The space and floor layout is wonderful compared to newer communities. If management would update cabinets and counters on move-outs the apartment would be much more appealing. Also, using a up to date paint color on walls. Overall value is good compared to others.

I have spent about 20 years in this community and have had the greatest of experiences throughout the years. The staff has work for us during times of joy and sorrow. The general manager, Mrs Vickie and her office and maintenance are par-excellent.

This is a beautiful community. Well-kept grounds and great amenities-- my son loves the two parks and the swimming pool. Security is great, no issues with noise or crime. I do not like that we do not have our own trash cans and there is no recycling.

Everything is ok. We love this community so much! People are friendly. No problem with parking. Area is really nice, clean, quiet. Near is shopping center, gas station and other stuff. We are looking on summer time on the swimming pool and spa.

First let me start by saying that holly point did try to fix the parking. But they didn't complete fixing parking. They put red stickers on cars but have yet to tow these cars that don't have HP passes, but have visitor passes that are like a week old. I have stepped in dog crap a couple of times which is so gross because they have a DOG PARK. They haven't clean out the canal people just throw trash in it. Then I think. Water is free... is this where my free water is coming from this dirty green murky canal?? Flush to brush?? Basically!! Maintenance is good. Staff are good IF they are having a good day. My neighbors like to play there tv and music loud pass midnight which they have no courtesy of their neighbors. They need a house! People fly over speed bumps like they don't exist when I mean they speed over them I mean they SPEED I'm surprised there suspension isn't messed up. I can't really say anything good at the moment just that this is my last renewal I wish I could renew but parking, dog poop, noise level, and rude neighbors are unbelievable. There used to be alot of elderly now they let anyone move in. Also I smell Mariujana alot and I have complained but no one cares so if they don't care about my complaints they don't care about my money.

Long term resident love the community and the staff are friendly. Very safe neighborhood.would not move anywhere else. Whenever there is an issue the staff are ready to help and assist.It is hard to find good customer service. Holly point is really my home for life.

I lived in a large house and a beautiful community to Holly Point in 2015. My children are all grown and I wanted to move to a smaller place with less maintenance. Holly point is so nice, quiet, convenient, the staff is super friendly and responsive to my needs. I love living here.

The first 5 years were excellent but after a while management changed a couple times in the quality of service has declined. At this point after eight years living in this community I've decided to move on, unfortunately you don't get the personal treatment that you used to get. Now you're just a number and a spreadsheet. At first was the lack of sympathy from management when My apartment started getting infisted with insects. Then the parking situation got worse where they assign one parking spot for each apartment. It almost felt like they enforce rules but only a few people. I will park my car but other apartment would have more than two cars at one listen to the rules sometimes after working 12 hour shift I come home to no parking spot because my neighbors take all the parking spots. Then I started having issues woth infrastructure were I had a leak for 3 weeks and management didnt care. Then the AC wpuldnt cool doen the apartment during summer. I would report everything and they would do bare minimum. Then car break ins keep increasing. Security is a joke youll see suspicious people walking around at night. For the amount of money they ask I could easily move to Aqua on 25th A REAL HIGHEND complex. Im moving this summer, I No longer feel safe or happy here.

I cant wait to get out of my lease with holly point I really wanted to renew but its crazy because holly point states that addressed the issue with parking I stay in a townhouse and I pay about 1600 of my hard earned money to holly point. My neighbors who just had like 3 people move in with them is taking all the visitor parking with there cars. I am 100% sure in the lease that you cant have no more than two passes and if you have a visitors pass. the visitor cant stay more than 14 days. Holly point needs to address some of these issues. Also they need to address the sewage smell problem that alot of residents are having. Free water, yes with a stinky smell from the canal! Holly point does have beautiful grounds but its not enough when your neighbors are donkeys and the noise level is unbearable in apartments. Another thing HOLLY POINT PLEASE ADDRESS THE SPEED LIMIT IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD MY KIDS GO OUT TO PLAY AND CARS FLY OVER SPEED BUMP. PLEASE SEND OUT A LETTER to residents in the community addressing this issue. Until then I can not recommend holly point

Transitioning from owning home for the last 25 years was challenging to us in the beginning. We wanted a community that really gave us that same filling. We love the campus and the unit space that we currently occupy. It's a older community but is well maintained.

I have been living here for 6 yrs.now and I have not had any problems with parking, noise nor anything else... For those who are interested in Holly Point or simply curious, please come visit and see for yourselves and make your own judgement... The management is awesome... Maintenance is second to none and on point.... Front office staff is friendly, caring, helpful and good hearted..... Here at Holly Point you're more than just a door number, you're a resident, a neighbor and friend.. As for the apartments themselves, they are spacious and nice.. my apartment may need some upgrades such as light fixtures etc. but nothing really to complain about... The only really thing i can say that i don't really care for is the carpet.. Still better then living elsewhere... good community here... :)

We been living in Holly Point Apartments for about 10 months. As soon as you drive in the place looks beautiful and well maintained. The ladies in the office are amazing. I do however would like to say that the maintenance staff goes above and beyond to make us feel at home. Vinny, Marc and Grant makes this place a home and makes us feel like family! To me that means everything because we have no family here! I wouldn't want to stay in any other apartment complex! Good job Holly Point staff.

I've been living here for over 15 years and wouldn't live anywhere else!! Beautiful spacious apartments with tons of closet space, biggest closets i've ever seen by far anywhere in this area. The grounds are always well kept, even in the winter time!! The BEST part of living here is the Maintenance Team!! They are Johnny on the spot! I've had several maintenance emergencies since living here and all I had to do was make a phone call and they were normally here within 30 minutes and i've never been dissatisfied with the results . I'd recommend Holly Point Apartments to all of my friends and family! I visited a friend that lived here many year ago and fell in love with this place. Before I forget, Vicki, Jodi, Jaye and the rest of the Leasing Staff are AWESOME!!

I really love living at Holly Point Apartment the property has a great atmosphere. Beautiful landscaping, very quiet. Maintenance stuff are friendly and very helpful. The ladies in the offices are very friendly. I love all the closet space I have and the storage units available on the property. Enjoy having the car wash area on the property and not having to go to the car wash down the street. I feel safe here.

The best part about living at Holly Point is BY FAR the incredible maintenance staff who are always on top of their game! If any little thing is wrong or needs to be fixed in the apartment, they are at my door almost instantaneously. My husband and I are new to the Chesapeake area and this was by far the best rental complex available in Chesapeake. The leasing staff are always nice and this is a lovely place to live! We have met many friends here and everybody is so welcoming and friendly! Great for young couples, military, pet owners, first time renters, and the like. Highly recommend! :-)

Beautiful grounds, but little else matches the description of luxury apartments. They are dated and not well cared for. Linoleum is slapped down and is peeling up. Sound between apartments is terrible. Unfortunately the price exceeds what the apartment is worth.
