. If you are looking for a place to call home, this is not the place to be! Please know your rights and exercise them.

This is the best apartment I've ever lived! Being Navy I've lived in a lot of places and this by far is the best! Staff is amazing and very friendly! Any problems they listen and help as much as they can! Maintenance personal is amazing as well on point and fast! Sucks I'm moving would to stay here! Love to stay here long as possible!

Love the gym and sauna! Neighborhood is quiet. Maintenance does a phenomenal job and makes the place homey. Staff communicate promptly. Great place to find rest and relaxation. Summer pool is superb. The community is safe for walks and kids to play!

This is a wonderful place to live. Staff is great! The neighborhood is very clean. There is a pool, fitness room and a community room. There are 2 dog parks and 2 playgrounds. They also have a golf area.

Recently, I submitted a request for storage shelves for my hall closet. Within 24 hours, maintenance personnel, Ron, had measured the hall space, made two trips to maintenence shop to prepare shelves and they were attached to wall. I am extremely satisfied with the storage solution.

Living at Holly Point has been a great experience. The office and maintenance staff have been so kind and helpful with every issue or concern since we moved from California in 2015. We are only leaving because of a job change and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, clean, well-kept complex. The landscaping is always beautiful. The pool is really nice, big, and has a lifeguard. (If only it was open all of Spring thru some Fall!) Holly Point is pet-friendly and my dog loves both of the dog parks they offer. The only few things I would change would be the option of paying monthly for a reserved parking spot, and having the option to pay extra to have a unit renovated. Some neighbors have been rude or loud but for the most part, everyone is really friendly! I definitely recommend this community!

I have only lived here for approximately 45 days. Office and maintenance staff is outstanding! There very care about the tenants. Apartment has new carpet, new windows and fresh paint. I requested a higher toilet. Replaced with a new toilet in no time. Apartments comes with security units that covers doors and windows which is really a nice perk since I have a first floor unit with a front and back door with a patio. Maintenance work orders can be created on-line is usually taken care of the same day as request. The only complaint that I have is the tenants above me. They walk heavy (sounds let they are stomping when they walk), causing the floor to squeak and hearing their toilet when flushed and water running when they take a shower. Other than that, a really great place to live!

We love the fact that this is a quiet community. Coming from our old apartment which had no parking available. It's great to have the same parking space every day. The unit is spacious with a good amount of storage.

Every time I come through the entrance I feel like I have come home. The landscape and upkeep is exceptional. The staff are very helpful and the maintenance staff are quick and efficient. The rooms are large and airy. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live.

The peaceful setting is what I like the best here. The grounds are well maintained all 4 seasons . Plenty of flowers and birds. The staff is fast to respond to all problems . Repairs are prompt and the people are genuinely concerned about doing it right . I'm amazed at how quiet it is living on the first floor . Parking spaces are provided (even Handicap spots )

If I had to only use one word to describe Holly Point Apartments I think I would use, " SMILES"! Why you ask? The Leasing staff are friendly and all smiles, the grounds staff are all smiles and good morning exc... Even the residents are all smiles because it is a beautiful, friendly, gorgeous place to live in. We are so happy to call this home. See what I mean? Even I am all smiles. : )

Overall experience, I love my home but the only thing is one particular maintenance staff member I try to stay away has a attitude. Everyone else is nice and the lease office is very nice. You may sometimes have to stay on the office to make sure your order get done because it's such a large community but overall it's good. I would recommend this community as I have already.

Property management/staff was very helpful. The property is beautiful. Spacious apartment. Nice size bedrooms. I love the fact I cannot hear my neighbors. Maintenance responds in a timely manner. Property come with alarm system which was a plus for me. Really nice and safe community to live in.

The complex is beautiful and the staff and maintenance are great. I have never had a problem that couldn't be fixed except this one. My daughter has asthma and I used a cpap machine. So you could see my urgency.
