Exceptional living conditions at Holly Point! My husband and I have enjoyed living here during his time in medical school, and hope to continue doing so for residency. I work in the school systems as an educator and Holly Point offers a great location to nearly all Chesapeake schools. Friendly neighbors and office staff keep us here and we have had friends also move in!

My experience has been mostly pleasant at this time. There was a couple of complaints about my music because I have surround sound and Jessie helped me to adjust my speakers by placing them up on a table. I didn't think the walls were that thin but apparently they are. Other than that, currently the experience living at Holly Point has been Great! I love the Fitness Center! It's Christmas Time and Holly Point is decorated Beautifully!!

Great experience! Every detail was worked out prior to my move-in. Apartment was very clean. Everything was in working condition and in some cases new appliances, windows, etc. were new. Great experie.

This apartment is spacious and I feel as if there is no one around me. Quiet and like being on vacation. The scenery is beautiful and I'm able to sit on my patio and relax while hearing the peaceful sound of the water in the canal.

I? have enjoyed the living space and overall beauty of the apartment complex. Ownership continues to invest in maintenance and upkeep of the property which ensures its high occupancy levels and. The community events also help to reinforce the sense of neighborhood.

I recently have moved in but have found Holly Point Apartments a very relaxed and quite neighborhood. The office staff is also very professional and helpful. I would recommend this community to others.

I really enjoy this community, it's quiet and only let's great individuals to reside here. The prices are good for the area we live in. The landscaping is beyond good, it's amazing. I love that if you have a problem, they are on it quick. Love this place and wish I could live here forever. ??

A good community to live in. Helpful for any issues that arise. Charge extra to live on the first floor so you are essentially paying extra to listen to those above you. The walls are very thin so if you can hear a lot.

We are senior citizens and security is very important to us. We appreciate the alarm system and mostly guarded entrance. Overall, we love being here. The upkeep is great. I do think the kitchen and bathrooms need upgraded.

Great community feel. It is a peaceful place to live. The price is a little steep considering you are not getting any modern finishes such as back splash or glossy paint on the living area walls. The paint is very cheap and marks show up easy on the walls with normal living.

The community here is great. I love the dog park and the childrens play area. I wish people would pick up after there dogs in the dog park areas. Some of the residents drive like its a 35 mph st. even with the speed humps. BUt the staff and grounds are wonderful.

Very good experience. Great Office staff that went to great efforts to make sure I was taken care of in. They were very cordial and knowledgeable. They made sure everything was taken care of and return my phone calls in a timely manner.

Holly point is a beautiful complex. The landscape is well maintained and cared for. All the amenities are clean and user friendly. Spacious apartments and wonderful office staff. The biggest plus for me is the dog parks and the pet friendly environment

Cleanliness, the staff was very courteous, polite and respectful. The curb side appeal was immaculate. I wish I could've stayed longer than what I did but unfortunately I had some personal issues that didn't allow me to stay

We are very happy with the family oriented, close-knit community overall, the apartments are roomy and a great value. The staff are all friendly and very accommodating and nighttime security staff make for a safe environment overall.

Great place to live. This place is 100 % better than the last place I lived. I feel safe here. The grounds is well manicured. My apartment size is a great value for the monthly rent I am paying. The neighbors is friendly and I love the idea of having security guards on staff during the overnight hours.

It's been a great experience thus far. I enjoy the facilities and friendliness of the community. The staff did a fantastic job and I'm very pleased! There has a been a few minor issues but the maitanence staff have kept me up to speed and prompt on repair status and time table on repairs to these issues.

Holly Point is a safe, clean and beautifully landscaped community. They accept pets and provide wonderful service. The office staff and maintenance are always ready to help if any issues come up. As a family we wouldn't even entertain the thought of living somewhere else while we are in the area.

Beautiful and spacious apartments. Landscaping is awesome. I love the alarm system installed in the apartments. Leasing office staff are amazing. Maintenance staff are A+.The security at the front gate provides an extra layer of safety. I love coming home!

Very clean, quiet and comfortable community. The grounds are well kept and the office staff is awesome. The maintenance staff is friendly and they work fast. I have never had an issue that wasn't dealt with immediately. I also love the fact that we have security from 5pm to 5am.

I remember when these apartment homes were being built and I was always impressed with the landscape. Once inside the apartment they are super spacious, clean with lots of nature lighting. I LOVE my apartment and look forward to many years here.
