The community was very quiet and they kept it clean and i had awesome neighbors, the community always had nice events for everyone and I loved it. The parking was good as well, I parked right in front of my door!!

The staff are amazing! Jennifer and Nicole are always super friendly and willing to answer any questions. The maintenence men, always wave and say hello. They genuinely care about us and our home. Any issue that I have, I know will get fixed immediately.

I have lived in 4 different apartments according to my need. Holly Point has always accommodated me. Does not feel like an apartment, but more like a small bungalow or cottage since there are no hallways. I like that.

I've been living in Holly Point for almost a year now. So far so good and I haven't had any major issues. Whenever I have a maintenance issue, they answer promptly and come most often the same day. I'd recommend this community to anyone looking for a nice quiet neighborhood!

I would have to give this property a 5 star rating in all areas! Everyone in the office is MORE than helpful. The maintenance personnel are always not only polite, but friendly. They even tracked down my dog one time she got loose. The whole neighborhood is very nicely landscaped and the neighbors are friendly. Couldn't say enough of this place and plan to stay here till my last day on earth!

I lived in this community in 2000 until 2003. I was totally satisfied. That is the main reason I returned last year. I was thrilled to have such a spacious townhouse available at that time. My bedrooms are huge along with my walk-in closets. Security is wonderful and the grounds are kept clean and beautiful.

Hollypoint Apartments: Beautiful grounds, quiet neighborhood, and excellent staff. Amenities such as, the pool and gym are a wonderful bonus to living at such a great place. Malls, restaurants, and parks all nearby for convenience.

Overall the community, maintenance, office staff is great. My only issue is the ongoing problem we have with the neighbors upstairs. We hear every step they take (them walking isn't a problem, it's the jumping and running) as well as when they use the toilet. If you choose to rent here make sure to get a 2nd floor unit, and make sure you're away from the train tracks!

Awesome move since we moved in December 2015 at moment have no desire to move anywhere else as long as we can afford to stay her since we are on a limited income that could affect how long we can stay here. I've lived here for 5 months now and i'm so happy to be leaving! Hollypoint has it's good qualities but the bad outweighs everything. I'm sure by now you've read the complaints on all the centipedes and bugs!!! I don't know how they get in because i have not opened any windows since i've got here. Also the lack of class in the management department is insane. We broke our lease and ----, the lady that does it was super rude. She has such an attitude and doesn't hide it well. I almost blew my lid because my husband had to take a call outside and she literally kicked me and my son out of the office and told us to come back "whenever hes done or whatever" UHHH wtf crawled up her ---? who the hell knows. But she should not be working in managing and around people if that's how she's going to act. It seems they treat you marvelously when you first sign that lease but as soon as you tell them you're leaving, they look at you like you're scum. Also, don't bother adding a washer and drier of theirs! They look and work like they're from the 1980's. No wonder my electricity bill is through the roof! Good riddance!

Good, quite, safe and secure place to with friendly stuff. Good landscaping and very good for jogging and walking exercise. Close to shopping for Walmart, Kroger, Home Depot, Lowes etc. Also close to Greenbrier Shopping Mall.

Community was wonderful when I first moved in; however, due to rent increases and parking issues my opinion has changed. If you live on a street with adequate visitor parking, you will definitely enjoy this community. However, I do not and this has been my only issue during my current lease. Neighbors are not considerate of others and want to park multiple vehicles near their door regardless of the fact they are occupying their neighbor's parking spaces. This is a known issue, but nothing is being done to address this issue with residents. The leasing company did mark visitor spaces, but visitors are not the main problem - it's the residents. There have been requests to assign resident parking spaces, but it has not been done and probably will not occur. If parking issues were addressed this would be a wonderful community. Maintenance is always responsive (this includes weekends AND holidays). The leasing office staff are friendly, courteous, and professional.

We love living here the staff is super nice and are very speedy when there is a maintence problem. The grounds are so beautiful and the wild life is a joy to watch everyday. It has been good except when the roof started leaking and had black mold and green mold on it. Instead of fixing the issue they just cleaned it off and said that they will paint over it. That's not healthy. Maintenance guy act as if they don't know what they are doing.
