Holly Point is a very inviting community. Property grounds are well maintained/manicured. Scenery nice for afternoon strolls. There are no major issues of concerns. My husband and I are very satisfied w/ making this apartment community our home.

Holly Point is a great value. I did an extensive search before moving to the area and found plenty of apartments that had lower prices (during the peak rental season), but this place is a genuine home. Ashley, at the front office, is The Best. She is compassionate and helps out as much as she can, I have lived in many apartment complexes and have met plenty of nice leasing agents, but she goes above and beyond her job duties to help out in anyway. First of all, the apartments feel like town homes because of their direct access from parking. Parking is never an issue for guests or residents. It's a great neighborhood that I feel completely safe in at any time of day. Yes, occasionally I could hear the apartment above me and I had read a review before moving complaining about cars being broken into. But please remember this can happen anywhere, and this is such a simple act to defend against by locking doors. Therefore, this shouldn't be interpreted as a reflection on the apartment complex. I would come back here in a heartbeat if I ever return to the area. I am in a 1BR and it is a great floor plan because it is spacious and an efficient layout. I can only imagine the same is true for 2 bedroom apartments. Also, the maintenance staff is very hardworking, efficient and prompt. They go above and beyond to make an impression on residents and even their pets. If you're deciding between another place and here, it won't be a risk at all to pick this compelx.

I have loved my time at HollyPoint for the last three years. The Maintenance Crew (which can sometimes be my best friends) are wonderful, as are the Front Office Staff. The grounds are manicured like a park, and blooming plants are changed with the seasons.

I think that the rent is high for the amount of space that you get. The complex is very neat and safe. The walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbors and the outside. It would be nice if the complex also recycled. You have to put your trash outside in front of your apartment which I don't like. I like the residents here and I feel safe here although it would be nice to have the community gated instead of only having a guard during after hours. Anyone is able to come and go during the day.

I highly suggest looking at this apartment complex when searching for homes. They are great on the wallet, beautiful apartments, wonderful staff, and just overall a great place to live. I love living at Holly Point Apartments. It has truly become home and I would have it no other way.

Dog and goose poop everywhere, loud neighbors and parking issues since none of it is assigned. The apartments are old and appliances are not updated. Could use some renovations during the winter the poor insulation causes alot of energy loss and high electric bills.

Great so far except neighbors parking their cars right in front of my driveway. It would be great if they could leave at least one of my spots open. I would like to try out the clubhouse which I have not got a chance yet.

Excellent place to live... Value to dollars spent is better at Holly Point than anywhere else. The office staff is super responsive and ALWAYS professional. Maintenance is 2nd to none. When you have an issue it is resolved right away.PERIOD!

The Hollly Point community is a quiet and cozy place to live which is close to several grocery stores, shopping centers and mall. It has been very enjoyable living here. Office staff has always been very professional and accommodating to any service issues that I have reported to them.

I enjoy the independent access to my apartment home with convenient parking for myself and my visitors. The grounds and community facilities are beautifully maintained. The equipment in the gym has relatively recently been replaced and additional machines were purchased making using it more convenient. The staff is polite, dependable, and knowledgeable. I have never had to call multiple times or speak to more than one person to get an accurate answer to anything I?ve inquired about. I have always been very satisfied with how maintenance issues are handled. Typically, when I call with a maintenance issue, it is not only responded to but the work is completed the same day I call. While not much is within walkable distance, it is conveniently located to a wide variety of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment in multiple cities; all of which are within a 10-20 minute drive. Additionally, all shopping you would need for the home, groceries, pharmacies, furnishings, and etc., are within a 2 mile radius. I consider the rent to be quite affordable for what is comparable in other cities in the area. Overall, I am very happy with my experience at Holly Point, it is a good place to live and I would recommend and have recommended it to friends and coworkers looking for new housing.

This property has been surprisingly very quite, clean , and safe. I have had no parking issues at all. I like having the security at the gate at night. I never hear any type of noise from anyone. It may not be the fanciest apartment but it is clean and best value for the money.

I have loved living in Holly Point these last 3+ years. Everyone, from the leasing staff to my neighbors to the maintenance staff, has been fantastic. The community has exceeded all of my expectations and I would recommend it in a heartbeat.
