Home Sweet Home
I loved living at Holly Point. It was short due to the military orders we received, but our stay was incredible. Very friendly people in the office and the apts were incredible. We loved spending our weekends feeding the carp in their creeks and swimming in their beautiful pool. I would live here all over again. I LOVED it!

Holly Point will surpass your wildest expectations!
Holly POint is a beautiful community, landscaping as far as you eye can reach makes you feel like you are coming home to a botanical garden, very spacious apartments. The best part, however, is the staff. Thier warm smiles and knowledgable workings make you feel at home every day. <br> <br>I have to leave this beautiful place, but it will be missed terribly. <br>

Move Here!
The people are nice, the apartments are top notch. Maintenance responds right away. Always, always clean. The grounds are immaculate. Apartments are sunny and refreshing. And I love the ducks! I´m relocating and I hate to leave.

Don´t move near the train track or the street!
If you´re looking for space, these are the apartments for you. They have the largest floor plans of any apartments I´ve ever seen. Even though it´s not the largest 2 bedroom offered, the unit I live in is larger than most 3 bedroom apartments. The property is beautiful and it is really well maintained. With that said, I would advise you to chose an apartment that is far away from the train track and the street. The train runs at all hours of the night, and that along with the street (Providence Rd.) is very, very loud.
