This is the second time living in Holly Point. We didn't consider any other community when we realized we needed to move. We knew we would be pleased living here again. The office and maintenance staff are excellent. Grounds are beautifully manicured. The apartment townhouse is so spacious and the closet space in the apartments are great. We are so pleased living here and do not plan to move.

Office staff creating unnecessary conflicts with residents is a problem and I cannot ever imagine recommending this community to a friend or family member. I have friends that have left the community and that's the one thing they complain of...horrible office staff!

My overall experience at Holly Point has been good. The property is always well manicured. The staff is committed to great customer service. The only issue that reoccurs is the parking on Begonia Lane. The parking spaces are limited and it seems that this area has a high number of handicap parking spots...naturally this limits more spaces.

Holly Point is a beautiful community! The saff is friendly, professional and always eager to please. My apartment is spacious with a beautiful view of the river where I can whatch the cranes, osprey, turtles and fish jumping. I love the pool,gym,sauna and jacuzzi. I feel safe at Holly Point a place to call home! My only wish would be more cook out areas to have the pool remain open on the weekend through September.

I have recently moved into the community and I love it. I moved form a 3 bed/2.5 bath into a 2 bed/2 bath and I don't think I could be any happier with it. It's so homey and I wish I would have moved in here first instead of the other place. The people here are really nice and super helpful.

The gounds are well kept and bright and cheerful with seasonal planting seeds. The maintenance requests are handled promptly. Staff is friendly and helpful. The complex is not new, but they are trying to update/modernize units when possible.

This is a great community. Maintenance staff keep the premises nearly pristine. When you have a maintenance request, it is usually answered almost right away. The staff is friendly, and the apartments are spacious and nicely laid out. They do a great job at Holly Point.

Hollypoint is a very beautiful, well land-scraped apartment complex that is centrally located around everything that you would want to do.However the apartment that I live in is in the older section and the floor squeak very bad,and the maintence dept. does not always follow up on what they start in a timely manner

So far I really like the neighborhood feel of the apt complex. The dog park is used regularly. Best apartments I've lived in. Rarely hear my neighbors unless they are on the porch outside. Only cons is anyone could get past the gate guard. They barely check to see if you're a resident. Its also super close to the train so you hear it a lot.

I have been here for 14 years. I have to say that the maintenance crew are fabulous and very respectful. The women in the office very polite and respectful every time I speak to them. I love living in this community. The landscaping in the front of the property is beautiful.

This has been one of the best apartments i have lived in the staff are friendly and easy to talk with . I'm in the military and nice to know that they are looking out for us the apt is worth more than the rent I pay each month. I have told other about the apartment

Excellent response time for service requests. Grounds are kept park-like. Apartment size and layout is perfect for what I need. Very dog-friendly. Numerous dog areas plus a fenced-in dog park. Quiet. Pool and pool area is always clean and spotless.

I love living at Holly Point. The upkeep is great, the grounds are always being attended.to. The rooms are spacious and lots of storage space.Some of my appliances have been upgraded but I would like to see cabinets in the kitchen replaced and the bathrooms needs upgrades as well.I really enjoy the dog friendly environment.

I looooooove my new home in the Holly Point Community! It has been a great move-in experience and all of the staff is very welcoming, professional, and informative. I do not have any regrets about this location at all. Holly Point has exceeded my expectations in every way.

Overall, experience has been excellent. Community is well kept. Very peaceful neighborhood. Office staff and maintenance are always pleasant. When you place a service call, there is a response within 24 hours.

Does not feel like apartments at all. We love living there. Well going on eight years should say more then words. Don't matter what time a day in eight years we never felt unsafe. Love all the amenities and lets not forget the awesome staff. They are always on point.

It's a beautiful well kept property. The leasing managers were very helpful and informative when we were doing our research on places to live. We took the apartment sight unseen because of how happy we were with the service. The apartment did not disappoint. It was clean and spacious with a great kitchen and plenty of closet space.

Holly point apartments is one of the best places I have lived. I have moved around a lot. The management team is amazing as well as the employees. They are very helpful and ensure that everything from maintenance to customer service / support is taking care of in a timely manner and in a courtesy fashion. They are a family oriented compan. They also have nice Amenities at your convenience.

Holly Point Apartments is an EXCELLENT place to live. I have lived here 17 years. I was out the country in April for 2 weeks- I asked for apt to be painted and maybe get new mini-blinds. When I came home Sunday April 26- I was delighted to come home to an almost brand-new apt- new appliances in kitchen, ceiling fan and light fixture in my bedroom, new kitchen counter tops and many more upgrades. Vickie, Property Manager and John, Maintenance Supervisor ARE EXCELLENT. The maintenance staff is awesome too. I give HOLLY POINT APARTMENTS A 20 OUT 10 RATING! Thank you!!!!

I would definitely recommend Holly Point apartments.Every thing is surprisingly amazing.Honest,respectful and very nice staff..Great maintenance service..The whole community is amazing ..The apartment is very clean,large storage spaces and closets . The compound is very safe for my kids , we really enjoy living here and as long as we live in Chesapeake we will never think to move.

Hollypoint is a very nice and clean looking complex. The community has a very friendly vibe and the staff is always willing to help. The apartment itself is perfect, I like the floor plan and I like appliances that came with it. The cold weather for the most part is gone and I was happy that the heater did not go out once. All and all, I'm glad to be living in this complex.

I've lived here for 23+ years. It's not an apartment, it's my home. The office staff is always responsive and the maintenance staff is outstanding. The grounds are always beautifully landscaped. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. I'm here to stay!

Its been ok for us for the past 2.5 years, but its time for us to move on. You can hear every little sound our upstairs neighbors make, parking is a hassle, the units at the back are neglected when it comes to landscaping and other projects around the community such as new windows and fences. For the price, the units should be better updated. We've also had considerable moisture issues. We can't wait to leave.
