Holly Point has a very diverse population and provides a feeling of living in a neighborhood instead of a apartment complex. Request for service or problems with our apartment are address quickly. The apartments are large and have lots of natural light and I great because they are only two stories.

My experience has been some what ok. The first several months we had major problems with roaches and other bugs. That eventually stopped but, now the paint is chipping on our doors and has yet to be repainted. Along with our mini deck fence...

Very nice neighborhood, very quiet and safe for kids. Maintenance is awesome they work very fast to solve any problem in your apartment. They apartments are very nice and spacious. There is a bunch room to park and the neighbors are very respectful.

Apartments are decent size. Neighbors are nice. Grounds are kept clean and well maintained. Had a minor maintenance request and it was taken care of promptly. Overall not a bad place to live. There might be cheaper places to rent from but they won't be as nice as this.

So far it's okay. Noise of cleaning painting crews in adjacent vacant units is annoying. Also I would have preferred if my kitchen could have been updated prior to move in. The bath tub is overly narrow which I find inconvenient. I am entirely running out of things to say here; the 200 character requirement is a pain.

They have quick response to maintenance requests. However, I find that the issue of the requests is fixed in a more timely manner if I am present when they come to do the work, as opposed to them entering and doing the work when I am not there. Follow up on all requests is also prompt and record of the request is noted on the "Resident Portal".

Overall the community is a great place to live. The "gated" aspect is kind of a joke because the guards are hardly ever there or paying attention but it is still a safe community. It is close to everything in the Greenbrier area without the Greenbrier price tag.

I am so happy I came across the Holly Point community. I love my apartment. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The maintenance staff is ready to fix any problems. We have all the amenities you can ask for on the property. I made a great choice.

Wonderful living experience. We were Homeowners for over 18 years and we decided to downsize and remain in the Chesapeake area. We have lived in the Holly Point Apartment Homes for over 6 Yrs. It provides a safe and secure environment and above all it is a lovely place to call home.

love holly point...would like to seem them upgrade some things, but otherwise they are great The maintenance staff is excellent. They are responsive, kind, and they work so hard. I appreciate they work they do, and i always know, they will figure out what the issue is.

It is loud with all of the traffic and trains. I also have loud neighbors on every side of me that keep their music turned up loud. I would like to get updated bathrooms and it would be really helpful to have lighting in the closets. I have had maintenance service my apartment 3 times and the problem has not been fixed.

My experience so far with Holly Point Apartments has been nothing but pleasant. The office staff has been so helpful and friendly. The maintenance people are also very quick to respond and they did a great job. I would definitely recommend the complex!

This is the best apartment complex I've lived in. I wish we would have found it sooner! We just renewed our lease and our rent hasn't increased and they are giving us a $25 gift card! The grounds are always well kept and maintenance is always out buzzing around during the day. They offer a lot of great amenities and the staff has been very friendly. I highly recommend Holly Point.

We love this community. Why move when you don't have to do any maintenance, cut grass or change any filters. Life is good here at Holly Point and we would recommend this community to anybody. The only complaint is the people with dogs. They let them poop in your back yard and you are scare that you will step in once you in the yard.

Overall, I am very happy with Holly Point Apartments. It is a quiet community, and the staff is very responsive. The accessibility of services and the maintenance of the grounds is top notch. This has been one of the better living experiences I've had.

I LOVE LIVING HERE IT IS WONDERFUL. I HOPE I NEVER HAVE TO MOVE FROM HERE. I WILL ALL MY FAMILY COULD GET PLACES OUT HERE SO WE WOULD ALL BE IN THE SAME COMMUNITY THEY LOVE COMING TO VISIT. IT IS SO BEAUTIFUL IN THE COMMNUNITY IT IS REALLY KEPT UP GREAT

Everything's great so far - I'm a little sad that one of the residents DROVE THROUGH THE DOG PARK... but I guess freak accidents* happen sometimes. Oh well. The maintenance staff has been very good so far and I'm extremely pleased with my experience as of now.

I have had a wonderful experience at Hollypoint. The grounds crew does an amazing job keeping the property clean and trash free. The maintenance crew is so quick to respond to any issues throughout the day and night. All the office staff are all very personable kind ladies. All the staff here are very respectful. Ths is a very quiet yet family oriented community. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Hollypoint.

My wife and I love living at Holly Point, the grounds are so beautiful and well maintained, that alone sold us on moving in even before we stopped by. The office staff is always warm and welcoming every time we call or stop in; and whenever we have a problem the maintenance staff always responds in no time at all, very respectful and always professional. You wont find a better home in Hampton roads than at Holly Point

I love this place! The staff are very helpful and friendly. Maintenance is very quick to respond to any issues I may have. They keep the grounds greatly manicured. Night time is always quiet. I don't plan on moving from here until I buy my own home!

I have been living here for the past 5 years or so. As of late I have found my self/apartment in need of some work. When it comes to maintenance over here these guys and lady are nothing but the truth. They come in with great attitudes and leave having done great work for what ever your request maybe.

I love living in a secure beautiful community. HollyPoint is the best apartment community in Chesapeake and I've looked at a few before choosing Hollypoint as my home. The staff is very friendly and professional. My apartment home is very comfortable and I plan on living here for a long time. I would recommend Hollypoint to my friends and family. The landscaping is absolutely beautiful and well kept.
