MY tenure here at Holly Point Apartments has been an enjoyable experience. The community is very well maintained and the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. I would recommend my friends and family members to experience the neighborhood and it's beauty.

Great rent price for the quality of the Chesapeake area. Move in ready if that's what you're looking for. Lots of storage space, even in a 1 bedroom (in my opinion). I've lived in 3 separate apartments in Holly Point, and all of them were great.

The community is quiet and great, the grounds are well maintained. Few issues with place upon moving in but the staff and maintenance have been wonderful and corrected everything. Great place I would recommend.

Wonderful. Absolutely wonderful!!! I love living here!!! Friendly residents & staff!!! The grounds are taken are of daily!!! I have absolutely zero complaints or suggestions!! Love living here & will be here for a very long time!!

Friendly staff, clean grounds, nice neighbors. We love this place!! Only issue I have is parking for visitors. It seems like there is never enough spaces by our apartment which causes out visitors to walk a long way

The landscaping is incredibly well kept. The apartments are huge and in great condition. The rent is very reasonable and the community is very safe and the residents are friendly. What more could you ask?

It is a great place to live. The grounds are immaculate and the staff is phenomenal. Love our tow home. Super spacious and laid out perfect. This will probably our last move the final move. Parking has gotten much better since the visitor spots were created.

Beautifully appointed and maintained property that is close to every imaginable convenience. You get a lot of bang for your buck at Holly Point. The community center, pool, gym and grounds are peaceful and well maintained.

This is a wonderful community and much more than I expected when I moved in from Atlanta Ga. The office staff was very friendly and helpful on my move in experience. I would recommend the community to anyone looking too move in.

Since moving in in May 2017, we are completely satisfied with our community, safety, and customer service. Anytime we called the office or maintenance for any reason they have always come to our assistance.

I think sometimes there are to many surveys but community is a great place to live and everyone is so friendly. I would recommend Holly point to anyone looking for a great place to live. Staff is great to deal with and always happy to help.

Pleasant, peaceful and relaxing. It's a great community full of diverse families, caring staff and hardworking people. The schools are wonderful and easy access to shops and major roadways (10 minutes tops)

My experience at Holly Point has been favorable. I can attest to the fact that maintenance has answered my service request with expediency, professionalism, and know how. The office personnel is cordial and concerned about my concerns which I appreciate and they do get the job done.

Beautiful community, well maintained. Maintenance responds very quickly to requests. Office staff is friendly. Some of the apartments are older and clearly have had some rushed or lower quality craftsmanship. Valet trash pick up is great and security guard in the evenings adds extra sense of security. I have always felt safe in this community.

It is absolutely wonderful. I have lived in other communities and have never had the service and caring I get at this community. The outside areas are kept clean and beautiful throughout the community. Staff members are courteous and friendly. I wold recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

Great community. Quiet and clean. Staff is very professional and friendly. The only thing that I didn't like is that the amenities that we were expecting to utilize are no longer available while at the same time the rent went up, and no upgrades to our unit. In 2017 we got some new neighbors downstairs. They weren't here even a week and started complaining about my kids making noise. They have a person living with them that has PTSD from being in a war so every noise is like a bomb going off to them. (I know this because I introduced myself and tried to work out the noise thing with them). I explained to them my son who is 4 has some challenges as well and we're working with him. Eventually we had so many complaints that we were in "violation" of the noise policy here and were forced to move. I don't think it was fair on our part being here for almost 2 years and we had to move and our situation wasn't really taken into consideration, and we didn't feel like this was our home. I don't know if the management knew about this persons issue but it was not right for them to be moved in a place under kids who are going to make noise. But if moving is what had to be done in order for us to have peace again then so be it. Other than that no other concerns or issues living here.

Awesome! Awesome! Had I not decided to become a homeowner I would definitely had stayed. One of the best rentals I've had. Extremely clean and outstanding landscaping. The staff extremely courteous and professional. Gate guards were very nice. Happy the parking passes were changed to stickers. Great neighborhood. Guaranteed satisfaction.

I have loved every minute of living here. The office staff is courteous, maintenance staff are helpful and repairs completed. Great place to live. It's a quiet clean friendly neighborhood. For the people who prefer electronic communication their resident portal is excellent questions answered in a timely manner and an email confirmation when submitting any requests.

My experiences have been pretty good until I moved to 2716 Blueberry Bank, ran into lot of problems such as dirty carpet, excessive glue on kitchen floor, doors hard to open,gap in refrigerator door and air coming through windows.

The day we moved in, we received a welcome bag from the office that included several household items. There were a few issues but they were fixed same-day. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone looking to move to the Greenbrier area.
